नव बसंत उत्सव पर तुमको याद करता हूँ

नव बसंत उत्सव पर तुमको याद करता हूँ,
माता शारदे चरणों में प्रणाम करता हूँ,

हो स्वरों की देवी भी संगीत का आकाश तुम,
सरस्वती के नाम से हो ज्ञान का प्रकाश तुम ,
वीणा जिसके हाथ में है वेदों का आधार तुम,
भावों के सुमनों से अभिराम करता हूँ ,
ऐसी वीणावादिनी को मैं प्रणाम करता हूँ,
माता शारदे चरणों में प्रणाम करता हूँ ,

माता के चरणों में तन-मन सब अर्पित है,
और आपको ही ये जीवन समर्पित है ,
माँ की ममता सब जगह व्यापक और वर्णित है,
ऐसी माँ की ममता को मैं प्रणाम करता हूँ,
माता शारदे को सादर प्रणाम करता हूँ ,

करुणामय आनन पर तेजस्वी भाल है ,
जैसे ज्ञान का सूरज निकल रहा लाल है,
चरण रज से होता माँ ‘अभय’ का कल्याण है,
ऐसी माँ कल्याणी का गुणगान करता हूँ ,
ऐसी जगत जननी का सदा ध्यान करता हूँ ,
माता शारदे चरणों में प्रणाम करता हूँ ,

I remember you on the new spring festival,
I bow at the feet of Mother Sharde,

You are the goddess of music, you are also the sky of music.
You are the light of knowledge in the name of Saraswati.
The Veena in whose hands you are the basis of the Vedas,
I am pleased with the sums of emotions,
I bow to such veenavadini,
I bow at the feet of Mother Sharde,

Body and mind are all devoted at the feet of the mother,
And this life is dedicated to you,
Mother’s love is widespread and described everywhere,
I salute the love of such a mother,
I salute Mata Sharde.

There is a splendid spear on compassionate humour,
As the sun of knowledge is rising red,
The welfare of mother ‘Abhay’ happens due to Charan Raj,
I praise such mother Kalyani,
I always meditate on such mother of the world,
I bow at the feet of Mother Sharde,
