धर्म और अध्यात्म मार्ग के चार क्रमिक स्तर (अंक-३)

परम पूज्य श्री सद्गुरुदेव भगवान जी की असीम कृपा एवं अमोघ आशीर्वाद से प्राप्त सुबोध के आधार पर, उन्हीं की सद्प्रेरणा से धर्म और अध्यात्म मार्ग के चार क्रमिक स्तर विषयक, दिनांक २३ मार्च से प्रारम्भ इस महत्वपूर्ण चिंतन से जुड़ रहे आप सभी धार्मिक एवं अध्यात्मप्रेमी सज्जनों एवं देवियों का हार्दिक अभिनन्दन एवं स्वागत है।

इस धरती पर प्रचलित सभी आस्तिक समुदायों, धर्मों, सम्प्रदायों, मत, पंथों, मज़हबों की जो “ईश्वर सम्बन्धी” ज्ञान- विज्ञान की सैद्धांतिक व व्यावहारिक जीवन यात्रा हुआ करती है, उसके “चार” क्रमिक पड़ाव या स्तर (stages) देखने, सुनने व समझने में आया करते हैं, जिनमें से-

(१) “आस्तिकता”; और-
(२) “धार्मिकता” पर चर्चा विगत दो अंकों में प्रस्तुत की जा चुकी है।

आज “तीसरे क्रमिक स्तर” की चर्चा प्रस्तुत है, जिसका नाम है-

(३) “आध्यात्मिकता”-

इस “आध्यात्मिकता” के उच्च स्तर को समझनेके लिए, इस वास्तविकताको जानना आवश्यक है कि मानव जीवनकी “धर्म और अध्यात्म मार्ग” की उक्त चार स्तरीय यात्रा में चलनेवाले भक्तों, योगियों या जिज्ञासुओं की श्रीमद्भगवद्गीतोक्त (७/१६-१७) श्रेणियाँ भी, निम्नवत् चार प्रकार की होती हैं-

(क) “आर्त”-

वे धार्मिक लोग आर्त श्रेणी में आते हैं, जो केवल अपने तथा अपने परिजनोंके दु:खों, परेशानियों व रोगोंके निवारण हेतु ईश्वरकी कृपा प्राप्त करने की प्रबल अभिलाषा से पारम्परिक पूजा-
पाठ के बाहरी अनेक अनुष्ठान किया करते हैं।

(ख) “अर्थार्थी”-

“अर्थार्थी” श्रेणी में वे धार्मिक प्रवृत्ति के लोग आते हैं, जो केवल अपनी सुख- सुविधाओं, धन- संपदा, भोग-ऐश्वर्य, पद-प्रतिष्ठा व यश- सम्मान में किसी प्रकार की कमी न आने पावे एवं इन सभी अनुकूलताओं में उत्तरोत्तर और अधिकाधिक बढ़ोतरी हो, इसी उद्देश्यके लिए ईश्वरकी पारम्परिक पूजा-प्रार्थना आदि अनेक बाहरी अनुष्ठान किया करते हैं।

उक्त “आर्त” और “अर्थार्थी” दोनों ही प्रकार के लाखों- करोड़ों धार्मिक लोग, पूर्वोक्त “आस्तिकता” एव “धार्मिकता” के पहले व दूसरे स्तरों के भक्त माने जाते हैं।

(ग) “जिज्ञासु” –

उपर्युक्त पहली व दूसरी श्रेणी के “आर्त” और “अर्थार्थी” भक्तोंमें से कुछ विरले धार्मिक लोग, जो “ईश्वर” का व अपने सच्चे स्वरूप- “आत्मा” का साक्षात्कार करने की जिज्ञासा रखते हैं, वे “धर्म और अध्यात्म की यात्रा” के तीसरे “आध्यात्मिकता” के उच्चस्तरीय “जिज्ञासु” श्रेणी के भक्त कहलाते हैं।

(घ) “ज्ञानी” –

उक्त तीसरे “आध्यात्मिकता” के स्तर के धार्मिक “जिज्ञासु” भक्त, जो कालांतर में, “परमात्मा” व “आत्मा” का दर्शन करने के उपरान्त, तीसरी श्रेणी के “जिज्ञासु भक्तों” को भी जब “आत्मा” और “परमात्मा” का साक्षात्कार कराने में सक्षम हो जाते हैं, तो वे “आत्मज्ञानी भक्त-संत” कहलाते हैं।

गीता में भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ऐसे ज्ञानीभक्तों के बारे में कहते हैं- तेषां ज्ञानी नित्ययुक्त एक भक्तिर्विशिष्यते। प्रियो हि ज्ञानिनोsत्यर्थ महं स च मम प्रिय:।। (गीता ७/१७)

भावार्थ- उपर्युक्त चार प्रकार के धार्मिक उपासकों में “अनन्य प्रेमभक्तियुक्त ज्ञानीभक्त”, अत्युत्तम है, क्योंकि ऐसे, मुझको तत्त्व से जाननेवाले ज्ञानीभक्त को, मैं अत्यन्त प्रिय हूँ तथा वह ज्ञानीभक्त मुझे भी अत्यन्त प्रिय होता है।

इस “धर्म और अध्यात्म की यात्रा” के तीसरे “आध्यात्मिकता” के उच्च स्तर के जिज्ञासु भक्तों के शिक्षण- प्रशिक्षण में-

(क) उच्च कोटि के अध्यात्म विज्ञान के दर्शन शास्त्रों, पुराणों, उपनिषदों, गीता आदि के आधार पर, धार्मिक कर्मकाण्डीय पूजा उपासना का तात्विक अर्थ समझने व समझानेवाले ज्ञानी, योगी, भक्तों के मार्ग दर्शन में, “आत्मा”, “परमात्मा”, “प्रकृति” आदि सबका गहन अध्ययन करना;

