घट-घट – व्यापक राम
पंजाब में बुल्लेशाह नामक एक सन्त हो गये हैं। उनका गुरु एक माली था। एक दिन सन्त अपने गुरुके पास आये और बोले—’आप मुझे ऐसा कोई उपाय बतायें, जिससे खुदा हासिल हो।’ उस समय गुरु खेतमें थे और प्याजकी गाँठें एक ओरसे उखाड़कर दूसरी ओर लगा रहे थे। उन्होंने बुल्लेशाहकी ओर देखे बिना ही उत्तर दिया ‘खुदाको क्या पाना – इधरसे उखाड़ना, उधर लगाना।’
बुल्लेशाहने कहा- ‘आपका आशय मेरी समझमें नहीं आया।’
गुरुने पूछा- ‘जानते हो, खुदा कहाँ है?”
‘हाँ वह आसमानमें है।’ सन्तने उत्तर दिया।
‘तू कहता है, खुदा आसमानमें है, तो उखाड़ उसे आसमानसे और जमा दे अपनी छातीमें! उखाड़ खुदीके ख्यालको अपनी छातीसे और बो दे उसे सब देहोंमें। ऐसा प्रेम पैदा कर कि दुनियाके सब लोग तुझे ‘मैं’ ही नजर आने लगें। खुदीका फना करना और एक ही तो बात है।’ खुदाका पाना
सन्त सन्तुष्ट हो वहाँसे चले गये।
Ghat Ghat – Wide Ram
There is a saint named Bulleshah in Punjab. His teacher was a gardener. One day the saint came to his teacher and said – ‘You tell me such a way, by which God can be attained.’ At that time Guru was in the field and was uprooting the onion from one side and planting it on the other side. He replied without looking at Bulleshah, ‘What to get God – to uproot it from here, to plant it there.’
Bulleshah said- ‘I did not understand your intention.’
The teacher asked – ‘Do you know where God is?’
‘Yes he is in the sky.’ The saint replied.
‘You say, God is in the sky, then uproot him from the sky and keep it in your chest! Uproot the thoughts of yourself from your chest and sow it in all the bodies. Create such love that all the people of the world start seeing you as ‘I’. To destroy oneself is one thing.’ get the dig
The saints left the place satisfied.
