श्रीरामरक्षास्तोत्रम् ।।

श्रीराम गोविन्द मुकुन्द कृष्ण
श्री नाथ विष्णो भगवन्नमस्ते।
प्रौढारिषड् वर्ग महाभयेभ्यो
मां त्राहि नारायण विश्वमूर्ते।।

भगवान विष्णु ने जब रघुवंशी महाराज दशरथ के यहां जन्म लिया, तब उनका नाम ‘राम’ हुआ। विद्वानों ने ‘राम’ शब्द की व्याख्या करते हुए कहा है कि जो सन्तजनों की सब कामनाओं को पूर्ण करते हैं, जो आसुरी शक्तियों के विनाश के लिए सन्नध रहते हैं, वह राम हैं।

रमन्ते सर्वभूतेषु स्थावरेषु चरेषु च।
अन्तरात्म स्वरुपेण यच्च रामेति कथ्यते।।

जो सब जीवों में, चल-अचल में अन्तर्यामी रुप से व्याप्त हैं, उनको ही राम कहते हैं। वह देह रहित, अवयव रहित, अद्वितीय, सर्वव्यापी, सर्वज्ञ राम ही भक्तों के इच्छित कार्यो को सिद्ध करने के लिए मर्यादा की रक्षा के लिए आत्म उदाहरण द्वारा जन-जन को मार्ग दर्शन देने के लिए आत्मशक्ति से अवतार लेते हैं।इस तरह साकार होने से ही परमेश्वर स्वयं-भू कहलाता है। वे ज्योति स्वरुप होते हैं। अपने प्रकाश से सदा प्रकाशित रहते हैं। वे साकार होने पर भी अनन्त रहते हैं।

विनियोग-
ॐ अस्य श्रीरामरक्षा स्तोत्र मन्त्रस्य बुधकौशिक ऋषिः, श्री सीतारामचन्द्रोदेवता, अनुष्टुप् छन्दः, सीताशक्तिः, श्रीमद्हनुमान कीलकम् श्रीसीतारामचन्द्रप्रीत्यर्थे जपे विनियोगः।।

ध्यानम्-
ध्यायेदाजानुबाहं धृतशरधनुषं बद्दद्पद्मासनस्थं,
पीतं वासोवसानं नवकमलदलस्पर्धिनेत्रं प्रसन्नम्।वामाङ्कारूढसीता मुखकमल्मिल्लोचनं नीरदाभं,
नानालङ्कारदीप्तं दधतमरुजटामण्डनं रामचन्द्रम्।।

जो धनुष बाण धारण किये हुए हैं, बद्ध पद्मासन की मुद्रा में विराजित हैं और पीताम्बर पहने हुए हैं, जिनके नेत्र कमल दलों से स्पर्धा करते हैं (अर्थात जो कमल दलों से भी सुन्दर हैं), जो प्रसन्नचित्त हैं, जिनके नेत्र बाएं अङ्क ( गोद ) में बैठी सीता के मुख कमल से मिले हुए हैं तथा जिनका रंग बादलों की तरह श्याम है, उन अजानबाहु, विभिन्न आभूषणों से विभूषित जटाधारी श्री राम का मैं ध्यान करता हूँ।

चरितं रघुनाथस्य शतकोटिप्रविस्तरम्।
एकैकमक्षरं पुंसां महापातकनाशनम्।।१।।

श्री रघुनाथ का चरित्र १०० कोटि के विस्तार वाला है। इस चरित्र का एक- महापातकों का नाश करने वाला करता है।

ध्यात्वा नीलोत्पल श्यामं रामं राजीवलोचनम्।
जानकीलक्ष्मणोपेतं जाता मुकुटमण्डितम्।।२।।

नीलकमल के समान श्याम वर्ण वाले, कमल जैसे नेत्र वाले, जटाओं के मुकुट से सुशोभित, जानकी और लक्ष्मण के सहित ऐसे भगवान् राम का ध्यान करके।

सासितूणधनुर्बाणपाणिं नक्तं चरान्तकम्।
स्वलीलया जगन्नातुमाविर्भूतमजं विभुम्।।३।।

अजन्मा जिनका जन्म न हुआ हो, अर्थात जो प्रकट हुए हों, सर्वव्यापक, हाथों में खड्ग, तुणीर, धनुष-बाण धारण किये राक्षसों के संहार तथा अपनी लीलाओं से जगत की रक्षा हेतु अवतरित श्री राम का ध्यान करके।

