गणेश जी की सूँड़ का महत्व

सूँड़ की दिशा के आधार पर गणेश मूर्तियाँ तीन प्रकार की होती हैं। सूँड़ की दिशा जानने के लिए यह देखना चाहिए कि शुरुआत में सूँड़ ने कौन सी दिशा ली है (अंत में गणेश जी की सूँड़ किस दिशा की ओर इशारा कर रही है यह न देखें)

वाममुखी/इदमपुरी विनायक:

इन्हें वास्तु गणेश कहा जाता है क्योंकि ऐसा कहते हैं कि ये घर में वास्तु संबंधी समस्याओं को दूर करते हैं।

यह बायीं सूँड़ वाली मूर्ति अपने उपासकों के लिए सफलता के साथ शांति और खुशी की भावना लाती है।

बाईं ओर चंद्रमा के गुण हैं जो पारिवारिक संबंध बनाते हैं। यह हमारी इड़ा नाड़ी का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है।

🍀 दक्षिणाभिमुखी मूर्ति या दक्षिण मूर्ति

दाहिनी ओर सूँड़ वाली मूर्ति के चारों ओर बड़ी मात्रा में ऊर्जा होती है। इस मूर्ति के लिए कठोर पूजा अनुष्ठानों की आवश्यकता होती है क्योंकि यह सूर्य या पिंगला नाड़ी की शक्ति से जुड़ी है।
विघ्न विनाश, शत्रु पराजय, विजय प्राप्ति, उग्रता और शक्ति प्रदर्शन जैसे कार्यों के लिए ऐसी मूर्ति की पूजा फलदायी मानी जाती है।

सुषुम्ना गणेश- सूँड़ मध्य में

यह दुर्लभ है और इसका अर्थ है कि शरीर की सभी इंद्रियों के बीच पूर्ण एकता है व कुंडलिनी शक्ति स्थायी रूप से सहस्रार (मुकुट चक्र) तक पहुंच गई है।

इसकी पूजा रिद्धि-सिद्धि, कुंडलिनी जागरण, मोक्ष, समाधि आदि के लिए सर्वोत्तम मानी जाती है। संत समाज ऐसी मूर्ति की ही पूजा करता है।

Left-handed/Idampuri Vinayak:

He is called Vastu Ganesha because it is said that he removes Vastu related problems in the house.

This left trunk idol brings a feeling of peace and happiness along with success to its worshippers.

On the left are the qualities of the Moon that create family relationships. It represents our Ida Nadi.

🍀 South facing idol or south idol

There is a large amount of energy around the statue with the trunk on the right. This idol requires rigorous worship rituals as it is associated with the power of Surya or Pingala Nadi. Worship of such an idol is considered fruitful for tasks like destruction of obstacles, defeat of enemies, attainment of victory, ferocity and display of power.

Sushumna Ganesha – in the middle of the trunk

This is rare and means that there is complete unity between all the senses of the body and the Kundalini Shakti has permanently reached the Sahasrara (Crown Chakra).

Its worship is considered best for Riddhi-Siddhi, Kundalini awakening, salvation, samadhi etc. The saint community worships only such an idol.
