श्री राम रक्षा स्तोत्र

रामरक्षा स्तोत्र भगवान श्रीराम की स्तुति है। इसमें भगवान राम की रक्षा पाने हेतु प्रार्थना की जाती है। इसके साथ, इस स्तोत्र में श्रीराम का यथार्थ वर्णन, श्रीराम का वंदन और रामनाम की महिमा ये विषय भी सम्मिलित है। बुधकौशिक ऋषिने अनुष्टुप छंद में इस स्तोत्र की रचना की है। जिसकी शक्ति है माँ सीता और स्वयं हनुमान जी।

इस स्तोत्र की विशेष मान्यता यह बताई जाती है कि, भगवान शंकर ने बुधकौशिक ऋषि को स्वप्न में दर्शन देकर रामरक्षा स्तोत्र सुनाया था। उनके आदेशानुसार ही प्रात:काल उठकर बुधकौशिक ऋषि ने इसे लिखा था। वैसे तो राम रक्षा एक मंत्र ही है। इस स्तोत्र के शुरुआत में ‘अस्य श्रीरामरक्षा स्तोत्र मंत्रस्य’ कहा गया है।

श्रीराम रक्षा स्‍त्रोत की विधि:
श्रीराम रक्षा स्‍त्रोत का पाठ प्रतिदिन करना चाहिए, लेकिन गुरुवार के दिन करने से विशेष लाभ मिलता है।

आप ये पाठ किसी मंदिर में या घर पर भी कर सकते हैं। घर पर श्रीराम रक्षा स्‍त्रोत का पाठ भगवान श्री राम की प्रतिमा या फोटो के सामने बैठकर कर सकते हैं।
नवरात्रि में इस स्तोत्र का 11 बार जाप करना चाहिए।
श्रीराम रक्षा स्‍त्रोत का लाभ:

श्रीराम रक्षा स्तोत्र एक प्रभावी और शक्तिशाली स्तोत्र मंत्र है। पूरे विश्वास और श्रद्धा के साथ पाठ करने से
भगवान राम की कृपा और आशीर्वाद प्राप्त होता है। मनुष्य के चारों तरफ एक सुरक्षा कवच बन जाता है।

श्रीराम रक्षा स्तोत्र के पाठ से मनुष्य भयमुक्त रहता है।
इसके उच्चारण से मनुष्य की वाणी शुद्ध होती है।
रामरक्षा के पठन से बच्चों की लगी बुरी नजर दूर हो जाती है।
वास्तु में होनेवाली नकारात्मक ऊर्जा तथा वास्तु के सभी दोष दूर हो जाते है।
रामरक्षा में राम के गुणोंका वर्णन है। जिसके नियमित पठन से ये सारे गुण यथावकाश मनुष्य को भी प्राप्त होते है।
मनुष्य के मन में आत्मविश्वास और इच्छाशक्ति बढ़ जाती है। मन उत्साह, शांति और उमंग से भरा हुआ रहता है।
श्री राम रक्षा स्तोत्र – मूल पाठ:

श्रीगणेशाय नम: ||

अस्य श्रीरामरक्षास्तोत्रमंत्रस्य बुधकौशिक ऋषि:।
श्रीसीतारामचंद्रो देवता |
अनुष्टुप्‌ छन्द:। सीता शक्ति:।
श्रीमद्‌हनुमान्‌ कीलकम्‌।
श्रीरामचंद्रप्रीत्यर्थे रामरक्षास्तोत्र जपे विनियोग:।।

अर्थ: इस राम रक्षा स्तोत्र मंत्रके रचयिता बुधकौशिक ऋषि हैं, सीता और रामचंद्र देवता हैं, अनुष्टुप छंद हैं, सीता शक्ति हैं, हनुमानजी कीलक हैं तथा श्रीरामचंद्रजीकी प्रसन्नता के लिए राम रक्षा स्तोत्र के जप में विनियोग किया जाता है।

॥ अथ ध्यानम्‌ ॥

ध्यायेदाजानुबाहुं धृतशरधनुषं बद्धपद्मासनस्थं।
पीतं वासो वसानं नवकमलदलस्पर्धिनेत्रं प्रसन्नम्‌॥
वामाङ्‌कारूढसीता मुखकमलमिलल्लोचनं नीरदाभं।
नानालङ्कारदीप्तं दधतमुरुजटामण्डनं रामचंद्रम्‌॥

अर्थ: ध्यान धरिए – अजानु बाहु अर्थात, जिसकी भुजाएँ यानी हाथ घुटनों तक लंबे है, जो धनुष-बाण धारण किए हुए हैं, बद्ध पद्मासनकी मुद्रा में विराजमान हैं। जो पीतांबर पहने हुए हैं। जिनके आलोकित नेत्र नए कमल दल के समान सुंदर हैं। ये नेत्र बाए ओर स्थित सीताजी के मुख कमल को एकाग्र होकर देख रहे हैं। जिनकी तनु मेघश्याम अर्थात, काले बादलों की समान शामल वर्ण की है। विभिन्न अलंकारों से विभूषित तथा जटाधारी श्रीरामजी का ध्यान करें।

