जगत में किसी का कोई अन्तर्मन का साथी नहीं है। हम पृथ्वी पर अपना साथी ढुढने आये हैं। हम पुजा पाठ करेंगे तब हमारे विचारों में शुद्धता बनेगी और हम दृढ़ विस्वास से ओतप्रोत होगे। जब हमारे अन्दर पोजीटिव अनरजी बनने लगती है। तब कोई भी मुसीबत हमे तोड़ नहीं सकती। तकलीफे बङी नहीं होती हम अपने विचारों से बङी बना देते हैं। हम तकलीफ आते ही भगवान की शरण हो जाते भगवान को हर समय भजते हैं तब हम कहते हैं भगवान ही हमारे सहायक है हमे पुजा पाठ के माध्यम से एक ऐसा साथी मिल जाता है जो हमें दिखाई नहीं देता पर हर समय साथ रहता है और हमारे कदम आगे बढ़ते जाते हैं। हम जिस भी भगवान् की पुजा करे हमे यह मानना चाहिए कि ये मेरे स्वामी भगवान् नाथ है। भगवान हमारे जन्म जन्मानतर के साथी हैं जब साथी प्रभु प्राण नाथ है हमे चिंता किस बात की है।हमे चित से प्रभु प्राण नाथ का चिन्तन करना है। हम अपने भगवान के चरणो में अन्तर्मन से नतमस्तक रहे ।यही आत्मा की पुकार है
भजन गाने चाहिए जब हम गाते हैं तब तर्ज से गाते हैं। कभी लम्बी तर्ज से गाते हैं तो कभी पुरे जोर जोर से गाते हैं। इससे हमारे फेफड़ों को आक्सीजन मिलती है। हमारे अन्दर आनंद उल्लास समा जाता है।आन्नद और उल्लास ही जीवन है।
