अहम से ऊपर उठना है

एक आम आदमी मै का रूप है वह अपने आप को शरीर मानता है। वह कुछ भी करता है तब मै करता हूँ का विचार रहता है। भगवान को भजते हुए थोड़ा समर्पण भाव आता है। तब उसमें अन्य के प्रति समर्पित भाव बनते हैं।व्यक्ति के दिल का भाव होता है कि मैं अपने साथी मित्र को बहुत अच्छा करू उसमें प्रेम का भाव है समर्पित भाव में भी मै रहता है। फिर भगवान को भजते हुए वह सोचता है। मै भगवान के चरणो में नतमस्तक हूं भगवान ही सबकुछ कर रहे हैं। मै कर्म नहीं करता हूँ कर्म करते हुए मै भगवान के चरणो में नतमस्तक था। मुझे कार्य के होने का अहसास भी नहीं है कैसे हुआ इस भाव में भी मै है। सबकुछ ईश्वर है ईश्वर ही है ईश्वर के द्वारा हुआ ईश्वर ही है अन्दर बाहर ईश्वर है मै की मृत्यु होने पर केवल ईश्वर है ईश्वर चलता है ईश्वर बैठता है ईश्वर में सब समाहित है। ईश्वर से भिन्न कुछ नहीं है ईश्वर प्रेम है ईश्वर पुजा हैं ईश्वर की प्रार्थना ईश्वर कर रहे हैं ईश्वर धङकन है ईश्वर आत्मा है।जय श्री राम अनीता गर्ग

A common man is the form of me, he considers himself as the body. Whatever he does, the thought of I do it remains. While worshiping God, there is a sense of dedication. Then there is a feeling of devotion towards others. A person has a feeling in his heart that I should do good to my fellow friend, there is a feeling of love in him, I remain in a feeling of dedication. Then he thinks while worshiping God. I bow down at the feet of God, God is doing everything. I do not do work, while doing work, I was bowing down at the feet of God. I don’t even feel the work being done, how did it happen, I am also in this feeling. Everything is God, God is God, God is done by God, God is inside and outside, I am only God when I die, God walks, God sits, God is all contained.