रामरक्षां पठेत्प्राज्ञः पापघ्नीं सर्वकामदाम्।
शिरो मे राघवः पातु भालं दशरथात्मजः।।४।।

मैं सभी कामनाओं की पूर्ति करने वाले और समस्त पापों का नाश करने वाले राम रक्षा स्तोत्र का पाठ करता हूँ। राघव मेरे सिर की, दशरथ के पुत्र मेरे ललाट की रक्षा करें।

कौसल्येयो दृशो पातु विश्वामित्रप्रियःश्रुती।
घ्राणं पातु मखत्राता मुखं सौमित्रिवत्सलः।।५।।

कौशल्या के पुत्र मेरे नेत्रों की, विश्वामित्र के प्रिय मेरे कानों की, यज्ञरक्षक मेरे घ्राण (नाक) की और सुमित्रा के वत्सल मेरे मुख की रक्षा करें।

जिह्वां विद्यानिधिः पातु कण्ठं भरतवंदितः।
स्कन्धौ दिव्यायुधः पातु भुजौ भग्नेशकार्मुकः।।६।।

विधानिधि मेरी जिह्वा की रक्षा करें, भरत-वन्दित मेरे कंठ की रक्षा करें, कन्धों की दिव्यायुध और भुजाओं की महादेव का धनुष तोड़ने वाले श्री राम रक्षा करें।

करौ सीतापतिः पातु हृदयं जामदग्न्यजित्।
मध्यं पातु खरध्वंसी नाभिं जाम्बवदाश्रयः।।७।।

हाथों की रक्षा सीतापति, ह्रदय की जमदग्नि के पुत्र (परशुराम) को जीतने वाले, मध्य भाग की खर (राक्षस) का वध करने वाले और नाभि की जांबवान के आश्रयकारी रक्षा करें।

सुग्रीवेशः कटी पातु सक्थिनी हनुमत्प्रभुः।
ऊरु रघुत्तमः पातु रक्षःकुलविनाशकृत्।।८।।

सुग्रीव के स्वामी कमर की, हनुमान के प्रभु कूल्हों की, सभी रघुओं में उत्तम और राक्षसकुल का विनाश करने वाले श्री राम जाँघों की रक्षा करें।

जानुनी सेतुकृत्पातु जङ्घे दशमुखान्तकः।
पादौ विभीषणश्रीदः पातु रामोऽखिलं वपुः।।९।।

सेतु का निर्माण करने वाले मेरे घुटनों की, दशानन का वध करने वाले मेरी अग्रजंघा की, विभीषण को ऐश्वर्य देने वाले मेरे चरणों की और सम्पूर्ण शरीर की श्री राम रक्षा करें।

एतां रामबलोपेतां रक्षां यः सुकृती पठेत्।
स चिरायुः सुखी पुत्री विजयी विनयी भवेत्।।१०।।

रामबल से संयुक्त इस स्तोत्र का जो सदव्यक्ति पाठ करता है, वह दीर्घायु, सुखी, पुत्रवान, विजयी और विनयशील हो जाता है।

पातालभूतलव्योम चरिणश्छद्मचारिणः।
न द्रष्टुमपि शक्तास्ते रक्षितं रामनामभिः।।११।।

जो जीव आकाश पृथ्वी और पाताल में विचरते रहते हैं अथवा छद्म वेश में घुमते रहते हैं वे राम नाम से सुरक्षित मनुष्य को देख भी नहीं पाते।

रामेति रामभद्रेति रामचन्द्रेति वा स्मरन्।
नरो न लिप्यते पापै भक्तिं मुक्तिं च विन्दति।।१२।।

राम, रामभद्र, रामचंद्र आदि नामों का स्मरण करने वाला व्यक्ति पापों में लिप्त नहीं रहता और भक्ति और मोक्ष को प्राप्त करता है।

जगज्जेत्रैकमन्त्रेण रामनाम्नाभिरक्षितम्।
यः कण्ठे धारयेत्तस्तस्य करस्थाः सर्वसिद्धयः।।१३।।