॥ इति ध्यानम्‌ ॥

अर्थ:
ऐसे प्रभु श्रीरामचन्द्रजी का ध्यान राम रक्षा स्तोत्र के पूर्व हमें करना है।

चरितं रघुनाथस्य शतकोटि प्रविस्तरम्‌ ।
एकैकमक्षरं पुंसां महापातकनाशनम्‌ ॥१॥

अर्थ:
श्री रघुनाथजी का चरित्र सौ कोटि विस्तार वाला हैं। उसका एक-एक अक्षर महापातकों को नष्ट करने वाला है।

ध्यात्वा नीलोत्पलश्यामं रामं राजीवलोचनम्‌ ।
जानकीलक्ष्मणोपेतं जटामुकुटमण्डितम्‌ ॥२॥

सासितूणधनुर्बाणपाणिं नक्तञ्चरान्तकम्।
स्वलीलया जगत्रातुं आविर्भूतं अजं विभुम् ॥ ३॥

रामरक्षां पठेत्प्राज्ञः पापघ्नीं सर्वकामदाम् ।
शिरोमे राघवः पातु भालं दशरथात्मजः ॥ ४॥

अर्थ: नीले कमल के श्याम वर्णवाले, कमल नेत्रवाले, जटाओं के मुकुट से सुशोभित, जिनके साथ उनकी पत्नी जानकी तथा बंधु लक्ष्मण है ऐसे भगवान् श्री राम का स्मरण कर,

जो अजन्मा एवं सर्वव्यापक, हाथों में खड्ग, तुणीर, धनुष-बाण धारण किए राक्षसों के संहार तथा अपनी लीलाओं से जगत रक्षा हेतु अवतीर्ण श्री राम का स्मरण कर,

मैं सर्वकामप्रद और पापों को नष्ट करने वाले राम रक्षा स्तोत्र का पाठ करता हूं। राघव मेरे सिरकी और दशरथ के पुत्र मेरे ललाट पे लिखे हुए भाग्य की रक्षा करें।

कौसल्येयो दृशौ पातु विश्वामित्रप्रियश्रुती ।
घ्राणं पातु मखत्राता मुखं सौमित्रिवत्सल: ॥५॥

अर्थ:
कौशल्या का लाडला पुत्र राम मेरे दो नेत्रों की रक्षा करें। विश्वामित्र ऋषिका सबसे प्रिय शिष्य मेरे दो कानों की, रक्षा करें। मखत्राता – मख यानी यज्ञ इसका त्राता यानी यज्ञ की रक्षा करनेवाला (ऋषि विश्वामित्र प्रभु राम को अपने यज्ञ की रक्षा हेतु अपने आश्रम ले गए थे।) मेरे घ्राण की यानी नाक की रक्षा करें। सौमित्र वत्सल यानी, बंधु लक्ष्मण पर प्रेम करनेवाले राम मेरे मुख की रक्षा करें।

जिव्हां विद्यानिधि: पातु कण्ठं भरतवंदित: ।
स्कन्धौ दिव्यायुध: पातु भुजौ भग्नेशकार्मुक: ॥६॥

अर्थ:
सर्व विद्या को धारण करनेवाला मेरी जिह्वा अर्थात वाणी की रक्षा करें, भरत ने जिसे वंदन किया है ऐसा राम मेरी कंठ की रक्षा करें। दिव्य अस्त्र जिसके कंधों पर है ऐसा राम मेरे कंधों की रक्षा करें और महादेव जी का धनुष तोड़ने वाले भगवान् श्रीराम मेरे भुजाओं की रक्षा करें।

करौ सीतपति: पातु हृदयं जामदग्न्यजित्‌ ।
मध्यं पातु खरध्वंसी नाभिं जाम्बवदाश्रय:॥७॥

अर्थ:
सीता पति श्री राम मेरे हाथों की रक्षा करें, जमदग्नि ऋषि के पुत्र – परशुराम को जीतनेवाले राम मेरे हृदय की , रक्षा करें। खर नामक राक्षस का वध करनेवाले राम मेरे शरीर के मध्य भाग की रक्षा करें और जाम्बुवंत को आश्रय देनेवाले राम मेरे नाभिकी रक्षा करें।

सुग्रीवेश: कटी पातु सक्थिनी हनुमत्प्रभु: ।
ऊरू रघुत्तम: पातु रक्ष:कुलविनाशकृत्‌ ॥८॥

अर्थ:
सुग्रीव के स्वामी मेरे कमर की रक्षा करें। हनुमान के प्रभु तथा राक्षस कुलका विनाश करनेवाले रघुकुल में श्रेष्ठ राम मेरे हडियों की रक्षा करें।

