अवश्यमेव भोक्तव्यं कृतं कर्म शुभाशुभम् ।
नाभुक्तं क्षीयते कर्म कल्पकोटिशतैरपि ।।
अर्थात- किया हुआ शुभ अथवा अशुभ कर्म अवश्य ही भोगना पढता है, करोड कल्प बीत जाने पर भी बिना भोगे कर्म का क्षय नहीं होता है।

One must certainly enjoy the fruits of one’s actions, whether good or bad. Karma which is not eaten is destroyed even after hundreds of crores of kalpas
That is, auspicious or inauspicious deeds done have to be suffered, even after crores of Kalpas have passed, the karma does not decay without suffering.