जो राम नाम से सुरक्षित जगत पर विजय करने वाले इस मन्त्र को अपने कंठ में धारण करता है उसे समस्त सिद्धियां प्राप्त होती हैं।

वज्रपंजरनामेदं यो रामकवचं स्मरेत्।
अव्याहताज्ञः सर्वत्र लभते जयमङ्गलम्।।१४।।

वज्रपंजर नामक इस रामकवच का जो स्मरण करता है, उसकी आज्ञा का उल्लंघन नहीं होता और उसे सब जगह विजय और मंगल की प्राप्ति होती है।

आदिष्टवान्यथा स्वप्ने रामरक्षामिमां हरः।
तथा लिखितवान् प्रातः प्रबुद्धो बुधकौशिकः।।१५।।

स्वप्न में बुधकौशिक ऋषि को भगवान् शिव का आदेश होने पर बुधकौशिक ऋषि ने प्रातः जागने पर इस स्तोत्र को लिखा।

आरामः कल्पवृक्षाणां विरामः सकलापदाम्।
अभिरामस्त्रिलोकानां रामः श्रीमान् स नः प्रभुः।।१६।।

जो कल्पवृक्षों के समान आराम देने वाले, सभी आपदाओं को विराम देने वाले, तीनों लोकों में मोहक और सुन्दर हैं, वही राम हमारे प्रभु हैं।

तरुणौ रूपसंपन्नौ सुकुमारौ महाबलौ।
पुंडरीकविशालाक्षौ चीरकृष्णाजिनाम्बरौ।।१७।।

जो युवा, सुन्दर, सुकुमार, महाबल शाली और कमल के जैसे नेत्रों वाले हैं, मुनियों की तरह कपड़े एवं काले हिरन का चर्म धारण करने वाले हैं।

फलमूलशिनौ दान्तौ तापसौ ब्रह्मचारिणौ।
पुत्रौ दशरथस्यैतौ भ्रातरौ रामलक्ष्मणौ।।१८।।

जो फल और कंद का आहार ग्रहण करते हैं,जो संयमी, तपस्वी और ब्रह्मचारी हैं वे दशरथ के पुत्र राम और लक्ष्मण दोनों भाई हमारी रक्षा करें।

शरण्यौ सर्वसत्वानां श्रेष्ठौ सर्वधनुश्मताम्।
रक्षःकुलनिहन्तारौ त्रायेतां नो रघुत्तमौ।।१९।।

ऐसे महाबली, रघुश्रेष्ठ समस्त प्राणियों के शरणदाता, सभी धनुर्धारियों में श्रेष्ठ, राक्षस कुल का विनाश करने वाले हमारी रक्षा करें।

आत्तसज्जधनुषा विषुस्पृशा वक्षया शुगनिषङ्ग संगिनौ।
रक्षणाय मम रामलक्ष्मणा वग्रतः पथि सदैव गच्छताम्।।२०।।

धनुष संधान किये हुए, बाण का स्पर्श करते हुए अक्षय बाणों से उक्त तुणीर धारण किये श्री राम और लक्ष्मण मेरी रक्षा के लिए मेरे मार्ग में आगे चलें।

संनद्धः कवची खड्गी चापबाणधरो युवा।
गच्छन् मनोरथोऽस्माकं रामः पातु सलक्ष्मणः।।२१।।

हमेशा तत्पर, कवच धारण किये हुए, हाथों में खड्ग और धनुष-बाण धारण किये युवा श्री राम लक्ष्मण सहित मेरी रक्षा के लिए चलें।

रामो दशरथिः शूरो लक्ष्मणानुचरो बली।
काकुस्थः पुरुषः पूर्णः कौसल्येयो रघुत्तमः।।२२।।

भगवान् शिव कहते हैं- श्री राम, दाशरथी, शूर, लक्ष्मणानुचर, बली, काकुस्थ, पुरुष, पूर्ण, कौसल्येय, रघुत्तम,

