उपनिषदों में जहाँ तत्व की बात बतायी गयी है, कहा है कि यह ऐसा विषय है, यदि सूखे लकड़े को सुनाया जाय तो वह भी सजीव हो जाय | हम लोगों में जो मृतक की तरह हैं उनमे भी रस आ जाना चाहिये | भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण जब प्रेम से वंशी बजाते तो लकड़ी गीली हो जाती, हरी हो जाती, उनसे धुआँ निकलने लगता तो रसोई ठीक नहीं होती | एक गोपी कहती है –
ये भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण की ही बातें हैं | अपने घर की तो है नहीं | मैं तो टेपरिकार्डर की तरह बोल देता हूँ | सब भगवान् के ही वचन हैं | कई सीधे आये हैं, कई कुछ मिलकर आये हैं | भगवान् के वचन आकाशवाणी से भी उतरते हैं, महात्माओं के वचनों से उतरते हैं, शास्त्रों से उतरते हैं | हमे तो यह समझना चाहिये कि यह हैं तो भगवान् के वचन, पर रंग क्यों नहीं चढ़ता | वस्त्र जितना साफ़ होता है उतना ही बढ़िया रंग चढ़ता है | थोडा रंग हमारे पर भी अवश्य आता है, किन्तु इसी से संतोष नहीं कर लेना चाहिये | रंग ऐसा होना चाहिये कि चमकने लग जाय भगवदविषयक रंग के साबुन भी है, यदि वस्त्र मैला हो तो बार-बार रगड़ने से मैल को काट-काटकर कपड़े को साफ़ कर देता है और एकदम रंग चढ़ जाता है | यदि फिर कहें इतना विलम्ब क्यों ? यही बात आती है कि कपड़ा मैला है | भगवान् के तत्व रहस्य की बातें ही रंग हैं, बार-बार उनमे डुबकी लगानी चाहिये | समय-समय पर नाम का उच्चारण साबुन की रगड-पट्टी है, इससे एकदम साफ़ हो जाता है तो तुरंत रंग चढ़ जाता है |

, Sri Hari: || Continuing from last post………… In the Upanishads, where the element has been mentioned, it has been said that it is such a subject that if it is narrated to a dry stick, it too becomes alive. Among us, those who are like the dead should also be interested in them. When Lord Krishna used to play flute with love, the wood would become wet, it would turn green, smoke would come out of it, then the kitchen would not be well. A Gopi says – These are the words of Lord Krishna only. It is not of our house. I speak like a tape recorder. All are the words of God. Some have come directly, some have come together. God’s words also descend from Akashvani, descend from the words of Mahatmas, descend from the scriptures. We should understand that these are the words of God, but why doesn’t it get colored. The cleaner the cloth, the better the color gets. Some color definitely comes on us too, but we should not be satisfied with this. The color should be such that it should start shining. If you say then why so much delay? It comes to the point that the cloth is dirty. The elements of God are the colors of the secrets, one should take a dip in them again and again.
