धनतेरस माता लक्ष्मी को प्रसन्न करने के लिए श्रेष्ठ दिनों में से एक है। आप इस दिन कुछ ऐसे कार्य कर सकते हैं जो आपकी धनतेरस को बहुत शुभ बनाएंगे और आपके घर में पूरे वर्ष सुख-समृद्धि का वास बना रहेगा।
तो चलिए जानते हैं ऐसे कौन से 6 कार्य हैं, जिन्हें धनतेरस पर करने से आपके घर में बरकत बनी रहेगी।
1. दान अवश्य करें
किसी जरूरतमंद को अन्न दान करने से आपके घर में कभी भी धन-धान्य की कमी नहीं होती।
हिन्दू परिवारों में घर की झाड़ू को माँ लक्ष्मी के समान माना जाता है। इसीलिए इस दिन झाड़ू का दान करने से माता लक्ष्मी की कृपा आप पर हमेशा बनी रहती है।
इस दिन किसी भिक्षुक को भोजन का दान करें। इससे आपको पुण्य मिलेगा।
किसी कन्या को का सामान भी दान कर सकते हैं।
इस दिन पीले वस्त्र का दान भी बहुत शुभ माना जाता है।
2. कुछ शुभ खरीदें
धनतेरस पर सामान्यतः बर्तन खरीदने की परम्परा है। इस दिन आप कोई बर्तन खरीद सकते हैं।
नमक आसानी से सब जगह मिल जाता है। इसीलिए आप नमक भी खरीद सकते हैं।
सोने चांदी के आभूषण इस दिन खरीदने से माता लक्ष्मी की कृपा प्राप्त होती है।
अपने घर के पूजा स्थान के लिए इस दिन आप धातु की माता लक्ष्मी और गणेश जी की प्रतिमा खरीदें। इसके साथ ही शुभ यंत्र या सोने या चांदी के सिक्के खरीदना भी आपके लिए शुभ होगा।
धनतेरस पर एक झाड़ू खरीद कर इसे दिवाली के दिन पूजा में रखें, उसके बाद ही उपयोग करें।
धनतेरस पर धनिया के बीज खरीद कर इसे माता लक्ष्मी को भी चढ़ाएं और अपने घर के किसी गमले में बोएं।
3. दीप प्रज्वलन करें
धनतेरस पर यम दीपम की प्रथा को बहुत महत्वपूर्ण माना जाता है। इस दिन यमदेवता का ध्यान करके घर में दीपक जलाएं, और इसके मुख को दक्षिण दिशा की ओर रखें।
आप अपने घर में पूजा करने के बाद तेरह मिट्टी के दीपक जलाएं और इसे अपने घर की दहलीज और घर के अन्य सुरक्षित स्थानों पर रखें।
संध्या समय दीपक जलाकर तुलसी माता के सामने अवश्य रखें।
कई लोग एक मिट्टी का दीपक जलाकर अपने घर के कूड़ेदान के पास रखते हैं। मान्यता है कि ऐसा करने से घर में बसी हुई नकारात्मक ऊर्जा दूर होती है। आप अपनी स्वेच्छा से इसे कर सकते हैं।
4. घर की शुद्धि करें
