मन की एकाग्रता

हम जो भी कर्म करते हैं मन की एकाग्रता से
चाहे खाना बनाए,पढ़ाई करें,कपड़े धोए,या कोई गेम खेले,,ये इतनी बड़ी-बड़ी फैक्ट्री कारखाने, गाडियां,हवाई जहाज, टीवी मोबाइल फोन आदि न जाने क्या क्या इस धरती पर मनुष्य ने अविष्कार किया
सब मन की लगन ओर एकाग्रता से कर्म का कोई भी क्षेत्र हो
मन की एकाग्रता से ही उस कर्म में सफलता मिलती है ।
तो फिर
भगवान के लिए एकाग्रता क्यों नहीं
अगर उसमें भी मनुष्य जब जोर लगाता है पत्थर पानी हों जाता है
कमी कहां है?
उसकी श्रद्धा विश्वास में
बिना श्रद्धा विश्वास के वो अपने हृदय में बसे उस परमात्मा कि बोध नहीं कर सकता
जो परमात्मा की प्राप्ति के लिए जिज्ञासु हैं।
वो ऐड़ी से चोटी तक का जोर लगा देता है।
लेकिन
जिसका आत्मबल कमजोर है वो देव पर भरोसा करता है।
देव देव आलसी पुकारा
लक्ष्मण ने कहा
प्रभु देवा का क्या भरोसा
इसलिए
उठाइए बाण ओर सागर को सुखा डालिए
जो देवी-देवताओं के भरोसे रहते हैं वो कभी सफल नहीं हो सकतें
मैं कहती हूं कि
आपने अपने मन में संकल्प किया
मैं माता रानी के मन्दिर जाऊंगा
संकल्प आपका
आप घर से निकले,अपने पांव से चलकर गये
माता रानी चलकर आपको पास नहीं आई
आपने उनके लिए पूजा, ज्योत बत्ती की,आपने आरती की आपने व्रत रखें
आपने प्रसाद चढ़ाया
आपने जागरण किया
आपकी श्रद्धा आपका विश्वास आपका भरोसा फलित हुआ
अगर तुम घर से बाहर न निकलते तो क्या माता रानी के दर्शन कर सकते थे
तो कृपा किसने की ?
आपने अपने ऊपर कृपा की आपकी कृपा फलित हुई
हमने कंजका जिमाई
ओर हम कहते है कि
माता रानी की कृपा से
आपके भीतर जो नौ दुर्ग है यानी नौ दरवाजे
दो आंख, दो कान दो नाक के सुराख एक मुंह ओर मल मुत्र के द्वार
ये नौ दुर्ग में नौ दुर्गा शक्ति है
उसी शक्ति (दुर्गा)से तुम अपने दुर्गुणों का नाश करते हो
यही शक्ति एक ऊर्जा,पावर है
जिस की शक्ति से तुम खड़े हो
वहीं शक्ति आत्मा है।
जिसने अपनी शक्ति को पहचान लिया
वो अपनी ही आत्मा में तृप्त रहता है।
पुर्ण विराम
फिर उसके लिए कोई कर्म नहीं रह जाता
वो पूरी तरह से परमानंद में मस्त रहता है।

Whatever we do, we do it with concentration of mind. Be it cooking, studying, washing clothes, or playing any game, these huge factories, vehicles, aeroplanes, TVs, mobile phones etc. and what all have been invented by man on this earth. Whatever be the field of work, do it with full dedication and concentration. Success in that work is achieved only by concentration of the mind. Then Why not concentration for God Even in that case, when a person applies force, a stone turns into water. Where is the shortage? his faith in faith Without faith and belief, he cannot realize the God who resides in his heart. Those who are curious to attain God. He applies all the force from head to toe. But The one whose self-confidence is weak trusts God. god god lazy called Laxman said What is the trust of Lord God? so pick up the arrow and dry up the ocean Those who depend on gods and goddesses can never succeed. I say that you resolved in your mind I will go to Mata Rani’s temple your resolve You left the house, walked with your feet Mata Rani did not come to you by walking You did puja for them, lit a lamp, performed aarti, observed a fast. you offered prasad you awakened Your faith, your faith, your trust has come to fruition. If you had not come out of the house, could you have seen Mata Rani? So who did the kindness? You were kind to yourself, your kindness paid off we sang kanjka And we say that By the grace of Mother Queen The nine forts within you i.e. the nine doors Two eyes, two ears, two nostrils, one mouth and an opening for urine and feces. There are nine Durga Shaktis in these nine forts. With the same power (Durga) you destroy your bad qualities. This power is an energy, power by whose power you stand That power is the soul. who recognized his power He remains satisfied in his own soul. full stop Then there is no work left for him He remains completely engrossed in ecstasy.
