सरस्वती सारे संशयों का निवारण करने वाली और बोध स्वरूपिणी हैं। इनकी उपासना से सब प्रकार की सिद्धियां प्राप्त होती हैं। ये संगीतशास्त्र की भी अधिष्ठात्री देवी है। ताल, स्वर, लय, राग-रागिनी आदि इन्ही की दी गई मानी जाती हैं।सात प्रकार के सुरों से इनका स्मरण किया जाता है। इसलिए ये स्वरात्मिका कहलाती हैं। सप्तविध स्वरों का ज्ञान देने के कारण ही इनका नाम सरस्वती है।
वीणावादिनी सरस्वती ने संगीतमय जीवन जीने की प्रेरणा है। वीणा बजाने से शरीर एकदम स्थिर हो जाता है। इसमें शरीर का हर अंग समाधि अवस्था को प्राप्त हो जाता है। 👉सामवेद के सारे विधि-विधान केवल वीणा के स्वरों पर बने हुए हैं।
सरस्वती के सभी अंग सफेद हैं, जिसका तात्पर्य यह है कि सरस्वती सत्वगुणी प्रतिभा स्वरूप है। देवी भागवत के अनुसार सरस्वती को ब्रह्मा, विष्णु, महेश तीनो पूजते हैं। कमल गतिशीलता का प्रतीक है। यह निरपेक्ष जीवन जीने की प्रेरणा देता है। हाथ में पुस्तक सभी कुछ जान लेने, सभी कुछ समझ लेने की सीख देती है।
लेखक कवि, संगीतकार सभी सरस्वती की प्रथम वंदना करते हैं। उनका विश्वास है कि इससे उनके भीतर रचना की ऊर्जा शक्ति पैदा होती है। इसके अलावा मां सरस्वती देवी की पूजा से रोग, शोक, चिंताएं और मन का संचित विकार भी दूर होते हैं।

मानव कल्याण का समय जीवनदर्शन के लिए है।
याज्ञवल्क्य वाणी स्तोत्र, वशिष्ठ स्तोत्र आदि में सरस्वती की पूजा व उपासना का वर्णन है। एक दृष्टांत के अनुसार👉 कुंभकर्ण की तपस्या से संतुष्ट होकर ब्रह्मा उसे वरदान देने पहुंचे, तो उन्होंने सोचा कि यह दुष्ट कुछ भी न करें, केवल बैठकर भोजन ही करे, तो यह संसार उजड़ जाएगा। इसलिए उन्होंने सरस्वती को बुलाया सारद प्रेरिता सुमति फेरी। मागेसि नींद मास षट् केरी। यह कहकर उसकी बुद्धि विकृत करा दी। परिणाम यह हुआ कि वह छह माह की नींद मांग बैठा। इस तरह कुंभकर्ण में सरस्वती का प्रवेश उसकी मौत का कारण बना।

Lotus is a symbol of mobility. It inspires to live an absolute life. The book in hand teaches to know everything, to understand everything.
Writers, poets, musicians all worship Saraswati first. They believe that this creates within them the energy power of creation. Apart from this, diseases, grief, worries and accumulated disorders of the mind are also removed by worshiping Goddess Saraswati.