अर्थ:
वेद शास्त्रों का ज्ञानी, यज्ञों का स्वामी, पुराणों में पुरुषोतम, जानकी का प्रिय, श्रीमान और अतुलनीय पराक्रमी ऐसे विभिन्न नामों का नित्य श्रद्धापूर्वक जप करनेवाले को निश्चित रूप से अश्वमेध यज्ञ से भी अधिक फल प्राप्त होता है।

जानुनी सेतुकृत्पातु जङ्घे दशमुखान्तक: ।
पादौ बिभीषणश्रीदः पातु रामोऽखिलं वपुः ॥ ९॥

अर्थ:
सागरपर सेतु बांधनेवाले राम मेरे दोनों जानूओं की रक्षा करें।
दशानन – रावण के वध करने वाले राम मेरे दोनों जंघाओं की रक्षा करें।
विभीषण को ऐश्वर्य, लंका का राज्य प्रदान करने वाले श्रीराम मेरे चरणों की और संपूर्ण शरीर की रक्षा करें।

॥ फल श्रुति ॥

एतां रामबलोपेतां रक्षां यः सुकृती पठेत् ।
स चिरायुः सुखी पुत्री विजयी विनयी भवेत् ॥ १०॥
अर्थ:
शुभ कार्य करनेवाला जो भक्त भक्ति एवं श्रद्धा के साथ रामबल से संयुक्त होकर इस स्तोत्र का पाठ करता है, वह दीर्घायु, सुखी, पुत्रवान, विजयी और विनयशील हो जाता है।

पातालभूतलव्योम चारिणश्छद्‌मचारिण: ।
न द्र्ष्टुमपि शक्तास्ते रक्षितं रामनामभि: ॥११॥

अर्थ:
जो जीव पाताल, पृथ्वी और आकाश में विचरते रहते हैं अथवा छद्दम वेश में घूमते रहते हैं, वे राम नामों से सुरक्षित मनुष्य को देख भी नहीं पाते।

रामेति रामभद्रेति रामचंद्रेति वा स्मरन्‌ ।
नरो न लिप्यते पापै भुक्तिं मुक्तिं च विन्दति ॥१२॥

अर्थ:
राम, रामभद्र तथा रामचंद्र आदि नामों का स्मरण करने वाला राम भक्त पापों से लिप्त नहीं होता, इतना ही नहीं, वह अवश्य ही भोग और मोक्ष दोनों को प्राप्त करता है।

जगज्जेत्रैकमन्त्रेण रामनाम्नाभिरक्षितम्‌ ।
य: कण्ठे धारयेत्तस्य करस्था: सर्वसिद्द्दय: ॥१३॥

अर्थ:
जो संसार पर विजय करने वाले मंत्र राम-नाम से सुरक्षित इस स्तोत्र को कंठस्थ यानी मुखोद्गत कर लेता है, उसे सम्पूर्ण सिद्धियाँ प्राप्त हो जाती है।

वज्रपंजरनामेदं यो रामकवचं स्मरेत्‌ ।
अव्याहताज्ञ: सर्वत्र लभते जयमंगलम्‌ ॥१४॥

अर्थ:
जो मनुष्य वज्रपंजर नामक इस राम कवच का स्मरण करता है, उसकी आज्ञा का कहीं भी उल्लंघन नहीं होता तथा उसे सदैव विजय और मंगल की ही प्राप्ति होती है। यहां कहां है की, रामरक्षा स्तोत्र ही राम कवच है।

आदिष्टवान्यथा स्वप्ने रामरक्षामिमां हर: ।
तथा लिखितवान्‌ प्रात: प्रबुद्धो बुधकौशिक: ॥१५॥

अर्थ:
भगवान् शंकर ने स्वप्न में इस राम रक्षा स्तोत्र का आदेश बुध कौशिक ऋषि को दिया था, उन्होंने प्रातः काल जागने पर उसे वैसा ही लिख दिया।

आराम: कल्पवृक्षाणां विराम: सकलापदाम्‌ ।
अभिरामस्त्रिलोकानां राम: श्रीमान्‌ स न: प्रभु: ॥१६॥

अर्थ:
प्रभु राम जो कल्प वृक्षों के बाग के समान विश्राम देने वाले हैं, जो समस्त विपत्तियों को दूर करने वाले हैं और जो तीनों लोकों में सुंदर हैं, वही श्रीमान श्रीराम हमारे प्रभु हैं।

तरुणौ रूपसंपन्नौ सुकुमारौ महाबलौ ।
पुण्डरीकविशालाक्षौ चीरकृष्णाजिनाम्बरौ ॥१७॥

अर्थ:
जो युवा,सुन्दर, सुकुमार,महाबली और कमल के (पुण्डरीक) समान विशाल नेत्रों वाले हैं, मुनियों की समान वस्त्र एवं काले मृग का चर्म धारण करते हैं। महाबली अर्थात, बहुतही बलवान है इस बल के साथ ही उन्होंने राक्षसों का वध किया था।

