नाम साधना

पत्थर पर यदि बहुत पानी एकदम से डाल दिया जाए तो पत्थर केवल भीगेगा । फिर पानी बह जाएगा और पत्थर सूख जाएगा।

किन्तु वह पानी यदि बूंद-बूंद पत्थर पर एक ही जगह पर गिरता रहेगा, तो पत्थर में छेद होगा और कुछ दिनों बाद पत्थर टूट भी जाएगा।

इसी प्रकार निश्चित स्थान पर नाम स्मरण की साधना की जाएगी तो उसका परिणाम अधिक होता है ।

चक्की में दो पाटे होते हैं। उनमें यदि एक स्थिर रहकर, दूसरा घूमता रहे तो अनाज पिस जाता है और आटा बाहर आ जाता है। यदि दोनों पाटे एक साथ घूमते रहेंगे तो अनाज नहीं पिसेगा और परिश्रम व्यर्थ होगा।

इसी प्रकार मनुष्य में भी दो पाटे हैं – एक मन और दूसरा शरीर। मन पर नाम पाटा रखना है। मन बहुत चंचल है वह नित नयी योजनाएं बनाता है भगवान नाम का पाटा मन को स्थिर करता है और शरीर घूमने वाला पाटा है। अपने मन को भगवान के प्रति स्थिर किया जाए और शरीर से गृहस्थी के कार्य किए जाएं। मन को भगवान नाम में ऐसे स्थिर कर लेते हैं तब शरीर पाटा दरकने लगेगा। शरीर पाटा मे मै और मेरापन मर जाता है तब शरीर कुछ भी किरया करेगा न करेगा तब अन्तर्मन मे झांक कर देखने पर सब कुछ नाम भगवान ही होगा। हमें मनुष्य जन्म में मैं और मेरापन को मारना होता है। शरीर बाहर घुम रहा है भक्त अन्तर्मन मे झांक कर देखता है। मन परम में लीन है। भक्त देखता है मन भी ऊपर उठ गया है। मन भटक सकता है दिल दिल तो परमात्मा का है अन्दर नाद बज रहा है अनेक धुन एक साथ अनतर ह्दय मे वीणा वादन कर रही है। पहले थोड़े से आनन्द की प्राप्ति पर शरीर झुमता था। शरीर हो तब शरीर झुमे शरीर और परमात्मा एक रूप हो गये हैं सबकुछ परमात्मा है ईश्वर है आत्म तत्व है जय श्री राम अनीता गर्ग

If a lot of water is poured on the stone at once, the stone will only get wet. Then the water will flow away and the stone will dry up.

But if that water keeps falling on the stone drop by drop at the same place, then there will be a hole in the stone and after a few days the stone will also break.

Similarly, if the spiritual practice of remembering the name is done at a certain place, then its result is more.

There are two parts in the mill. If one of them remains stationary and the other keeps rotating, the grain gets ground and the flour comes out. If both the blades keep rotating together, the grain will not be ground and the labor will be in vain.

Similarly, there are two parts in a human being – one is the mind and the other is the body. You have to keep your name on your mind. The mind is very fickle, it makes new plans all the time, the door of the name of God stabilizes the mind and the body is a rotating wheel. Your mind should be fixed towards God and household chores should be done from the body. When the mind is fixed in the name of God in this way, then the body will start cracking. Me and my self dies in the body, then the body will not do anything, then looking into the inner self, everything will be God’s name. We have to kill me and my self in human birth. The body is moving outside and the devotee looks into the inner being. The mind is absorbed in the ultimate. The devotee sees that the mind has also risen. The mind can wander, the heart is of God, the sound is playing inside, many melodies are simultaneously playing the veena in the inner heart. Earlier, the body used to tremble on the attainment of a little pleasure. When there is a body, then the body swayed, the body and the divine have become one form; everything is God, God is the Self.
