फूल को देख कर खुशी मिले तो समझना सतोगुण काम कर रहा है, फूल को छू कर खुशी मिले तो समझना रजोगुण काम कर रहा है, और अगर फूल को तोड़ कर खुशी मिले तो समझना तमोगुण काम कर रहा है।
फूल को देखने में हमारा है का भाव होता है, फूल को छूने में मेरा है का भाव होता है, फूल को तोड़ कर ले लेने में सिर्फ मेरा है का भाव उत्पन्न होता है।
यह भाव हर चीज पर लागू होता है फूल सिर्फ समझाने का माध्यम है,, दुख और सुख का मुख्य कारण यह है।