वेदान्तवेद्यो यज्ञेशः पुराणपुरुषोत्तमः।
जानकीवल्लभःश्रीमानप्रमेय पराक्रमः।।२३।।

वेदांतवेद्य, यज्ञेश, पुराण पुरुषोत्तम, जानकीवल्लभ और श्रीमानप्रमेय पराक्रम,

इत्येतानि जपेन्नित्यं मद्भक्तः श्रद्धयान्वितः।
अश्वमेधाधिकं पुण्यं संप्राप्नोति न संशयः।।२४।।

इन नामों से नित्य भक्तिपूर्वक जप करने वाले को अश्वमेध यज्ञ से भी अधिक पुण्य मिलता है इसमें कोई संशय नहीं है।

रामं दुर्वादलश्यामं पद्माक्षं पीतवाससम्।
स्तुवन्ति नामिभिर्दिव्यैर्न ते संसारिणौ नरः।।२५।।

दूर्वादल के समान श्याम वर्ण, कमल-नयन और पीले वस्त्र धारण किये श्री राम की इन दिव्य नामों से स्तुति करने वाला संसारचक्र में नहीं पड़ता।

रामं लक्ष्मण पूर्वजं रघुवरं सीतापतिं सुन्दरं।
काकुत्स्थं करुणार्णवं गुणनिधिं विप्रप्रियं धार्मिकम्।।

राजेन्द्रं सत्यसंधं दशरथनयं श्यामलं शान्तमूर्तिम्।
वन्दे लोकाभिरामं रघुकुलतिलकं राघवं रावणारिम्।।२६।।

लक्ष्मण के बड़े भाई रघुवर, सीतापत, काकुत्स्थ राजा के वंशज, दयानिधि, गुणनिधि, विप्रों (ब्राह्मणों) के प्रिय, धर्म के रक्षक, राजाओं के राजा, सत्यसानिद्ध्य, दशरथ के पुत्र, श्यामवर्ण, शान्ति स्वरुप, सभी लोकों में सुन्दर, रघुकुल के वंशज और रावण के शत्रु राघव की मैं वंदना करता हूँ।

रामाय रामभद्राय रामचंद्राय वेधसे।
रघुनाथाय नाथाय सीताया: पतये नम:।।२७।।

राम को, रामभद्र को, रामचंद्र को, रघुनाथ नाथ को, सीता के पति को नमस्कार है।

श्रीराम राम रघुनन्दन राम राम।
श्रीराम राम भरताग्रज राम राम।
श्रीराम राम रणकर्कश राम राम।
श्रीराम राम शरणं भव राम राम।।२८।।

हे रघुनन्दन श्रीराम, भरत के बड़े भाई श्री राम, हे शत्रु को जीतने वाले श्री राम मुझे शरण दो।

श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ मनसा स्मरामि,
श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ वचसा गृणामि।
श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ शिरसा नमामि।
श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ शरणं प्रपद्ये।।२९।।

मैं श्रीराम के चरणों का मन से सुमिरन करता हूँ, श्रीराम के चरणों का वाणी से गुणगान करता हूँ, श्रीराम के चरणों को श्रद्धा के साथ प्रणाम करता हूँ, श्रीराम के चरों की शरण लेता हूँ।

माता रामो मत्पिता रामचंन्द्र:।
स्वामी रामो मत्सखा रामचंद्र:।
सर्वस्वं मे रामचन्द्रो दयालु,
नान्यं जाने नैव जाने न जाने।।३०।।

श्रीराम मेरे माता, श्रीराम मेरे पिता, श्रीराम मेरे स्वामी और श्रीराम मेरे सखा हैं। दयालु श्रीराम मेरे सर्वस्व हैं और उनके सिवा मैं किसी को नहीं जानता।

दक्षिणे लक्ष्मणो यस्य वामे तु जनकात्मजा।
पुरतो मारुतिर्यस्य तं वन्दे रघुनंदनम्‌।।३१।।

जिनके दक्षिण में (दाई ओर) लक्ष्मण, बाईं ओर जानकी और सामने हनुमान जी विराजित हैं, मैं उन रघुनन्दन का वंदन करता हूँ।

लोकाभिरामं रनरङ्‌गधीरं
राजीवनेत्रं रघुवंशनाथम्‌।
कारुण्यरूपं करुणाकरंतं
श्रीरामचंद्रं शरणं प्रपद्ये।।३२।।