फलमूलशिनौ दान्तौ तापसौ ब्रह्मचारिणौ ।
पुत्रौ दशरथस्यैतौ भ्रातरौ रामलक्ष्मणौ ॥१८॥

शरण्यौ सर्वसत्वानां श्रेष्ठौ सर्वधनुष्मताम्‌ ।
रक्ष:कुलनिहन्तारौ त्रायेतां नो रघुत्तमौ ॥१९॥

अर्थ:
प्रभु राम फल और कंद का आहार ग्रहण करते हैं, जो संयमी, तपस्वी एवं ब्रह्रमचारी हैं, रघुकुल राजा दशरथ के ये दो ज्येष्ठ पुत्र राम और लक्ष्मण हमारी रक्षा करें।

ऐसे महाबली रघुश्रेष्ठ मर्यादा पुरूषोतम समस्त प्राणियों के शरणदाता, सभी धनुर्धारियों में श्रेष्ठ और राक्षसों के कुलों का समूल नाश करने में समर्थ राम और लक्ष्मण हमारा रक्षण करें।

आत्तसज्जधनुषा विषुस्पृशा वक्षया शुगनिषङ्‌ग सङि‌गनौ ।
रक्षणाय मम रामलक्ष्मणा वग्रत: पथि सदैव गच्छताम्‌ ॥२०॥

अर्थ:
संघान किए, धनुष धारण किए, बाण का स्पर्श कर रहे, अक्षय बाणों से युक्त तुणीर लिए हुए राम और लक्ष्मण मेरी रक्षा करने के लिए मेरे आगे चलें। जिससे मुझपर आनेवाले संकटों का वह पहले ही सामना कर मेरा मार्ग निर्विघ्न करें।

संनद्ध: कवची खड्‌गी चापबाणधरो युवा ।
गच्छन्‌मनोरथोSस्माकं राम: पातु सलक्ष्मण: ॥२१॥

अर्थ:
हमेशा तत्पर, कवचधारी, हाथ में खडग तथा धनुष-बाण धारण करने वाले भगवान राम लक्ष्मण सहित आगे-आगे चलकर हमारी रक्षा करें।

रामो दाशरथि: शूरो लक्ष्मणानुचरो बली ।
काकुत्स्थ: पुरुष: पूर्ण: कौसल्येयो रघुत्तम: ॥२२॥

अर्थ:
भगवान का कथन है कि, ऐसा आनंद दायक दशरथ का पुत्र शुर लक्ष्मण जिनका सेवक है। ऐसा ये राम बलवान काकुत्स्थ, महापुरुष, पूर्णब्रह्म, कौसल्या का पुत्र रघुकुल में श्रेष्ठ है।

वेदान्तवेद्यो यज्ञेश: पुराणपुरुषोत्तम: ।
जानकीवल्लभ: श्रीमानप्रमेय पराक्रम: ॥२३॥

इत्येतानि जपेन्नित्यं मद्‌भक्त: श्रद्धयान्वित: ।
अश्वमेधाधिकं पुण्यं संप्राप्नोति न संशय: ॥२४॥

रामं दूर्वादलश्यामं पद्‌माक्षं पीतवाससम्‌ ।
स्तुवन्ति नामभिर्दिव्यैर्न ते संसारिणो नर: ॥२५॥

अर्थ:
दूर्वादल के समान श्याम वर्ण, कमल-नयन एवं पीतांबरधारी श्रीराम की उपरोक्त दिव्य नामों से स्तुति करने वाला संसार चक्र में नहीं पड़ता। जन्म-मृत्यु के बंधनों से मुक्त हो जाता है।

रामं लक्ष्मणं पूर्वजं रघुवरं सीतापतिं सुंदरम्‌ ।
काकुत्स्थं करुणार्णवं गुणनिधिं विप्रप्रियं धार्मिकम्‌
राजेन्द्रं सत्यसंधं दशरथनयं श्यामलं शान्तमूर्तिम्‌ ।
वन्दे लोकभिरामं रघुकुलतिलकं राघवं रावणारिम्‌ ॥२६॥

अर्थ:
लक्ष्मण जी के बड़े बंधु प्रभु रामजी रघुकुल में श्रेष्ठ है। सीताजी के पति सुंदर है तथा करुणा के सागर है।
जिनके पास सभी सद्गुण वास करते है। जिनको ब्राह्मण प्रिय है, जो धार्मिक वृत्ति के है।

ये राजराजेश्वर राम सत्यनिष्ठ है। दशरथ के पुत्र राम जिनका वर्ण शामल है।
जिनकी शांत मूर्ति लोगों को परम् आनंद देनेवाली है।
रावण जिनका शत्रु प्रभु राम जिन्होंने रघुकुल में जन्म लिया है ऐसे प्रभु श्रीराम को मैं वंदना करता हूं
के समान शोभा देते है।

