अ मन तु अन्तर्मन में झांक कर देख

हमारे अन्दर सब कुछ है। हम बाहर की दुनिया में खोए रहते हैं अपने नजरिए से अन्तर्मन में झांक कर नहीं देखते हैं। हम अपने मन को समझा लेते हैं। तब बङी से बङी विपत्तियों का सामना कर सकते हैं। हमें अपने मन से बार बार प्रशन करना चाहिए तु क्या चाहता है तेरे दिल में किस चीज को प्राप्त करने की इच्छा है। फिर मन से बात करे कि अ मन देख यह संसार सत्य नहीं है संसारिक सुख में तृप्ति और और त्याग नहीं है अ मन मानव योनि तुझे भगवान ने कृपा करके दी है प्राणी जन्मो तक भटकता ही रहता है।भगवान का चिन्तन और मनन नहीं करता है उसे इस बात का भी ज्ञान नहीं होता है तुझे भगवान ने पृथ्वी पर भगवान को भजने के लिए भेजा है। तु आया था प्रभु प्राण नाथ भगवान श्री हरि रूप हीरा प्राप्त करने तुनेअपने जीवन को मिटी मे रूला दिया जीवन की संध्या आ गई तु खाली का खाली ही रहा। अ मन तु दिल के द्वार पर दस्तक देकर तो देख दिल में परमात्मा बैठे हैं अ मन अन्तर्मन मे झांक कर देख अन्तर्मन आनंद प्रेम का सागर लहराता है अन्तर्मन मे लीन होकर तो देख। अ मन तुझे शान्ति हमे बाहर से नहीं मिलेगी विचारों की पवित्रता को क्या मार्केट से खरीद सकते हैं। ये सब आपको अपने अन्तर्मन से ही मिलता है। संसार खरीददार है। संसार में हर चीज का मुल्य लगता है। प्रेम को बाहर कितना ही ढुढो प्रेम आपको अपने पास से ही मिलेगा। आपके भाव और विचार ऊंचे होगें तब सम्बन्धी आप के साथ प्रेम का व्यवहार करेंगे। संसारिक सुख आत्मा को शान्ति प्रदान नहीं करता है। आन्तरिक शान्ति से आत्मा तृप्त होती है। जय श्री राम
