एक रूपए में ही ईश्वर मिल सकते हैं।

8 साल का एक बच्चा 1 रूपये का
सिक्का मुट्ठी में लेकर एक दुकान पर जाकर पूछने लगा,*
–क्या आपकी दुकान में ईश्वर मिलेंगे?
दुकानदार ने यह बात सुनकर सिक्का नीचे फेंक दिया और बच्चे को निकाल दिया।
बच्चा पास की दुकान में जाकर 1 रूपये का सिक्का लेकर चुपचाप खड़ा रहा!
— ए लड़के.. 1 रूपये में तुम क्या चाहते हो?
— मुझे ईश्वर चाहिए। आपकी दुकान में है?
दूसरे दुकानदार ने भी भगा दिया।
लेकिन, उस अबोध बालक ने हार नहीं मानी। एक दुकान से दूसरी दुकान, दूसरी से तीसरी, ऐसा करते करते कुल चालीस दुकानों के चक्कर काटने के बाद एक बूढ़े दुकानदार के पास पहुंचा। उस बूढ़े दुकानदार ने पूछा,
— तुम ईश्वर को क्यों खरीदना चाहते हो? क्या करोगे ईश्वर लेकर?
पहली बार एक दुकानदार के मुंह से यह प्रश्न सुनकर बच्चे के चेहरे पर आशा की किरणें लहराईं ৷ लगता है इसी दुकान पर ही ईश्वर मिलेंगे !
बच्चे ने बड़े उत्साह से उत्तर दिया,
—-इस दुनिया में मां के अलावा मेरा और कोई नहीं है। मेरी मां दिनभर काम करके मेरे लिए खाना लाती है। मेरी मां अब अस्पताल में हैं। अगर मेरी मां मर गई तो मुझे कौन खिलाएगा ? डाक्टर ने कहा है कि अब सिर्फ ईश्वर ही तुम्हारी मां को बचा सकते हैं। क्या आपकी दुकान में ईश्वर मिलेंगे?
— हां, मिलेंगे…! कितने पैसे हैं तुम्हारे पास?
— सिर्फ एक रूपए।
— कोई दिक्कत नहीं है। एक रूपए में ही ईश्वर मिल सकते हैं।
दुकानदार बच्चे के हाथ से एक रूपए लेकर उसने पाया कि एक रूपए में एक गिलास पानी के अलावा बेचने के लिए और कुछ भी नहीं है। इसलिए उस बच्चे को फिल्टर से एक गिलास पानी भरकर दिया और कहा, यह पानी पिलाने से ही तुम्हारी मां ठीक हो जाएगी।
अगले दिन कुछ मेडिकल स्पेशलिस्ट उस अस्पताल में गए। बच्चे की मां का आप्रेशन हुआ और बहुत जल्दी ही वह स्वस्थ हो उठीं।
डिस्चार्ज के कागज़ पर अस्पताल का बिल देखकर उस महिला के होश उड़ गए। डॉक्टर ने उन्हें आश्वासन देकर कहा, “टेंशन की कोई बात नहीं है। एक वृद्ध सज्जन ने आपके सारे बिल चुका दिए हैं। साथ में एक चिट्ठी भी दी है”।
महिला चिट्ठी खोलकर पढ़ने लगी, उसमें लिखा था-
“मुझे धन्यवाद देने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है। आपको तो स्वयं ईश्वर ने ही बचाया है … मैं तो सिर्फ एक ज़रिया हूं। यदि आप धन्यवाद देना ही चाहती हैं तो अपने अबोध बच्चे को दीजिए जो सिर्फ एक रूपए लेकर नासमझों की तरह ईश्वर को ढूंढने निकल पड़ा। उसके मन में यह दृढ़ विश्वास था कि एकमात्र ईश्वर ही आपको बचा सकते है। विश्वास इसी को ही कहते हैं। ईश्वर को ढूंढने के लिए करोड़ों रुपए दान करने की ज़रूरत नहीं होती, यदि मन में अटूट विश्वास हो तो वे एक रूपए में भी मिल सकते हैं।”

My mother is in the hospital now. If my mother dies then who will feed me? The doctor has said that now only God can save your mother. Will God be found in your shop? — Yes, see you…! how much money do you have Only one rupee. — No problem. God can be found in only one rupee. The shopkeeper took one rupee from the child’s hand and found that there was nothing to sell except a glass of water for one rupee. That’s why he gave that child a glass of filtered water and said, your mother will be cured only by drinking this water. The next day some medical specialists went to that hospital. The child’s mother underwent an operation and recovered very soon. The lady was shocked to see the hospital bill on the discharge paper. The doctor assured him, “There is nothing to worry about. An old gentleman has paid all your bills. He has given you a letter as well”. The woman opened the letter and started reading, it was written in it- “I have no need to thank you. You are saved by God himself… I am just a channel. If you want to thank me, give it to your innocent child who is mindlessly searching for God with only one rupee.” It came out. He had a strong belief in his mind that only God can save you. This is called faith. There is no need to donate crores of rupees to find God, if there is unwavering faith in the mind, they can donate one rupee. Can also be found.”
