परमेश्वर से मिलाप करने का मौका केवल मनुष्य-जन्म में ही मिलता है परमात्मा ने सिर्फ इन्सान को ही यह हक़ दिया है यह मनुष्य-शरीर सृष्टिरूपी सीढ़ी का सबसे ऊपरी डंडा है यहाँ से या तो हम फिसलकर निचली योनियों में जा सकते हैं या फिर इससे ऊपर उठकर परमात्मा से मिलाप करके जन्म-मरण के चक्कर से छुटकारा पा सकते हैं हम परमात्मा के रूप है और सृष्टि के सरताज है जो भी गुण परमात्मा में है वे ही गुण इस शरीर में हमारी आत्मा में भी है। हमे परमात्मा का चिन्तन मनन ध्यान करते रहें। हमे परम तत्व परमात्मा का ध्यान धरते हुए आत्म विश्वास जागृत करना चाहिए कि मैं एक शुद्ध चेतन आत्मा हूं ।मैं शरीर नहीं हू शरीर मेरा नहीं है ।आत्मा अजर-अमर है आत्मा ईश्वर है आत्म शक्ति से यह शरीर चल रहा है। मै इस शरीर का कर्ता नहीं हूँ। मुझमें जितने शुभ गुण दिखाई देते हैं वह आत्म शक्ति के गुण हैं। यह पंच भौतिक शरीर की एक दिन मृत्यु हो जाती है।
आत्मा मरती नहीं है यह परम पिता परमात्मा का स्वरूप है। परमात्मा की कृपा से ही मै भगवान का सिमरण करती हूँ। परमात्मा की कृपा मुझ पर बनी रहें। एक भक्त जब भगवान को भजता है तब उसके मन में प्रथम चरण में कुछ इच्छाए रहती है। भक्त की धीरे धीरे चाहत भगवान के दर्शन की हो जाती है। वह दिन रात भगवान को भजता है कैसे परम पिता परमात्मा का बन जाऊं। दिल मे तङफ की लहर उठने लगती है। हर क्षण भगवान को भजते हुए वह बहुत से नियम बनाता है।
एक दिन वह देखता है। भगवान से पुरण साक्षात्कार नहीं हुआ है। वह उन सब नियम और नियंत्रण को ढीला छोड़ देता है। डोर ढीली छोड़ कर कहता है अब परमेश्वर की मर्जी हैं वह जैसे रखना चाहता है वैसे ही ठीक है। अन्दर झांकता है। अन्दर की तरफ़ मुङ जाता है। अन्दर का मार्ग नियमों से ऊपर का मार्ग है अन्दर आत्म तत्व की शांति है। आत्म तत्व अपने आप में पुरण हैं। आत्म तत्व आनंद सागर है। आत्म विश्वासी के जीवन जीने का अलग ही अन्दाज़ है। वह कुछ भी पकङ कर नहीं रखता है। वह कल के आश्रय नहीं ढुढता है। वह आज के आनंद मे ढुबता है। आत्म तत्व का चिन्तन करते हुए हम पुरणतः की ओर अग्रसर होते हैं। जीवन आनन्द में भक्त गहरी ढुबकी लगाता है।आत्मा तत्व के चिन्तन में शरीर नहीं है ।भक्त को ऐसे लगता है यह सब ईश्वर का स्वरूप है ईश्वर चल रहा है ईश्वर बोल रहा है ईश्वर का अदभुत प्रकाश रोम रोम को प्रदीप्त कर रहा है। ईश्वर का आनंद अन्तर्मन मे समा गया है। जीवन की हर किरया में भगवान श्री हरि का प्रेम है एक ऐसा प्रेम जो कभी घटता बढता नहीं है आनंद ही आनंद है आत्म तत्व के चिन्तन में शान्ति की धारा बह रही है। यह सौभाग्य केवल मनुष्य-जन्म में ही मिलता है। भक्त में निश्चल आनंद लहराता है तब कुछ भी प्राप्त करना शेष नहीं रहता है शरीर से ऊपर उठना ही निश्चल आनंद है ।जय श्री राम अनीता गर्ग
Opportunity to reconcile with God is available only in human birth, God has given this right to only human beings, this human body is the topmost pole of the ladder of creation, from here either we can slip to the lower vaginas or else from this By rising above and uniting with God, we can get rid of the cycle of birth and death. Let us keep meditating on the contemplation of God. We should awaken the self-confidence that I am a pure conscious soul while meditating on the Supreme Tattva Paramatma. I am not a body, the body is not mine. The soul is immortal, the soul is God. I am not the doer of this body. All the good qualities that I see in me are the qualities of self-power. This five physical body dies one day.
The soul does not die, it is the form of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. I worship God only by the grace of God. May the grace of God be on me. When a devotee worships the Lord, then at the first stage some desires remain in his mind. Gradually the desire of the devotee becomes to have the darshan of God. He worships God day and night, how can I become of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. A tidal wave starts rising in the heart. He makes many rules while worshiping God every moment.
One day he sees. There has not been a complete interview with God. He lets loose all those rules and controls. Leaving the door loose, he says now it is God’s will, it is fine as he wants to keep it. Looks inside. Turns inwards. The inner path is the way above the rules, within is the peace of the Self. The self element is pure in itself. The self element is the ocean of bliss. Self believers have a different way of living life. He doesn’t hold anything. He does not seek the shelter of tomorrow. He drowns in today’s bliss. Contemplating on the Self, we move towards Purana. The devotee takes a deep dip in the joy of life. The soul is not the body in the contemplation of the element. The devotee feels that it is all the form of God. God is moving. God is speaking. The joy of God is absorbed within. There is love of Lord Shri Hari in every aspect of life, such a love that never decreases, increases, happiness is bliss, in the contemplation of the Self, the stream of peace is flowing. This good fortune is available only in human birth. There is nothing left to achieve when the devotee is filled with pure joy, the only thing left to do is to rise above the body.