मैं सभी लोकों में सुन्दर, युद्धकला में धीर, कमल के समान नेत्र वाले रघुवंश के नाथ, करुणारूप, करुणाकर, श्रीराम की शरण में हूँ।

मनोजवं मारुततुल्यवेगं
जितेन्द्रियं बुद्धिमतां वरिष्ठम्‌।
वातात्मजं वानरयूथमुख्यं
श्रीरामदूतं शरणं प्रपद्ये।।३३।।

मन के समान गति और वायु के सामान वेग वाले, जितेन्द्रिय, बुद्धिमानों में भी वरिष्ठ (श्रेष्ठ), वायु के पुत्र, वानर दल के अधिनायक श्रीराम दूत (हनुमान) की मैं शरण लेता हूँ।

कूजन्तं रामरामेति मधुरं मधुराक्षरम्‌।
आरुह्य कविताशाखां वन्दे वाल्मीकिकोकिलम्‌।।३४।।

मैं कवितामयी डाल पर बैठे मधुर अक्षरों वाले ‘राम-राम’ के मधुर नाम को कूजते हुए वाल्मीकि रूपी कोयल की वंदना करता हूँ।

आपदामपहर्तारं दातारं सर्वसंपदाम्‌।
लोकाभिरामं श्रीरामं भूयो भूयो नमाम्यहम्‌।।३५।।

मैं सभी लोकों में सुन्दर श्री राम को बार-बार प्रणाम करता हूँ, जो सब आपदाओं को दूर कर सुख सम्पदा देने वाले हैं।

भर्जनं भवबीजानामर्जनं सुखसंपदाम्‌ ।
तर्जनं यमदूतानां रामरामेति गर्जनम्‌।।३६।।

राम-राम का जप करने से मनुष्य के कष्ट समाप्त हो जाते हैं। वह समस्त सुख-संपत्ति और ऐश्वर्य प्राप्त करता है। राम राम की गर्जना से यमदूत सदैव भयभीत रहते है।

रामो राजमणिः सदा विजयते रामं रमेशं भजे।
रामेणाभिहता निशाचर चमू रामाय तस्मै नमः।।

रामान्नास्ति परायणं परतरं रामस्य दासोऽस्म्यहम्।
रामे चित्तलयः सदा भवतु मे भो राम मामुद्धर।।३७।।

राजाओं में श्रेष्ठ श्रीराम सदैव विजय प्राप्त करते हैं, मैं लक्ष्मीपति श्री राम को भजता हूँ। सम्पूर्ण राक्षस सेना का नाश करने वाले राम को मैं नमस्कार करता हूँ। श्रीराम के समान कोई और और आश्रयदाता नहीं है, मैं उन शरणागत वत्सल का दास हूँ। हे राम, मेरा उद्धार करो।

राम रामेति रामेति रमे रामे मनोरमे।
सहस्रनाम तत्तुल्यं रामनाम वरानने।।३८।।

शिवजी पार्वती से कहते हैं- हे सुमुखी, राम नाम ‘विष्णु सहस्रनाम’ के समान है। मैं सदा राम में ही रमण करता हूँ।

।। इति श्रीबुधकौशिकविरचितं श्रीरामरक्षास्तोत्रं सम्पूर्णं ।।

Sri Rama Govinda Mukunda Krishna O Lord Vishnu, I offer my obeisances to you. The six classes of adults are from great fears Save me, O Narayana, Visvamurte.

When Lord Vishnu was born to Raghuvanshi Maharaj Dasharatha, his name was ‘Ram’. While explaining the word ‘Ram’, scholars have said that the one who fulfills all the wishes of the saints, who is dedicated to the destruction of demonic powers, is Ram.

They delight in all beings, movable and immovable. And what is called Rama in the form of the inner self.

He who is intrinsically present in all living beings, moving and inanimate, is called Ram. That bodiless, organless, unique, omnipresent, omniscient Ram himself incarnates with the power of his soul to guide people through his example, to protect the dignity, to accomplish the desired tasks of the devotees. Since then God is called Swayambhu. They are in the form of light. Always remain illuminated with your light. They remain eternal even when they materialize. Mantra- Haan Hanumate Rudraatkay hoon phat. *Ath Shriramraksha Stotram*

SHRI GANESHAYA NAMAH.

