ऋषि,महर्षि,मुनि,साधु और संत अंतर


आज जाने ऋषि और मुनियों के बारे में –

भारत में प्राचीन समय से ही ऋषि-मुनियों का विशेष महत्व रहा है क्योंकि ये समाज के पथ प्रदर्शक माने जाते थे। ऋषि -मुनि अपने ज्ञान और तप के बल पर समाज कल्याण का कार्य करते थे और लोगों को समस्याओं से मुक्ति दिलाते थे। आज भी तीर्थ स्थल, जंगल और पहाड़ों में कई साधु-संत देखने को मिल जाते हैं। लेकिन क्या आपको पता है कि साधु, संत, ऋषि, महर्षि आदि यह सब अलग-अलग होते हैं। क्योंकि ज्यादातर लोग इनका अर्थ एक ही समझते हैं। आइए आज हम आपको बताते हैं कि ऋषि, महर्षि, मुनि, साधु और संत में क्या अंतर है और उनके बारे में क्या मान्यताएं हैं…

ऋषि-
ऋषि वैदिक संस्कृत भाषा का शब्द है। वैदिक ऋचाओं के रचयिताओं को ही ऋषि का दर्जा प्राप्त है। ऋषि को सैकड़ों सालों के तप या ध्यान के कारण सीखने और समझने के उच्च स्तर पर माना जाता है। वैदिक कालिन में सभी ऋषि गृहस्थ आश्रम से आते थे। ऋषि पर किसी तरह का क्रोध, लोभ, मोह, अहंकार और ईर्ष्या आदि की कोई रोक टोक नहीं है और ना ही किसी भी तरह का संयम का उल्लेख मिलता है। ऋषि अपने योग के माध्यम से परमात्मा को प्राप्त हो जाते थे ।और अपने सभी शिष्यों को आत्मज्ञान की प्राप्ति करवाते थे। वे भौतिक पदार्थ के साथ-साथ उसके पीछे छिपी ऊर्जा को भी देखने में सक्षम थे। हमारे पुराणों में सप्त ऋषि का उल्लेख मिलता है, जो केतु, पुलह, पुलस्त्य, अत्रि, अंगिरा, वशिष्ठ तथा भृगु हैं।

महर्षि-
ज्ञान और तप की उच्चतम सीमा पर पहुंचने वाले व्यक्ति को महर्षि कहा जाता है। इनसे ऊपर केवल ब्रह्मर्षि माने जाते हैं। हर सभी में तीन प्रकार के चक्षु होते हैं। वह ज्ञान चक्षु, दिव्य चक्षु और परम चक्षु हैं। जिसका ज्ञान चक्षु जाग्रत हो जाता है, उसे ऋषि कहते हैं। जिसका दिव्य चक्षु जाग्रत होता है उसे महर्षि कहते हैं और जिसका परम चक्षु जाग्रत हो जाता है उसे ब्रह्मर्षि कहते हैं। अंतिम महर्षि दयानंद सरस्वती हुए थे, जिन्होंने मूल मंत्रों को समझा और उनकी व्याख्या की। इसके बाद आज तक कोई व्यक्ति महर्षि नहीं हुआ। महर्षि मोह-माया से विरक्त होते हैं और परामात्मा को समर्पित हो जाते हैं।आगे के भाग में पढ़ें - संत, मनि और साधु

sage- Rishi is the word of Vedic Sanskrit language. Only the authors of Vedic hymns have the status of sages. Sages are considered to be at a high level of learning and understanding due to hundreds of years of tapas or meditation. In the Vedic period, all the sages used to come from Grihastha Ashram. There is no restriction of any kind of anger, greed, attachment, arrogance and jealousy etc. on the sage, nor is there any mention of restraint. Sages used to attain God through their yoga. And they used to get all their disciples to attain self-knowledge. He was able to see physical matter as well as the energy behind it. In our Puranas there is mention of Sapta Rishi, which are Ketu, Pulah, Pulastya, Atri, Angira, Vashishtha and Bhrigu.

Maharishi- A person who has reached the highest limit of knowledge and penance is called Maharishi. Above them only Brahmarshi are considered. Everyone has three types of eyes. He is the knowledge eye, the divine eye and the ultimate eye. The one whose eye of knowledge is awakened is called a sage. One whose divine eye is awakened is called a Maharishi and one whose supreme eye is awakened is called a Brahmarshi. The last Maharishi was Dayanand Saraswati, who understood and interpreted the original mantras. After this no person has become a Maharishi till date.
