इस शरीर से ही हम परम तत्व परमात्मा तक पहुंचते हैं। अध्यात्म के मार्ग में करके देखने पर स्वयं ही पता चलता है कि जब तक भगवान को भजते नहीं है। तभी तक व्यक्ति सोचता रहता है कि मैं भगवान की कैसे स्तुति विनती और वन्दना करू ।
जिस दिन हम भगवान से कहते हैं कि हे जगत के मालिक हे जगत के पिता हे पुरण ब्रह्म परमेशवर हे सत्य के स्वरूप हे परमात्मा मै तुमको प्रणाम करता हूँ ।मैं तुम्हारे योग्य तो नहीं हूं। फिर भी मैं तुम्हारे दर पर सास्टागं वन्दन करने आया हूं।
हे नाथ मुझमें बहुत खोट भरे हुए हैं। मैं तुम्हारा ही अशं हूं। हे जगत गुरु हे दीनबंधु हे दीनानाथ मेरी रक्षा किजिए रक्षा किजिए। हे जगत के स्वामी ये जगत जीवन तुम्हारी रचना है। इस अंश के तुम पिता माता और स्वामी हो। बाहर और भीतर सब जगह तुम्हारा ही निवास है मेरी छोटी बुद्धि तुम्हे देख नहीं पाती है। हे जगत पिता तुम मुझे अपने में लगाए रखना। जय श्री राम
