एक भक्त के दिल की तङफ होती है कब मेरे अन्दर वैराग्य आएगा। भक्त सोचता है पुरण वैराग्य आ जाए मुझमे ऐसा वैराग्य हो मै चलते हुए भी न चलने वाला होऊ। सोते हुए भी जग रहा हूं भोजन करते हुए मै भोजन न करने वाला हूँ। मुझमें हर क्षण नाम ध्वनि गुंज रही है। सबकुछ ईश्वरमय हो तभी वैराग्य है।
एक यह भाव है दुसरे भाव में भक्त प्रभु प्राण नाथ का नाम चिन्तन करता है नाम करते हुए वैराग्य को याद करता है।
नाम चिन्तन में वैराग्य शब्द का भी चिन्तन करने लगता है। भक्त जानता है घर त्यागने से वैराग्य की पुरणता साधक में आऐ और नहीं भी आए। एक गृहस्थ घर त्याग कर के वैराग्य धारण नहीं कर सकता है क्योंकि कर्तव्य सामने खङा है कर्तव्य से बढ़कर कुछ भी नहीं है। तब वह नाम चिन्तन करते-करते वैराग्य का चिन्तन करता है।
वह यह जानता है तु प्रतिदन वैराग्य का चिन्तन करता है तब तुझमें वैराग्य के भाव पैदा होने लगेंगे भगवान भक्त के दिल की जानते हैं। भक्त को भगवान का दृढ़ विश्वास है कि एक दिन भगवान की कृपा हो ही जाएगी। ऐसे भक्त अन्तर्मन से प्रभु चरणों में समर्पित है।

A devotee’s heart yearns when will disinterest come in me. The devotee thinks that complete disinterest should come in me, I should have such disinterest that even while walking, I will not be able to walk. I am awake even while sleeping, I am not going to eat while eating. The sound of Naam is echoing in me every moment. There is disinterest only when everything is godly.
In one sense, the devotee contemplates the name of Prabhu Pran Nath, in the second sense, while chanting the name, he remembers disinterest.
While thinking about the name, one starts thinking about the word disinterest. The devotee knows that the completeness of disinterest may or may not come in the seeker by leaving home. A householder cannot adopt quietness by leaving home because duty is standing in front, nothing is greater than duty. Then while thinking about the name, he thinks about disinterest.
He knows that you think about disinterest every day, then feelings of disinterest will start arising in you. God knows the heart of the devotee. The devotee has firm faith in God that one day the grace of God will surely come. Such a devotee is dedicated at the feet of the Lord from the heart.
