नाम-जप प्रधान साधन

इस युग में नाम-जप ही प्रधान साधन है-मन न लगे तो नाम-भगवान् से प्रार्थना करनी चाहिये-‘हे नाम-भगवन्! तुम दया करो, तुम्हीं साक्षात् मेरे प्रभु हो; अपने दिव्य प्रकाश से मेरे अन्तःकरण के अन्धकार का नाश कर दो। मन के सारे मल को जला दो। तुम सदा मेरी जिह्वा पर नाचते रहो और नित्य-निरन्तर मेरे मन में विहार करते रहो। तुम्हारे जीभ पर आते ही मैं प्रेम-सागर में डूब जाऊँ; सारे जगत् को, जगत् के सारे सम्बन्धों को, तन-मन को, लोक-परलोक को, स्वर्ग-मोक्ष को भूलकर केवल प्रभु के तुम्हारे प्रेम में ही निमग्न हो रहूँ। लाखों जिह्वाओं से तुम्हारा उच्चारण करूँ, लाखों-करोड़ों कानों से मधुर नाम-ध्वनि को सुनूँ और करोड़ों -अरबों मनों से दिव्य नामानन्द का पान करूँ। तृप्त होऊँ ही नहीं। पीता ही रहूँ नाम-सुधा को और उसी में समाया रहूँ।

In this era, chanting the name is the main means – if you don’t feel like it, you should pray to the name-Lord – ‘O name-Lord! You have mercy, you are my Lord in reality; Destroy the darkness of my heart with your divine light. Burn all the filth in your mind. You always keep dancing on my tongue and keep wandering in my mind continuously. As soon as I come on your tongue, I drown in the ocean of love; Forgetting the whole world, all the relations of the world, body-mind, world-afterlife, heaven-salvation, I should remain immersed only in your love, Lord. May I pronounce you with millions of tongues, may I hear your sweet name and sound with millions of ears and may I drink the divine joy from millions and billions of hearts. I will never be satisfied. I should keep drinking Naam-Sudha and remain absorbed in it.
