शांडिल्य उपनिषद में कहां है कि नाभि के नीचे की बाजू कुंडलिनी शक्ति का स्थान है ।यह कुंडलिनि शक्ति आठ प्रकृति रूप( पंचभूत तथा त्रिगुण मिलाकर आठ प्रकृति रूप )और आठ प्रकार के आव्रुत कुंडल जैसी है । यह कुंडलिनी के द्वार खुलने से ही मोक्ष का द्वार खुलता है। यही सुषम्णा मार्ग से मेरुदंड में यह दिव्य प्राण शक्ति अर्थात आत्म शक्ति का उर्ध्वगमन होता है । यह सुषुम्नाका द्वार बंद करके कुंडलिनी शक्ति सोई हुई है । यह शक्ति सर्पके जैसी है । यह कुंडलिनी शक्ति को जिसने चलाई है वह मुक्त होता है । यह दिव्य शक्ति उर्ध्वगमन करके कंठ के ऊपर के भाग में जब गमन करती है तब योगीओ को मुक्ति देती है । और कंठ के नीचे के भाग में सोई होती है तो अज्ञानियों को और ज्ञानीओको भी बंधन करती है ।जब तक यह शक्ति आग्ना चक्र तक नहीं आती है तब तक त्रिनेत्र नहीं खुलता नहीं है और इसके बाद ही सहस्त्रार में जाया जाता है ।वहां अखंड ब्रह्म ज्योति का दर्शन अर्थात साक्षात्कार है । इसलिए तत्वदर्शी सिद्ध महासिद्ध सद्गुरु की कृपा से इड़ा और पिंगला दोनों मार्ग छोड़कर सुषुम्ना के बेहद मार्ग में आना चाहिए और दिव्य नाद, बिंदु कला, ज्योति के तत्व दर्शन अर्थात अनुभव करने चाहिए । क्योंकि वहांसे आगे अनहद में परम तत्व विष्णु का अखंड महतज्योतिका तूरियातीत पद है । ग्रंथ अनुसंधान महासिद्ध सदगुरु जी । जय गुरुदेव।
Where in Shandilya Upanishad is it said that the arm below the navel is the place of Kundalini Shakti. This Kundalini Shakti is like eight nature forms (eight nature forms including Panchabhuta and Trigun) and eight types of coils. The door to salvation opens only when the door of Kundalini is opened. Through this Sushamna path, this divine life force i.e. soul power ascends in the spine. Kundalini Shakti is sleeping after closing the door of Sushumnaka. This power is like a snake. The one who has activated this Kundalini Shakti becomes free. When this divine power moves upward and reaches the upper part of the throat, it gives liberation to the yogis. And if there is sleep in the lower part of the throat, then it binds the ignorant as well as the knowledgeable. Until this power reaches the Agna Chakra, the Trinetra does not open and only after this it goes into Sahasrara. Darshan of Brahma Jyoti means realization. Therefore, by the grace of Tatvdarshi Siddha Mahasiddha Sadguru, one should leave both Ida and Pingala paths and come to the extreme path of Sushumna and experience the elements of divine sound, Bindu Kala and Jyoti.