Appropriation- ॐ The sage of this Sri Ramaraksha Stotra Mantra is Budha Kaushika, the deity is Sri Sita Rama Chandra, the chant is Anuṣṭup, the power is Sita, the key is Srimad Hanuman and the victory for chanting it is for the pleasure of Sri Sita Rama Chandra.

Dhyanam- One should meditate on the kneeling arm, holding an arrow and bow, seated on a lotus seat, Yellow dress, eyes competing with new lotus petals, cheerful. Rama and the moon were shining with various ornaments and adorned with lotus matted hair.

Those who are holding a bow and arrows, are sitting in the posture of Baddha Padmasana and are wearing Pitambar, whose eyes compete with the lotus petals (i.e. who are more beautiful than the lotus petals), who are happy-hearted, whose eyes are on the left digit (lap ) I meditate on the unknown-armed Shri Ram, adorned with various ornaments, whose face is fused with lotus and whose complexion is as dark as the clouds.

The biography of Raghunatha is hundreds of millions of pages long. Each and every syllable destroys the great sins of men.

The character of Shri Raghunath is 100 crores in detail. One of this character is the destroyer of great evildoers.

Meditating on Rama with dark blue lotuses and lotuseyed eyes She was born with Janaki and Lakshmana and adorned with a crown.

By meditating on Lord Ram who has dark complexion like a blue lotus, eyes like lotus, adorned with a crown of matted hair, along with Janaki and Lakshman.

He was armed with a sword bow and arrows and killed the moving creatures at night The unborn and omnipotent Lord appeared to create the universe by His own pastimes.

The unborn, those who have not been born, that is, those who have appeared, omnipresent, holding a sword, flute and bow and arrow in their hands, by meditating on Shri Ram who has incarnated to kill the demons and protect the world through his activities.

A wise man should recite Ramaraksha destroyer of sins and fulfiller of all desires May Rama son of Dasaratha protect my head and my brow.

I recite Ram Raksha Stotra which fulfills all desires and destroys all sins. May Raghav protect my head, may the son of Dasharatha protect my forehead.

May Kausalya, the beloved of Vishvamitra, protect his sight. May the savior of the sacrifice protect my sense of smell and the affectionate to Lakshmana protect my mouth.

May Kaushalya’s son protect my eyes, Vishwamitra’s beloved protect my ears, Yagya Rakshak my nose and Sumitra’s beloved protect my mouth.

May the treasure of knowledge protect my tongue and the worshiped by Bharata protect my neck. May the divine weapon protect my shoulders and the broken bow protect my arms.

May Vidhanidhi protect my tongue, Bharat-vandit protect my throat, may Shri Ram, who broke the bow of Mahadev, protect my shoulders and arms.

May the husband of Sita protect my hands and the conqueror of Jamadagni protect my heart. May the destroyer of donkeys protect the middle and the shelter of Jambavada protect the navel.

May the hands be protected by Sitapati, the one who conquers Jamadagni’s son (Parashurama) of the heart, the one who kills the Khar (demon) of the middle part and the one who protects the navel by Jamvavan.

May Lord Sugriva protect my waist and Lord Hanuman protect my thighs. May the best of the Raghus, the destroyer of the race of demons, protect my thighs.

Lord Sugriva protects the waist, Lord Hanuman protects the hips, Lord Rama, the best among all the Raghus and the destroyer of the demon clan, protects the thighs.

May the bridge-maker protect my knees and the ten-faced destroyer protect my thighs. May Rama bestower of opulence protect the feet of Vibhishana and his entire body.

May Shri Ram protect my knees who built the bridge, my forearm who killed Dashanan, my feet who gave prosperity to Vibhishana and my entire body.

He who recites this raksha endowed with the strength of Rama is a virtuous man He will live a long life and have a happy daughter and be victorious and humble.

The person who recites this stotra combined with Rambal, becomes long-lived, happy, blessed with a son, victorious and humble.

They move about in the underworld, in the earth, in the sky, in disguise. They could not even see it protected by the names of Rama.

The creatures who wander in the sky, earth and underworld or keep roaming in disguise are not able to even see the man who is protected by the name of Ram.

Remembering him as Rama, Ramabhadra or Ramachandra. A man is not tainted by sin and attains devotion and liberation.
