इस संसार में तू अकेला आया है

इस संसार में तू अकेला आया है अकेला जाएगा,
ये बोझ तेरा अपना तुझे ही उठाना है दूजा न उठाएगा,

माँ की ममता है बच्चे को दूध पिलाती,
खुद भूखी रह जाती बच्चे को खाना खिलाती,
बुढ़ापे में लेकिन क्या ये काम आएगा,
देखना वक़्त आने पे छोड़ चला जायेगा,
इस संसार में तू अकेला आया है……..

चैन नहीं था तुझको जब तू भोजा ढो रहा था,
घर पहुंचा तेरा लाडला पालने में  सो रहा रहा,
ये वक़्त है अब तो वह मरहम लगा दे,
जो कर्ज है तुझपर पर तू उसका सूत चूका दे,
इस संसार में तू अकेला आया है………….

उस प्यार को ठुकरा दिया जो बचपन से मिला,
उस प्यार को अपना लिया जो कल ही तुझे मिला,
जिस पेड़ की छाया में तूने जीवन बिताया,
उसकी साखा तू आज है तोड़ने आया,
इस संसार में तू अकेला आया है

You have to bear this burden on your own.

Mother’s love gives milk to the child,
She herself feeds the child hungry,
in old age but will it work,
Watching will leave when the time comes,

You were not at peace when you were carrying food,
Your beloved reached home, kept sleeping in the cradle,
Now it’s time to apply the ointment
The debt which is on you, you should repay its yarn,
