कथा नाम स्मरण में प्रीति

गीता में भगवान श्री कृष्ण अर्जुन को कहते हैं कि जो निरंतर मेरी कथा और नाम स्मरण में प्रीति पूर्वक लगे रहते हैं। उन्हीं भक्तों को मै कृपा करके वह वुद्धि प्रदान करता हूँ जिस वुद्धि से मेरी लीला समझ आती है।

कुछ लोग हैं जो नाम आश्रय किये बिना या कथा के बिना ईश्वर की खोज में लगे हैं। लेकिन वो मार्ग जिस पर चलने से गोविन्द मिलते हैं वो तो श्रीकृष्ण ही भक्त पर कृपा करके बतलाते हैं। कथा और नाम जप से हृदय विकार मुक्त होता है। प्रभु कृपा करने को बाध्य हो जाते हैं। साधन से प्रभु नहीं मिलते अपितु भगवान् की कृपा से साधन मिलता है।

संसार में अपनी वुद्धि, रूप , कुशलता , चातुर्यता, पद , धन किसी भी चीज पर घमन्ड मत करना। ये सब तुम्हारी बुद्धि के कारण नहीं भगवद अनुग्रह के कारण तुम्हें प्राप्त हुआ है। बुद्धि तो मिटने वाला तत्व है पर कृपा तो अहर्निश बरसती रहती है। भगवान् की कथा और नाम को भी मत छूटने देना।

जय जय श्रीराधे स्नेह वंदन

In the Gita, Lord Krishna tells Arjuna that those who are constantly engaged in remembrance of my story and name with love. To those devotees, I grant that wisdom by which I understand my pastimes.

There are some people who are in search of God without resorting to name or without story. But the path on which one attains Govinda by walking, it is only Shri Krishna who blesses the devotee. Heart disorders are freed by chanting stories and names. The Lord is obliged to have mercy. God is not attained by means, but by the grace of God, means are obtained.

Do not be proud of your intelligence, appearance, skill, tact, position, wealth, anything in the world. You have got all this not because of your intellect but because of God’s grace. The intellect is a vanishing element, but grace keeps raining down. Don’t let God’s story and name be missed.
