मन के द्वार से दिल के द्वार पर

आज का प्राणी मन के द्वार पर बैठा है। मन मेरा मेरी करता है। उसमें अधिक पाने की इच्छाए है। यह मन एक कुआ है जो कभी भरता नही है। आज का मनुष्य अधिक सुख खाने पिने के बहुत साधन जुटाने में जिन्दगी की शाम आ जाती है। मन को कितना ही खिलाओ मन कभी तृप्त नहीं होता है। मन मे और और की  इच्छाए जागृत होती है। मन हर समय नया चाहता है। मन अपने सुख की चाहत के रास्ते खोजा करता है। आज मानव सुख के साधन की खोज में लग गया  है। इसलिए वह अन्तर्मन से दुखी हैं। पहले व्यक्ति परिश्रम करके पेट पालता था दिल साफ और स्वच्छ था। अन्य का कार्य भी करके चलता था
प्राणी शांत और तृप्त दिल के द्वार पर होता है। दिल के द्वार को खोजने के लिए कठिन परिश्रम भगवान की भक्ति करनी होगी। आज हम कठिन परिश्रम करना नहीं चाहते है। इसीलिए कोई अन्तर्मन से खुश नहीं है क्योंकि अन्दर का द्वार खटखटाया ही नहीं बाहरी वस्तु में सबकुछ होता तब भगवान को कोन याद करता। कठोर परिश्रम हमारी सांस की किरया को ठीक करता है। हमारे फेफड़ों को आक्सीजन मिल जाती है हमारे अन्दर चरबी नहीं जमती। हमारे अन्दर की स्टरोंग नैस हमारे विचारों को पवित्र करती है। विचार की पवित्रता  हमारे अन्दर की भुख इर्ष्या और द्वेष को शान्त करती है।दिल के द्वार में प्राणी के अन्दर और अधिक सुख पालु के विचार शान्त हो जाते है।  इन सब की शांति पर ही दिल का द्वार है। दिल के द्वार में भक्ती प्रेम श्रद्धा और विश्वास की उत्पत्ति है। भगवान को भजते हैं तब भी सांस की किरया ठीक होती है। दिल की पवित्रता कर्तव्य के पथ पर ले आती है। कर्तव्य में अपने सुख का विचार गौण है। हम उंमग से भर जाते हैं हमारे अन्तर्मन मे सत्संग पैदा हो जाता है।

अ प्राणी तु अन्दर झांक कर देख,

अन्तःकरण में शान्ति का सरोवर हैं, आनंद की तरंगें है। प्राणी को करोड़ों की सम्पत्ति सुख के भौतिक साधन मे सुख दिखता है लेकिन वह वास्तविक अन्तर्मन की खुशी से बहुत दुर है। जंहा ओर की चाहना है वह प्रेम और त्याग का पथ नहीं है। दिल मे प्रभु प्राण नाथ विराजमान हैं दिल में राम धुन हर क्षण बजती है राम धुन में डुबकी लगा कर तो देख। हम इच्छाओं से ऊपर उठ जाते हैं। अन्तर ह्दय मे भरे भण्डार है यंहा भौतिक संसार नहीं है। प्राणी अपने आप में तृप्त है। अपने अन्तर्मन को पढते है।दिल का सच्चा व्यक्ति कोई भी परिस्थिति में घबराता नहीं है। हर परिस्थिति का सामना धर्य से करता है। समाज की सेवा भाव हमारे भीतर कुट कुट कर भर जाता है।जय श्री राम अनीता गर्ग

Hard work improves our breathing. Our lungs get oxygen, fat does not accumulate inside us. The strong nause within us purifies our thoughts. Purity of thought pacifies the hunger, jealousy and malice within us. At the door of the heart, the thoughts of Palu become more and more happy in the soul. On the peace of all of them is the door of the heart. Devotion is the origin of love, reverence and faith at the door of the heart. Even when we worship God, the breathing rate is fine.