रामाय रामभद्राय रामचंद्राय वेधसे ।
रघुनाथाय नाथाय सीताया: पतये नम: ॥२७॥

अर्थ:
राम, रामभद्र, रामचंद्र, विधात स्वरूप, रघुनाथ, ऐसे जिनके नाम है ऐसे सीताजी के स्वामी रामचंद्रजी को मैं वंदना करता हूं।

श्रीराम राम रघुनन्दन राम राम ।
श्रीराम राम भरताग्रज राम राम ।
श्री राम राम रणकर्कश राम राम ।
श्रीराम राम शरणं भव राम राम ॥२८॥

अर्थ:
हे रघुनन्दन श्रीराम! हे भरत के अग्रज अर्थात, ज्येष्ठ बंधु भगवान् राम! हे रणधीर, मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम श्रीराम! आप मुझे शरण दीजिए।

श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ मनसा स्मरामि ।
श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ वचसा गृणामि ।
श्री रामचन्द्रचरणौ शिरसा नमामि ।
श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ शरणं प्रपद्ये ॥२९॥

अर्थ:
मैं एकाग्र मन से श्रीरामचंद्रजी के चरणों का स्मरण और वाणी से गुणगान करता हूं, वाणी द्वारा और पूरी श्रद्धा के साथ भगवान श्रीरामचन्द्र के चरणों में प्रणाम करता हुआ मैं उनके चरणों की शरण लेता हूं।

माता रामो मत्पिता रामचंन्द्र: ।
स्वामी रामो मत्सखा रामचंद्र: ।
सर्वस्वं मे रामचन्द्रो दयालु ।
नान्यं जाने नैव जाने न जाने ॥३०॥

अर्थ:
श्रीराम मेरे माता, मेरे पिता , मेरे स्वामी और मेरे सखा हैं। इस प्रकार दयालु श्रीराम मेरे सर्वस्व हैं, उनके सिवा मैं किसी दुसरे को नहीं जानता।

दक्षिणे लक्ष्मणो यस्य वामे तु जनकात्मजा ।
पुरतो मारुतिर्यस्य तं वन्दे रघुनंदनम्‌ ॥३१॥

अर्थ:
जिनके दाईं ओर लक्ष्मण जी, बाईं ओर जनक कन्या जानकीजी और सामने हनुमान ही विराजमान हैं, मैं उन्हीं रघुनाथजी की वंदना करता हूं।

लोकाभिरामं रनरङ्‌गधीरं राजीवनेत्रं रघुवंशनाथम्‌ ।
कारुण्यरूपं करुणाकरंतं श्रीरामचंद्रं शरणं प्रपद्ये ॥३२॥

अर्थ:
मैं सम्पूर्ण लोकों में सुन्दर तथा रणक्रीडा में धीर, कमलनेत्र, रघुवंश नायक, करुणा की मूर्ति और करुणा के भण्डार रुपी श्रीराम की शरण में हूं।

मनोजवं मारुततुल्यवेगं जितेन्द्रियं बुद्धिमतां वरिष्ठम्‌ ।
वातात्मजं वानरयूथमुख्यं श्रीरामदूतं शरणं प्रपद्ये ॥३३॥

अर्थ:
जिनकी गति मन के समान और वेग वायु के समान (अत्यंत तेज) है, जो परम जितेन्द्रिय एवं बुद्धिमानों में श्रेष्ठ हैं, मैं उन पवन-नंदन वानारसेना के प्रमुख श्रीराम दूत हनुमानजी की भी शरण लेता हूं।

कूजन्तं रामरामेति मधुरं मधुराक्षरम्‌ ।
आरुह्य कविताशाखां वन्दे वाल्मीकिकोकिलम्‌ ॥३४॥

अर्थ:
मैं कवितामयी डाली पर बैठकर, मधुर अक्षरों वाले ‘राम-राम’ के मधुर नाम को कूजते हुए वाल्मीकि रुपी कोयल की वंदना करता हूं।

आपदामपहर्तारं दातारं सर्वसंपदाम्‌ ।
लोकाभिरामं श्रीरामं भूयो भूयो नमाम्यहम्‌ ॥३५॥

अर्थ:
मैं इस संसार के प्रिय एवं सुन्दर, उन भगवान राम को बार-बार नमन करता हूं, जो सभी आपदाओं को दूर करने वाले तथा सुख-सम्पति प्रदान करने वाले हैं ।

भर्जनं भवबीजानामर्जनं सुखसंपदाम्‌ ।
तर्जनं यमदूतानां रामरामेति गर्जनम्‌ ॥३६॥

अर्थ:
‘राम-राम’ का जप करने से मनुष्य के सभी कष्ट समाप्त हो जाते हैं । वह समस्त सुख-सम्पति तथा ऐश्वर्य प्राप्त कर लेता है। राम-राम की गर्जना से यमदूत सदा भयभीत रहते हैं।

