नैना हुए बाबरे आजा मोरे सॉवरे
दरीया कव तक रखोगे मेरे सॉवरे

इक दिन की ये खातिर चहू और निहारू,
कब आओगे सांवरिया दिन-रात पुकारू,

इस उजड़े चमन में कब फूल खिलेंगे,
