जो भी तू जाये प्रीतम की याद में बिरहा में,

सुख शांति में सूरत में मति में तथा प्रतीतक में,
परणो की प्राण गति में मोहन को ढूंढते हैं,

भंधता है जिस में आकर बह ब्रहम मोक बंधन,
उस प्रेम के अनोखे बंधन को ढूंढ़ते है,

अहो की जो घटा हो दामनी हो दर्द दिल की,
रस बिंदु बरसे जिस से उस धन को ढूंढते हैं,
जो श्याम पर फिदा हो, उस तन को ढूंढते हैं