रामो राजमणि: सदा विजयते रामं रमेशं भजे ।
रामेणाभिहता निशाचरचमू रामाय तस्मै नम: ।
रामान्नास्ति परायणं परतरं रामस्य दासोSस्म्यहम्‌ ।
रामे चित्तलय: सदा भवतु मे भो राम मामुद्धर ॥३७॥

अर्थ:
राजाओं में श्रेष्ठ श्रीराम सदा विजय को प्राप्त करते हैं। मैं लक्ष्मीपति भगवान (यहां – सीतापति) श्रीराम का भजन करता हूं। सम्पूर्ण राक्षस सेना का नाश करने वाले श्रीराम को मैं नमस्कार करता हूं। श्रीराम के समान अन्य कोई आश्रयदाता नहीं। मैं उन शरणागत वत्सल का दास हूं। मैं सद्सिव श्रीराम में ही लीन रहूं। हे श्रीराम! आप मेरा उद्धार करें।

राम रामेति रामेति रमे रामे मनोरमे ।
सहस्रनाम तत्तुल्यं रामनाम वरानने ॥३८॥

अर्थ:
यहां शिव पार्वती से कह रहे है – हे सुमुखी ! राम नाम ‘विष्णु सहस्त्रनाम’ के समान हैं। मैं सदा राम का स्तवन करता हूं और राम-नाम में ही रमण करता हूं।

इति श्रीबुधकौशिकविरचितं श्रीरामरक्षास्तोत्रं संपूर्णम्‌ ॥

अर्थ:
इस प्रकार बुधकौशिकद्वारा रचित श्रीराम रक्षा स्तोत्र सम्पूर्ण होता है।

॥ श्री सीतारामचंद्रार्पणमस्तु ॥

राम रक्षा स्तोत्र के पाठ से मनुष्य के सारे काम स्वतः सिद्ध हो जाते हैं। इससे मनुष्य के पूर्वकृत पाप कट जाते हैं। इसके उत्पत्ति के बारे में कहा जाता है कि स्वयं महादेव ने इसका सबसे पहले पाठ किया था। भगवान शंकर ने बुध कौशिक नामक ऋषि के स्वप्न में आकर यह स्तोत्र सुनाया था। जिसके बाद ऋषि ने प्रातः काल उठकर इसे लिखा था।

राम रक्षा स्तोत्र के पाठ से मंगल का कुप्रभाव खत्म हो जाता है। इस स्तोत्र के पाठ से प्रभु श्रीराम के साथ पवनपुत्र हनुमान भी प्रसन्न होते हैं।

At the beginning of this stotra it is said ‘Asya Sri Ramaraksha Stotra Mantrasya’.

Method of Shriram Raksha Stotra: Shri Ram Raksha Stotra should be recited daily, but doing it on Thursday gives special benefits.

SHRI GANESHAYA NAMAH: ||

The sage of this Sri Ramaraksha Stotra Mantra is Budha Kaushika. Sri Sita Ramachandra Devata | Anuṣṭup verse:. Sita Shakti:. Srimad Hanuman Keelaka. Vinioga for chanting the Ramaraksha stotra for the pleasure of Sri Rama and the moon.

Meaning: The composer of this Rama Raksha Stotra Mantra is Budhakaushika Rishi, Sita and Ramachandra are the deities, Anuṣṭupa is the verse, Sita is the Shakti, Hanuman is the Keelak and it is used in chanting Rama Raksha Stotra for the pleasure of Sri Ramachandra.

One should meditate on the kneeling arm, holding a bow and arrow, seated on a bound lotus. He was dressed in yellow garments and had eyes that rivaled the petals of fresh lotuses. Meaning: Meditation – Ajanu Bahu means, one whose arms are long till the knees, who is holding bow and arrow, is seated in the posture of conditioned padmasana. Who is wearing Pitambar. Whose illuminated eyes are as beautiful as a new lotus wing. These eyes are focused on the lotus face of Sita on the left. Whose tanu is of Meghashyam i.e., of dark cloud-like shamal color. Meditate on Shri Ram, who is adorned with various ornaments.

Meaning: We have to meditate on such Lord Shri Ramchandraji before Ram Raksha Stotra.

Meaning: The character of Shri Raghunathji is of hundred degrees of detail. Every letter of his is going to destroy the great people.

Meditate on Lord Rāma, whose eyes are like blue lotuses and whose complexion is like a lotus flower. With Janaki and Lakshmana adorned with matted hair and a crown

He was armed with a sword bow and arrows and killed the night creatures The unborn and almighty Lord appeared in His own pastimes to save the universe. 3॥

A wise person should recite Ramaraksha which destroys sins and fulfills all desires May Rama son of Dasaratha protect my brow on my head 4॥

Meaning: Remembering Lord Shri Ram, having black color of blue lotus, having lotus eyes, adorned with a crown of hairs, with whom is his wife Janaki and brother Lakshmana,

One who is unborn and all-pervading, holding a knife, a bow and arrow in his hands, remembering the incarnated Shri Ram to kill the demons and protect the world from his pastimes,

I recite Ram Raksha Stotra, which is omnipresent and destroyer of sins. May Raghav protect my sirki and Dasharatha’s son the fortune written on my forehead.

