आध्यात्मिक शान्ति

शान्ति का मूल आधार केवल आध्यात्मिक विचार ही है। संसार के त्रिविध तापों और क्लेशों में उलझा मनुष्य अशान्त, व्यग्र, असहज, असंतुलित, अत्यन्त विचलित रहता है। इसका एक ही कारण है कि उसके पास सही विचार नहीं है। जब मनुष्य के पास सद्विचारों का प्रकाश आता है, तो उसे शाश्वत आह्लाद की संप्राप्ति होती है। आनन्द का अर्थ है – प्रसन्नता, शान्ति, स्फूर्ति, उमंग और उल्लास का आना। प्रसन्नता वस्तु और पदार्थ सापेक्ष नहीं, अपितु विचार सापेक्ष है। शुभ-आध्यात्मिक विचारों के अभाव में ही मनुष्य के जीवन में अल्पता, न्यूनता, हीनता अथवा अवसाद आदि दुष्प्रवृत्तियाँ दृष्टिगोचर होती हैं। इसलिए जीवन के स्थायी समाधान के लिए अपनी सत्यता-नित्यता और स्वभाव की ओर लौटें। शान्ति का मूल आधार केवल आध्यात्मिक विचार ही हैं। संसार के त्रिविध तापों और क्लेशों में उलझा मनुष्य मन आज, अशान्त, व्यग्र, असहज, असंतुलित और अत्यन्त विचलित है। इसका एक ही कारण है कि उसमें सही और सार्थक विचारों का अभाव है। सद्-विचारों के प्रकाश से ही परमानन्द की संप्राप्ति होती है। आध्यात्मिक व्यक्ति के मन में शान्ति और स्थिरता चिरस्थायी प्रसन्नता आती है। अध्यात्म का मूल है – मन की शान्ति।। मन की शान्ति से श्रेष्ठतम निर्णय लिए जा सकते हैं। आंतरिक शान्ति पाने के लिए, भौतिक इच्छाओं को पूरा करने की बजाय मन को इन इच्छाओं से मुक्त करना आवश्यक है। भगवद् गीता के अनुसार भौतिक इच्छाएँ नकारात्मक भावनाओं और मानसिक बीमारियों का कारण बनती हैं …।

अध्यात्म हमें दूसरों के लिए, समाज की भलाई के लिए जीवन जीना सिखाता है। आंतरिक शुद्धिकरण से ही बाहर का शुद्धिकरण हो सकता है। इसलिए आध्यात्मिकता के बिना जीवन मूल्यों की धारणा नहीं हो सकती है। विश्व एक परिवार है और हम सब एक ईश्वर की संतान होने के कारण आपस में भाई-भाई हैं। “वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्”भारत के चिन्तन का आधार है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत ऐसा देश है, जिसने गीता के माध्यम से सम्पूर्ण विश्व को सन्देश दिया है कि ईश्वर को पाने के मार्ग अनेक हो सकते हैं, लेकिन ईश्वर एक ही है। समाज में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने के लिए आध्यात्मिक क्रान्ति लाने की आवश्यकता है। भौतिकवाद और विभिन्न कारणों से देश व दुनिया में बढ़ रही हिंसा व अराजकता से हमारी शान्ति खण्डित हो रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि आध्यात्मिकता से ही हम मन की शुद्धि कर सकते हैं। आध्यात्मिक शिक्षा से हम सभी समस्याओं का हल निकाल सकते हैं। व्यक्ति से परिवार, परिवार से समाज, समाज से देश और देश से संसार बनता है। संसार में बदलाव लाना है तो व्यक्ति में परिवर्तन लाना पड़ेगा। सारा विश्व ही मेरा परिवार है, जब इस तरह की भावना मन में होती है तो हम दूसरों के दु:ख-दर्द को अपना मानने लगते हैं। पूज्य “प्रभुश्री जी” ने भगवत्पाद आदिगुरू शंकराचार्य  जी के श्लोक “सत्संगत्वे निस्संगत्वं निस्संगत्वे निर्मोहत्वम, निर्मोहत्वे निश्चलतत्वं निश्चलतत्वे जीवन्मुक्ति: ..” का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि सत्संग से निस्संगता पैदा होती है और निस्संगता से अमोह। अमोह से चित्त निश्चल होता है और निश्चल चित्त से जीवन मुक्ति उपलब्ध होती है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें धार्मिक नहीं आध्यात्मिक बनना है। आध्यात्मिक व्यक्ति की समस्त सांसारिक एषणायें, प्रवृत्तियाँ, शान्त अंतर्मुखी और स्थिर हो जाती हैं। शान्ति का मूल आधार केवल आध्यात्मिक विचार ही है। अज्ञानजन्य क्लेशों में उलझा मनुष्य अशान्त, व्यग्र, असहज, असंतुलित और अत्यन्त विचलित रहता है। इसका एक ही कारण है कि उसके पास सही विचार, दिशा और दशा नहीं है। जब मनुष्य के पास सद्विचारों का प्रकाश आता है, तब  उसे शाश्वत आह्लाद की संप्राप्ति होती है। आनन्द का अर्थ है – प्रसन्नता, शान्ति, स्फूर्ति, उमंग और उल्लास का आना। अतः प्रसन्नता वस्तु और पदार्थ सापेक्ष नहीं, अपितु विचार सापेक्ष है …।

To get internal peace, it is necessary to free the mind from these desires rather than fulfilling material desires. According to the Bhagavad Gita, material desires cause negative emotions and mental illnesses….

Spirituality teaches us to live life for others, for the good of society. Internal purification can lead to purification outside. Therefore, without spirituality, life values ​​cannot be a perception. The world is a family and we are all brothers and brothers, being the child of a God. “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” is the basis of India’s thinking. There is a need to bring spiritual revolution to bring positive changes in the society. Due to the increasing violence and chaos in the country and the world due to materialism and various reasons, our peace is being ruined. He said that we can purify the mind only through spirituality. If you want to change the world, then you have to change the person. The whole world is my family, when such a feeling is in the mind, then we start accepting the sorrows of others as our own. Pujya “Prabhushree Ji” gave the verses of Bhagwatpad Adiguru Shankaracharya ji “Satsangattvay Nisangatam Nisangattvay Nirohtvam, Nirohtvaye Nishtattvam Nishchakayattvaye Jeevanmukti: ..” said that satsang produces disability and is free from peace. Life liberation is available from certain mind. It is said that we have to become religious, not spiritual. It is the only reason that he has the right idea, direction and condition. Light comes, then it is the meaning of eternal joy.
