, Shri: Please. Respected “Sadgurudev” ji said – Diet is not only related to our physical health, but unbalanced and contaminated diet also affects our attitudes, so be aware of diet, vihar thought and take pure balanced diet. Diet purification is the root of life achievement.! A flowing waterfall is very attractive, but in order to generate electricity from it, its flow has to be tied. Something similar is with our life as well. Undoubtedly, the beauty of carefree life is unique, unmatched, but discipline is necessary to give it a meaningful direction. The process of discipline has given four principles to human life – diet, movement, thought and conduct. Food is related to the food and drink of a man, Vihar is related to his living. Similarly, thought is related to the power and way of thinking, while conduct is related to that aspect of life by which we behave with each other. Development of wealth is not true development. One who does not have good conduct in his life, his diet is not pure, no matter how rich and powerful he is, he is still poor from the spiritual point of view. ‘Diet Shuddha Satva Shuddhi, Satva Shudho Dhruva Smriti. Smritirlabdhe sarvagranthinam priyamaksha: That is, when the diet is pure, the inner self is purified, when the inner self is pure, the intellect is pure, and when the intellect is pure, all doubts and illusions are destroyed, then there is liberation. It becomes easy to meet. Eating disorder is the root of many physical and mental ailments. Therefore, the diet should be pure and balanced. Always keep this thing in mind that the body is the temple and the natural source of success in life. Diet has a gross effect on the organs, but its subtle power reaches the innermost part of the human being and leaves its proper effect. That’s why there is a rule of fasting during the days of Sadhana. Sadhaks complete their spiritual practice by staying on fruits, milk and buttermilk….

Respected “Acharyashree” ji said – Ignorance of the mind is the reason for many sorrows and problems in life. After self-awakening or attainment of knowledge, the duality of mind dissolves and divinities like joy, peace and solution begin to appear! That’s why there should be an effort to acquire knowledge! In the direction of self-awakening, unbroken effort, external purity and auspiciousness of resolution are the best means. In fact, the thoughts that emerge in the human mind eventually result in the form of behavior and rituals. So be aware of occult thoughts. Thoughts should be spiritual-spiritual. Elevated thoughts are the initial basis of upliftment and progress in life. Preserving ideological purity and purity is the essence of spiritual practice. Man’s life is the reflection of his thoughts. Success-failure, progress-degradation, insignificance-greatness, happiness-sorrow, peace-unrest etc. all aspects depend on the thoughts of man. By knowing the thoughts of any person, the form of his life can be easily obtained. His thoughts have an important hand in making a man coward-hero, healthy-unhealthy, happy-unhappy. The meaning is that a man’s life becomes and deteriorates according to his thoughts. Where good thoughts will make him elevated, inferior thoughts will make a man fall. Swami Ramteerth has said – “As are the thoughts of a man, so his life becomes”. Swami Vivekananda had said – “Heaven and hell are not anywhere else, they reside in our thoughts only”. Lord Buddha while preaching to his disciples said – “Monks! Whatever we are at present is due to our thoughts and whatever we will become in future is also due to our thoughts”.
