संसार में त्याग से बढ़कर कोई पुण्य नही है।जिस व्यक्ति में त्याग की भावना होती है।वह सदैव त्याग के बदले कुछ भी खोने पर प्रसन्न रहता है। क्योंकि वह जानता है कि परमात्मा ने मुझे इस योग्य बनाया है कि मुझे दूसरो के लिए जीना है। ऐसे मनुष्य जीवन में छोटी छोटी बातों से प्रेरणा लेते है।जिस प्रकार एक दीपक स्वयं जलकर भी औरों को रोशनी देता है।उसे अपने जलने का तनिक भी दुख नहीं होता।वो हमें शिक्षा देता है कि किसी को देखकर नहीं परंतु किसी के लिए जलो। किसी को देखकर जलने से मनुष्य जीवन का पतन होता है वहीँ किसी के लिए जलने से मनुष्य जीवन की बड़ी उपलब्धि है।
दीपक का जीवन इसलिए वन्दनीय नहीं हैं कि वह जलता है परंतु इसलिए वन्दनीय है कि वह दूसरों के लिए जलता है। वह स्वयं वेदना सहता है और दूसरों को प्रकाश ही बाँटता है। जीवन वही सार्थक है जो मिट्टी बनने से पहले दूसरों के लिए मिट जाए, नियति तो मिटटी बनना ही है।
ईर्ष्या और द्वेष में जलना बड़ी नासमझी है। ईर्ष्या और द्वेष वो आग है जिसे पानी से बुझाना सम्भव नहीं। यह आग तब तक शांत नहीं होती जब तक स्वयं उस ईर्ष्यालु मनुष्य को पूर्ण जलाकर भस्म न कर दे। जीवन में सार्थक बनो तोअवश्य जलो मगर दीपक की तरह।

There is no virtue greater than sacrifice in the world. The person who has the spirit of sacrifice. He is always happy to lose anything in return for sacrifice. Because he knows that God has made me capable enough to live for others. Such people take inspiration from small things in life. Just like a lamp burns itself and gives light to others. . Jealousy seeing someone leads to the downfall of human life whereas being jealous for someone is a great achievement of human life. Deepak’s life is not praiseworthy because it burns but it is praiseworthy because it burns for others. He himself suffers pain and distributes light to others. Life is only meaningful if it gets destroyed for others before becoming soil, destiny is to become soil. It is very unwise to burn in jealousy and malice. Jealousy and malice are those fires which cannot be extinguished with water. This fire does not calm down until it burns that jealous man completely to ashes.
