तुम शुद्ध चेतन आत्मा हो

यह देह आपने नहीं बनाई जिसने इस देह का निर्माण किया वो ही इस देह के भीतर बैठा है उसी के कारण ये देह उठती बैठती,चलती,फिरती है।
वो इसमें है,
लेकिन
दिखता नहीं
क्योंकि
वो देह है ही नहीं वो देह से परे है।
अगर वो देह में होता तो देह का कीमा बना दो वो मिलता
ते देह उसका भवन, मन्दिर है
जैसे:
तुम अपने घर में रहते हो तुम अपने घर मे रखें समानों से टकराते नहीं हो , तुम अपने घर की दिवारो से चिपक कर,टकरा कर नहीं चलते उनसे अलग रहकर चलते हो
ठीक इसी तरह आत्मा शरीर में होते हुए भी नहीं हो
जहां आत्मा है वहां न सुर्य न चन्द्रमा,न सर्दी न गर्मी, न जात न पात,न अमीर न गरीब,न आदि,न उपाधि,न व्याधि वहां न बचपन न जवानी न बुढ़ापा
वो शुद्ध आत्मा, पवित्र निर्मल निर्विकार अनादि है।
लेकिन
देह में आसक्ति होने के कारण इस आत्मा को भ्रांति हो गई कि मैं शरीर हूं तुम शरीर नहीं हो तुम शुद्ध चेतन आत्मा हो।

ये शरीर परिवर्तन शील है,नाशवान है, वो इस देह में एक बना वो ही अनेक बना
लेकिन वो अनबना हैं उसे किसी ने नहीं बनाया

यही शाश्वत है।
यही अजर,अमर,अमृत, है।
इसी अमृत को जानना है ।शरीर मरता है आत्मा शाश्वत है।
देह भाव छोड़ना हैं शाश्वत को जानना है।
असत्य को छोड़ना हैं सत्य को पकडना है,
नित्य को समझना है अनित्य को छोड़ना है।
