एक दिन साधक के हृदय में प्रशन उठता है आत्म बोध आत्मज्ञान क्या है , आत्म स्वरूप कैसे होता है।
आत्म तत्व का चिन्तन कैसे करू ,आत्मा ईश्वर है।आत्मा ही ईश्वर है। आत्मा परमात्मा से साक्षात्कार चाहती है तु विभो है व्यापक है।ईश्वर चिन्तन करते हुए तुझे आत्म बोध होगा तु परमात्मा में स्थित होगा। तू आत्म स्वरूप है। तू पृथ्वी पर किसलिए आया है तेरे जीवन का लक्ष्य क्या है। आत्म ज्ञान
यह चैतन्य आत्मा ही ब्रह्म है तु परमात्मा है तु सर्वदा मुक्त है। मै निराकार हूँ अहं ब्रह्म अस्मि परात्मा साक्षी भाव में है तुझे आत्मा को विश्वात्मा में लीन करने तक यात्रा करनी है ।तू चेतन का चिन्तन करते हुए चित को विश्वात्मा में लीन कर देना ।
योगाभ्यास में लगा हुआ चित आत्मा में लीन हो जाता है। आत्मा सदा ही मुक्त अचिन्त्य शक्ति प्रकाश स्वरूप अतीन्द्रिय है आत्मा न मरता है न जन्म लेता है आत्मा को अग्नि जला नहीं सकती शास्त्र काट नहीं सकते है जल गला नहीं सकता है ।
एक समय के पश्चात् साधक को ऐसे लगने लगता है मै स्त्री नहीं हू मै पुरूष नहीं हू मै हू ही नहीं इस घङे में बाहर और भीतर ईश्वर है। पहले हम परमात्मा की खोज कर रहे थे तब मै करता हूँ था ।
जब आत्मा का चिन्तन किया तब सबके भीतर आत्म रूप में ईश्वर बैठे दिखाईं दिये । यह सब महसूस होने लगता है। जय श्री राम अनीता गर्ग
One day the question arises in the heart of the seeker, what is self-realization, self-knowledge, how is self-form.
How to contemplate the soul element, soul is God. Soul is God. The soul wants to meet God, He is omnipresent and all-pervasive. While thinking about God, you will realize yourself and you will be situated in God. You are the form of the self. Why have you come to earth? What is the goal of your life? self knowledge
This conscious soul is Brahman, you are the Supreme Self, you are always free. I am formless, I am Brahman, the Supreme Self is in the witness sense. You have to travel until you absorb your soul in the cosmic soul. You should absorb your mind in the cosmic soul while contemplating the conscious.
The mind engaged in yoga practice gets absorbed in the soul. The soul is always free, unthinkable power, light form, supersensory, soul neither dies nor is born, fire cannot burn the soul, scriptures cannot cut, water cannot melt.
After a time, the seeker starts feeling that I am not a woman, I am not a man, I do not exist, there is God outside and inside this pot. Earlier, when we were searching for God, I used to do it.
