शान्ताकारं भुजंगशयनं पद्मनाभं सुरेशं
विश्वाधारं गगन सदृशं मेघवर्ण शुभांगम्।
लक्ष्मीकांत कमलनयनं योगिभिर्ध्यानगम्यं
वन्दे विष्णु भवभयहरं सर्व लौकेक नाथम्।।
यं ब्रह्मा वरुणैन्द्रु रुद्रमरुत: स्तुन्वानि दिव्यै स्तवैवेदे:
सांग पदक्रमोपनिषदै गार्यन्ति यं सामगा:।
ध्यानावस्थित तद्गतेन मनसा पश्यति यं योगिनो
यस्यातं न विदु: सुरासुरगणा दैवाय तस्मै नम:।।
हिन्दी भावार्थ-
जिनकी आकृति स्वरूप अतिशय शांत है, जो जगत के आधार व देवताओं के भी ईश्वर (राजा) है, जो शेषनाग की शैया पर विश्राम किए हुए हैं, जिनकी नाभि में कमल है और जिनका वर्ण श्याम रंग का है, जिनके अतिशय सुंदर रूप का योगीजन ध्यान करते हैं, जो गगन के समान सभी जगहों पर छाए हुए हैं, जो जन्म-मरण के भय का नाश करने वाले हैं, जो सम्पूर्ण लोकों के स्वामी हैं, जिनकी भक्तजन बन्दना करते हैं, ऐसे लक्ष्मीपति कमलनेत्र भगवान श्रीविष्णु को अनेक प्रकार से विनती कर प्रणाम करता हूँ।
ब्रह्मा, शिव, वरुण, इन्द्र, मरुद्गण जिनकी दिव्य स्तोत्रों से स्तुति गाकर रिझाते है, सामवेद के गाने वाले अंग, पद, क्रम और उपनिषदों के सहित वेदों द्वारा जिनका गान करते हैं, योगीजन ध्यान में स्थित प्रसन्न हुए मन से जिनका दर्शन करते हैं, देवता और असुर जिनके अंत को नही पाते, उन नारायण को मैं नमस्कार करता हूँ।

The peaceful serpent-bed, the lotus-naveled Lord of the gods The basis of the universe is like the sky, the color of clouds is auspicious. Lakshmikanta lotus-eyed, meditative by the yogis I worship Vishnu, the one lord of all the worlds, who removes the fear of this world.
Yam Brahma Varunaindra Rudramaruta: stunvani divyai stavaivede: Sanga Padakrama Upanishads which the Samas chant. Whom the Yogi, seated in meditation, sees with the mind absorbed in Him I offer my obeisances to that destiny whom hosts of devatas and asuras do not know
Hindi meaning- Whose form and form is very calm, who is the basis of the world and also the God (King) of the gods, who is resting on the bed of Sheshnag, who has a lotus in his navel and whose complexion is dark, who has a very beautiful form and who is a yogi. We meditate, who is spread everywhere like the sky, who destroys the fear of birth and death, who is the master of all the worlds, whom devotees worship, such Lakshmipati, lotus-eyed Lord Shri Vishnu, is prayed to in many ways. I salute you.
Brahma, Shiva, Varun, Indra, Marudgana, whom we woo by singing praises of divine hymns, whom the singers of Samaveda sing through the Vedas including their parts, verses, sequences and Upanishads, whom the yogis visit with a happy mind situated in meditation. I salute that Narayana, whose gods and demons cannot find their end.
