प्राणी के पास दिल और मन होता है। मन हर समय उठक पटक करता है। दिल मे प्रेम होता है। दिल किसी को अपना बनाना चाहता है प्रेम करना चाहता है। लेकिन संसार के सम्बन्ध प्रेम पर नहीं लेन देन पर टिके होते हैं। संसार से दिल तृप्त नहीं होता है दिल में मिलन की तड़प बन जाती है दिल का संबंध आत्मा से होता है आत्मा ही परमात्मा का रूप है हम भगवान को भज कर अपनी आत्मा को तृप्त करते हैं
भक्ति का अर्थ है अपने अन्तर्मन में भाव उठे तब भाव में भगवान हो संसार नहीं। जब हम भगवान की स्तुति का गान करते हैं तब वे भाव हमारे दिल में शान्ति और प्रेम की उत्पत्ति करते हैं। उन भावों से हमारी आत्मा में प्रेम भाव प्रकट होता है।
The creature has a heart and a mind. The mind stirs all the time. There is love in the heart. The heart wants to make someone its own, wants to love. But the relations of the world are not based on love but on transactions. The heart is not satisfied with the world, there is a yearning for union in the heart, the heart is related to the soul, the soul is the form of God, we satisfy our soul by worshiping God Bhakti means that when a feeling arises in one’s inner self, then there is God in the feeling and not the world. When we sing the praises of the Lord, those feelings create peace and love in our hearts. From those feelings the feeling of love manifests in our soul.
