शुभ्र पूर्णिमा की शुभ्र चँद्ररजनी थी चँद्रअमृत भरी ! उतरी शुभ्र चँद्रकमल से थी जैसे कोई शुभ्र चँद्रपरी!! जब नीलम चँद्रमा था सोने के पीपल के पीछे से निकला! स्वर्णिम वृन्दावन के नीलम निलय पर था जैसे सोना पिघला! ! मादक मलयानिल में थी मादक फूलों की मादक सुवास ! स्वर्णिम वृन्दावन में था लाया सुगन्ध मादक मधुमास!! स्वर्णिम वृन्दावन के उस स्वर्णिम गाँव में ! स्वर्णिम कादम्बरी की उस स्वर्णिम छाँव में! ! प्रेम झूले पर थे आभूषित प्रियतम स्वर्णिम पीताम्बर पहने ! उनके अँग-अँग पर थे बेले के फूलों के बेले के गहने!! प्रियतम के नीलम चँदन नील कँठ से थी लिपटी विष्णु वैजयँती बाँवरी! नील कँठ से हो लिपटी जैसे कोई कृष्ण वैजयँती सलोनी साँवरी!! चँदनवेनु पर ले रहे थे मीठी अलाप रसराज पिया! कृष्ण वैजयँतियों पर था जिसने मीठा जादू किया!!”