May Kausalya, the beloved of Vishvamitra, protect my sight. May the savior of sacrifices affectionate to Lakshmana protect my sense of smell

Meaning: May Kaushalya’s beloved son Ram protect my two eyes. Dearest disciple of Rishi Vishwamitra, protect my two ears. Makhtrata – Makh means Yajna Its Trata means the protector of Yagya (Sage Vishwamitra had taken Lord Rama to his ashram to protect his Yagya.) Protect my olfactory i.e. nose. Soumitra Vatsal i.e. Rama, who loves his brother Lakshmana, protect my face.

May the treasure of knowledge protect my tongue, and may the worshiped by Bharata protect my neck. May the divine weapon protect my shoulders and the bow of the broken lord protect my arms.

Meaning: May the one who bears all knowledge protect my tongue, that is, speech, may the one whom Bharat has worshiped, may Rama protect my throat. May such a divine weapon, on whose shoulders, Rama protect my shoulders, and Lord Shri Ram, who broke the bow of Mahadev Ji, protect my arms.

May Lord Sītā, the husband of Sītā, protect my hands, and may the conqueror of Jamadagni protect my heart. May the destroyer of donkeys protect the middle and the shelter of Jambavada protect the navel.

Meaning: May Sita’s husband Shri Ram protect my hands, may Rama, who conquered Parshuram, son of sage Jamadagni, protect my heart. May Rama, who kills the demon Khar, protect the central part of my body, and may Rama, who gives shelter to Jambuvant, protect my nucleus.

May Lord Sugriva protect my waist and Lord Hanuman protect my thighs. May the best of the Raghus destroyer of the rakshasas protect my thighs

Meaning: May the lord of Sugriva protect my waist. May the lord of Hanuman and the best of Raghukul who destroy the demon clan, protect my bones.

Meaning: One who is knowledgeable of the Vedas, the master of sacrifices, the Purusottama in the Puranas, the beloved of Janaki, the virtuous and incomparable mighty, who regularly chants such various names with devotion, surely gets more fruit than the Ashwamedha Yagya.

May the bridge-builder protect my knees and the ten-faced destroyer protect my thighs. May Rama bestower of opulence protect the feet of Bhima and his entire body 9॥

Meaning: May Rama, who builds the bridge over the ocean, protect both my dear ones. Dashanan – May Rama, who killed Ravana, protect both my thighs. May Shri Ram, who bestows Vibhishana the opulence, the kingdom of Lanka, protect my feet and my whole body.

॥ Fruit Scripture.

Anyone who recites this raksha, endowed with the strength of Rama, is a pious man. He will live a long life, have a happy daughter, be victorious and be humble. 10. 10॥ meaning: The devotee who does good deeds and recites this stotra in conjunction with Ramabala with devotion and faith becomes long-lived, happy, son-bearing, victorious and humble.

They move about in the underworld, the earth and the sky in disguise. They could not even see it protected by the names of Rama

Meaning: The living beings who roam in the underworld, earth and sky or roam in a guise, they cannot even see a man protected by the names of Rama.

Remembering him as Rāma, Rāmabhadra, or Rāmacandra. A man is not tainted by sin and attains enjoyment and liberation.

Meaning: A devotee of Rama who remembers the names of Rama, Rambhadra and Ramachandra does not indulge in sins, not only that, he must attain both enjoyment and salvation.

The universe is protected by the name of Lord Rāma by chanting the one mantra of Jetra. Whoever wears it around his neck has all the perfections in his hands.

Meaning: One who memorizes this hymn, protected by the mantra Ram-Naam, which conquers the world, gets all the accomplishments.

One who remembers this Vajrapanjara-kavaca of Lord Rāmacandra He whose knowledge is unhindered obtains victory and auspiciousness everywhere.

Meaning: The person who remembers this Ram Kavach named Vajrapanjar, his command is not violated anywhere and he always gets victory and good luck. Where is it here that Ram Raksha Stotra is Ram Kavach.

In a dream, Lord Śiva ordered her to protect Lord Rāmacandra. Budha Kausika who got up in the morning wrote as follows

They are the refuge of all living beings and the best of all archers. May the best of the Raghu dynasty destroyers of the rakshasa race save us

Meaning: Lord Rama takes the food of fruits and tubers, who are restrained, ascetic and brahmachari, may these two eldest sons of Raghukul king Dasharatha, Rama and Lakshmana protect us.

May Rama and Lakshmana protect us, such as Mahabali Raghushreshtha, the bestower of all living beings, the best among all archers and capable of annihilating the clans of demons.