(ख) नित्य “अन्तर्मुखी ध्यान” के अभ्यास से, अपने शरीर से लेकर अनन्त सृष्टि तक के, तत्वों की गहराई से खोज (रिसर्च) करना;

(ग) “अध्यात्मविज्ञान” के उच्चकोटि के सत्पुरुषों व विद्वानों के साथ संगोष्ठियों में आध्यात्मिक विचार विमर्श करना; और-

(घ) इन सभी क्रियाकलापों के आधार पर पूर्ण संतुष्टि व समाधान को प्राप्त करना सम्मिलित होता है।

धर्म और अध्यात्म की शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में-

(क) “आस्तिकता” के प्रथम स्तर को, प्राइमरी शिक्षा स्तर तक का;

(ख) “धार्मिकता” के दूसरे स्तर को, अपर प्राइमरी से इण्टरमीडिएट स्तर तक का;

(ग) “आध्यात्मिकता” के तीसरे स्तर को, स्नातक से शोध (पीएच. डी.) स्तर तक का समझा जा सकता है।

इस “आध्यात्मिकता” के क्षेत्र में उन्हीं भाग्यशाली जिज्ञासु भक्तों को प्रवेश मिल पाता है जो “धर्म और अध्यात्म के मर्म” को जानने तथा अपने मानव जीवन के सर्वोच्च व सर्वोत्तम उद्देश्य की प्रबल अभिलाषा लेकर, विनम्रभाव से किसी ऐसे आत्मज्ञानी समर्थ “सद्गुरू” या “रूहानी पीर” की रहनुमाई में अपने सभी दुर्गुणों व दुर्भावनाओं को त्याग कर, अपने विनाशशील शरीर के भीतर विद्यमान अपनी अविनाशी “आत्मा” का तथा समस्त सृष्टि के मालिक व नियन्त्रक- “पारब्रह्म परमात्मा” का “साक्षात्कार” या “दीदार” करना चाहते हैं।

इस “आध्यात्मिकता” के स्तर की शिक्षा के प्रमुख सिद्धान्तों की चर्चा, अगले अंक में भी………..।

The theoretical and practical life journey of “God related” knowledge-science of all the theistic communities, religions, sects, creeds, religions prevalent on this earth, its “four” successive stages or levels (seeing, listening And come to understand, of which-

(1) “theism”; And- (2) The discussion on “righteousness” has been presented in the last two issues.

Today, the discussion of “Third Gradual Level” is presented, whose name is-

(3) “spirituality”—

In order to understand the high level of this “spirituality”, it is necessary to know the fact that the categories of devotees, yogis or aspirants walking in the above mentioned four stage journey of “Dharma and Adhyatma Marg” of human life (7/16-17) are as follows: There are four types-

(a) “art”—

Those religious people come in the Arta category, who perform traditional worship only with a strong desire to get the blessings of God for the relief of sorrows, troubles and diseases of themselves and their family members. Many rituals are performed outside the lesson.

(b) “means”—

Those people of religious nature come in the category of “meaningful”, who should not suffer any decrease in their happiness-facilities, wealth-wealth, enjoyment-luxuries, position-prestige and fame-respect and in all these favoritism progressively and To increase more and more, for this purpose, many external rituals are performed, traditional worship-prayer etc. of God.

Millions and crores of religious people of both the above mentioned “Aart” and “Artharthi” are considered to be devotees of the first and second levels of “theism” and “righteousness”.

Some of the rare religious people from the above mentioned first and second category of “Aart” and “Artharthi” devotees, who have the curiosity to interview “God” and their true form – “Soul”, they go on the “Journey of Religion and Spirituality”. The higher stage of the third “spirituality” is called the “enquirer” category of devotees.

(d) “knowledgeable”—

Religious “curious” devotees of the above third “spirituality” level, who, after seeing “God” and “soul”, the “curious devotees” of the third category also, when the vision of “soul” and “divine” If able to do this, then they are called “enlightened devotees-saints”.

In the Gita, Lord Krishna says about such wise devotees: For I am very dear to the wise and he is dear to Me. (Gita 7/17)

Meaning- Among the above mentioned four types of religious devotees, “a devotee of knowledge with exclusive love devotion” is the best, because such a devotee of knowledge, who knows me in essence, I am very dear and that devotee of knowledge is also very dear to me.

In the third “spirituality” of this “Journey of Religion and Spirituality” in the teaching-training of inquisitive devotees of high level-

(a) Based on the philosophy of high quality spiritual science, Shastras, Puranas, Upanishads, Gita etc., in the guidance of knowledgeable, yogis, devotees who understand and explain the essential meaning of religious ritualistic worship, “Soul”, “Paramatma”, Deep study of “nature” etc.;

(b) by the practice of constant “introspective meditation”, from one’s own body to the eternal creation, to deeply research the elements;

(d) Achieving complete satisfaction and solution on the basis of all these activities is involved.

In the field of education of religion and spirituality-

(a) the first stage of “theism”, up to the primary education stage;

(b) the second level of “religion”, from the upper primary to the intermediate level;

Only those fortunate curious devotees get entry in this field of “spirituality” who humbly approach any such enlightened able “Sadguru” or with a strong desire to know the “heart of religion and spirituality” and the highest and best purpose of their human life. Under the guidance of “Spiritual Peer”, renouncing all your bad qualities and ill-will, you want to “see” or “see” your imperishable “soul” present within your perishable body and the master and controller of the entire creation – “Parabrahma Parmatma”.
