भक्त अपराध

श्री रूप गोस्वामी जी पर राधाकृष्ण की कृपा की वृष्टि
निरन्तर बनी रहती थी।उन्हें प्राय: हर समय उनकी मधुर लीलाओं की स्फूर्ति होती रहती।पहले तो जो कोई उनके पास आता अपनी कुछ शंकाए लेकर या भजन-साधन में अपनी कुछ समस्याएं लेकर,
वे बड़े ध्यान से उसकी बात सुनते, मृदु वचनों से उसकी शंकाओं का समाधान करते, आवश्यक निर्देश देकर साधन-संबंधी उसकी समस्याओं को हल करते।जो भी उनके पास आता म्लान मुख लेकर उनसे विदा होता एक अकथनीय आनन्द लहरी से व्याप्त मन और प्राण लेकर।पर अब अक्सर उन्हें किसी के आने-जाने का पता भी न चलता।लोग आते उनके पास, उनके वचनामृत से तृप्त होने. पर कुछ देर उनके पास बैठकर प्यासे ही लौट आते।एक बार कृष्णदास नाम के एक विशिष्ट वैष्णव-भक्त, जो पैर से लंगड़े थे, उनके पास आये कुछ सत्संग के लिए.उस समय गोस्वामीजी राधा कृष्ण की एक दिव्य लीला के दर्शन कर रहे थे..

राधाप्यारी एक वृक्ष की डाल से पुष्प तोड़ने की चेष्टा कर रही थीं. डाल कुछ ऊँची थी.वे उचक-उचक कर उसे पकड़ना चाह रही थीं, पर वह हाथ में नहीं आ रही थी.श्यामसुन्दर दूर से देख रहे थे. वे आये चुपके से और राधारानी के पीछे से डाल को पकड़कर धीरे-धीरे इतना नीचा कर दिया कि वह उनकी पकड़ में आ जाय.उन्होंने जैसे ही डाल पकड़ी श्यामसुन्दर ने उसे छोड़ दिया.राधारानी वृक्ष से लटक कर रह गयीं. यह देख रूप गोस्वामी को हंसी आ गयी. कृष्णदास समझे कि वे उनका लंगड़ापन देखकर हंस दिये.क्रुद्ध हो वे तत्काल वहाँ से गये. रूप गोस्वामी को इसका कुछ भी पता नहीं.अकस्मात उनकी लीला-स्फूर्ति बन्द हो गयी.वे बहुत चेष्टा करते तो भी लीला-दर्शन बिना उनके प्राण छट-पटाहट करने लगे.पर इसका कारण वे न समझ सके. सनातन गोस्वामी के पास जाकर उन्होंने अपनी व्यथा का वर्णन किया और इसका कारण जानना चाहा.
उन्होंने कहा, तुम से जाने या अनजाने कोई वैष्णव-अपराध हुआ हैं, जिसके कारण लीला-स्फूर्ति बन्द हो गयी हैं.जिनके प्रति अपराध हुआ है, उनसे क्षमा मांगने से ही इसका निराकरण हो सकता है.
रूप गोस्वामी ने पूछा- जान-बूझकर तो मैंने कोई अपराध किया नहीं. यदि अनजाने किसी प्रति कोई अपराध हो गया हैं, तो उसका अनुसन्धान कैसे हो ?सनातन गोस्वामी ने परामर्श दिया, तुम वैष्णव-सेवा का आयोजन कर स्थानीय सब वैष्णवों को निमन्त्रण दो.
यदि कोई वैष्णव निमन्त्रण स्वीकार न कर सका, तो जानना कि उसी के प्रति अपराध हुआ है।रूप गोस्वामी ने ऐसा ही किया. कृष्णदास बाबा ने निमंत्रण स्वीकार नही किया तथा निमंत्रण देने आये व्यक्ति से उन्होंने वह घटना भी बताई ।रूप गोस्वामी ने जाकर उनसे क्षमा मांगी और उस दिन की अपनी हंसी का कारण बताया तब बाबा संतुष्ट हुए और फ़िर से लीला स्फूर्ति होने लगी.. नाम अपराध के बारे में महाप्रभु ने कहा है- भक्ति एक सुकोमल लता के समान है और वैष्णव अपराध मदमस्त हाथी के समान है, वैष्णव अपराध भक्ति लता को समूल उखाड़ फेकने का सामर्थ्य रखता है इसलिए साधक रुपी माली को उसे यत्न से ढक कर और अपराध रुपी हाथी से बचा कर रखना चाहिए

Radhakrishna’s grace rained on Shri Roop Goswami ji He used to be constantly alive. He used to be excited about his sweet pastimes almost all the time. They listened to him attentively, resolved his doubts with soft words, gave necessary instructions and solved his problems related to the means. Whoever came to him with a slanted face would leave him with an inexplicable joy engulfing his mind and soul. . But now often they do not even know about the arrival of anyone. People come to them, to be satisfied with their words. But after sitting near him for some time he would return thirsty. Once a distinguished Vaishnava-devotee named Krishnadas, who was lame in his feet, came to him for some satsang. ..

Radhapyari was trying to pluck a flower from the branch of a tree. The branch was a bit high. She was trying to hold it hurriedly, but it was not coming in her hand. Shyamsundar was looking from afar. He came secretly and grabbed the branch from behind Radharani and slowly lowered it to such a degree that it could come in his grip. As soon as he caught the branch, Shyamsundar released it. Radharani was left hanging from the tree. Seeing this Roop Goswami laughed. Krishnadas understood that he laughed seeing his lameness. Enraged, he immediately left from there. Roop Goswami doesn’t know anything about it. Suddenly his lila-spirit stopped. Even if he tried a lot, lila-darshan started disturbing his life without any reason. But he could not understand the reason. Going to Sanatan Goswami, he described his agony and wanted to know the reason behind it. He said, knowingly or unknowingly some Vaishnava-crime has been committed by you, due to which Leela-spurti has stopped. Those against whom crime has been committed, it can be resolved only by seeking forgiveness from them. Roop Goswami asked – I have not committed any crime intentionally. If any crime has been committed against someone unknowingly, then how can it be investigated? Sanatan Goswami advised, you should organize Vaishnava-seva and invite all the local Vaishnavas. If a Vaishnava could not accept the invitation, then to know that a crime has been committed against him. Rupa Gosvami did the same. Krishnadas Baba did not accept the invitation and he also told that incident to the person who came to invite him. Roop Goswami went and apologized to him and told the reason for his laughter of that day, then Baba was satisfied and Leela started again. Mahaprabhu has said about – Bhakti is like a soft creeper and Vaishnava crime is like a drunken elephant, Vaishnava crime has the power to completely uproot the devotional creeper. should be saved from