Meaning: It is said by God that Shura Lakshmana, the son of Dasharatha, is such a blissful servant. Such a Ram, the mighty Kakustha, the great man, Purnabrahma, the son of Kausalya is the best among Raghukul.

He is the altar of Vedānta, the master of sacrifices, and the Supreme Personality of Godhead in the Purāṇas. He is dear to Janaki prosperous and immeasurable in prowess

A devotee of Me should daily chant these mantras with great faith. He undoubtedly obtains more merit than an ashwamedha.

Lord Rāma was dark like a durva tree with lotus eyes and dressed in yellow. Men of this world do not praise them with divine names.

Meaning: The world who praises Shri Ram with the above divine names of black color, lotus-nayan and Pitambar-bearing Shri Ram, like a door, does not fall in the cycle. One becomes free from the bonds of birth and death.

Rama Lakshmana the elder brother the best of the Raghus the beautiful husband of Sita He is the son of Kakutstha and is an ocean of compassion treasure trove of virtues dear to brāhmaṇas and righteous The king of kings Satyasandha the son of Dasaratha is dark-skinned and peaceful in form I salute Rama the delight of the worlds the crown of the Raghu dynasty the enemy of Ravana

Meaning: Lord Ramji, the elder brother of Lakshmanji, is the best among Raghukul. Sita’s husband is beautiful and an ocean of compassion. In whom all the virtues reside. Those who are dear to Brahmins, those who are religious.

This Rajarajeshwar Ram is truthful. Dasaratha’s son Rama whose varna is Shamal. Whose calm idol is the one who gives ultimate happiness to the people. Ravana, whose enemy Lord Ram, who has taken birth in Raghukul, I worship such Lord Shri Ram. Looks like it.

O Rāma, O Rāmabhadra, O Rāmacandra, O creator! “Obeisances to you lord of Raghu lord of Sita

Meaning: Ram, Rambhadra, Ramchandra, Vidhat Swaroop, Raghunath, I bow down to Ramchandraji, the lord of Sita, who has such names.

Shri Ram Ram Raghunandan Ram Ram. Shri Ram Ram Bharatagraj Ram Ram. Shri Ram Ram Rankarkasha Ram Ram. Shri Ram Ram Sharanam Bhava Ram Ram 28॥

meaning: O Raghunandan Sri Rama! O Lord Rama, the elder brother of Bharata! O brave, dignified Sri Rama! You give me shelter.

I remember the feet of Sri Rama and Chandra in my mind. I chant with my words the feet of Lord Rāma and the Moon. I bow my head at the feet of Sri Ramachandra. I take refuge at the feet of Sri Rama and the Moon.

Meaning: With a concentrated mind, I remember the feet of Shri Ramchandraji and praise with speech, by speech and with full devotion I take refuge at the feet of Lord Shri Ramchandra.

My mother is Rāma, and my father is Rāmacandra. My master is Rāma, and my friend is Rāmacandra. My whole being is Ramachandra, the merciful one. I know nothing else, I know nothing else, I know nothing else.

Meaning: Shri Ram is my mother, my father, my master and my friend. Thus the merciful Shri Ram is my everything, except him I do not know anyone else.

Lakshmana was on his right and Janaka’s daughter was on his left. I salute that Rama the delight of the Raghus whose Maruti is in front of him

Meaning: I worship the same Raghunathji on whose right Lakshman ji, Janaki ji on the left and Hanuman ji in front.

He is the delight of the worlds brave on the battlefield lotus-eyed lord of the Raghu dynasty I seek refuge in the merciful form of the merciful Lord Rama the moon.

Meaning: I bow again and again to the beloved and beautiful of this world, Lord Rama, who is the remover of all calamities and the giver of happiness and wealth.

There is no other devotee other than Rama I am his servant May my mind always be fixed on Rama O Rama rescue me”

Meaning: Shri Ram, the best among kings, always achieves victory. I worship Lord Lakshmipati (here – Sitapati) Shri Ram. I salute Shri Ram, the destroyer of the entire demon army. There is no other shelter like Shri Ram. I am the slave of those surrendered Vatsal. Let me be absorbed in Sadsiva Shri Ram. Oh Shri Ram! You save me

Rāma, Rāma, Rāma, Rāma, Rāma, delightful. O beautiful one the name of Rama is equal to a thousand names

Meaning: Here Shiva is saying to Parvati – O Sumukhi! Ram’s name is similar to ‘Vishnu Sahasranama’. I always eulogize Rama and rejoice in the name of Rama.

By reciting Ram Raksha Stotra, all the works of a human being are automatically proved. Due to this the former sins of man are cut away. It is said about its origin that it was first recited by Mahadev himself. Lord Shankar had recited this stotra in the dream of a sage named Budha Kaushik. After which the sage got up early in the morning and wrote it.

The ill-effects of Mars are eliminated by the recitation of Ram Raksha Stotra. Along with Lord Shri Ram, Hanuman, the son of Pawan, is also pleased with the recitation of this stotra.
