किसी गाँव में एक गरीब विधवा ब्राह्मणी रहती थी। तरुणी थी। सुन्दर रूप था । घरमें और कोई न था । गाँवका जमींदार दुराचारी था। उसने ब्राह्मणीके रूपकी तारीफ सुनी। वह उसके घर आया। ब्राह्मणी तो उसे देखते ही काँप गयी। उसी समय भगवान्की कृपासे उसे एक युक्ति सूझी। उसने दूर हटते हुए हँसकर कहा- ‘सरकार ! मुझे छूना नहीं। मैं मासिक धर्मसे हूँ। चार दिन बाद आप पधारियेगा।’ जमींदार संतुष्ट होकर लौट गया।

ब्राह्मणीने जमालगोटा मँगवाया और उसे खा लिया। उसे दस्त होने लगे दिन-रातमें सैकड़ों बार। उसने मकानके चौकमें एक मिट्टीका नाद रखवा ली और वह उसीमें टट्टी फिरने लगी। सैकड़ों दस्त होनेसेउसका शरीर घुल गया। आँखें धँस गयीं। मुखपर झुर्रियाँ पड़ गयीं। बदन काला पड़ गया। शरीर काँपने लगा, उठने-बैठनेकी ताकत नहीं रही, देह सूख गयी। उसका सर्वथा रूपान्तर हो गया और वह भयानक प्रतीत होने लगी

चार दिन बाद जमींदार आया। तरुणी सुन्दरी ब्राह्मणीका पता पूछा। चारपाईपर पड़े कंकालसे क्षीण आवाज आयी। ‘मैं ही वह ब्राह्मणी हूँ।’ जमींदारने मुँह फिरा लिया और पूछा- ‘तेरा यह क्या हाल हो गया। वह रूप कहाँ चला गया ?’ क्षीण उत्तर मिला- ‘जाकर उस नादमें देख लो। सारा रूप उसीमें भरा है।’ मूर्ख जमींदार नादके पास गया, दुर्गन्धके मारे उसकी नाक फटने लगी। वह तुरंत लौट गया।

He came to her house. The Brahmin shuddered on seeing him. At the same time, by the grace of God, he understood a trick. Moving away, he laughed and said – ‘Government! Don’t touch me I am menstruating. You will come after four days. The landlord returned satisfied.
The Brahmin ordered Jamalgota and ate it. He started having diarrhea hundreds of times a day and night. She got an earthen drum placed in the square of the house and she started spinning in it. His body dissolved due to hundreds of diarrhea. Eyes sunken. Wrinkles appeared on his face. The body turned black. The body started trembling, there was no strength to sit or stand, the body became dry. she was completely transformed and she began to look terrible
The landlord came after four days. Asked the address of young beautiful Brahmin. A faint sound came from the skeleton lying on the cot. ‘I am that Brahmin.’ The landlord turned his face and asked – ‘What has happened to you. Where has that form gone? Received a feeble reply – ‘Go and see in that name. The whole form is filled in Him. The foolish landlord went to Nadka, his nose started exploding because of the bad smell. He immediately returned.
