महाबली रामभक्त श्रीहनुमान जी के अस्त्र-शस्त्रों में पहला स्थान उनकी गदा का है। आपको जानकर हैरानी होगी कि केवल गदा के साथ दिखने वाले महाबली हनुमान दस आयुध (अस्त्र-शस्त्र) धारण करने वाले हैं।
हनुमानजी अपने प्रभु श्रीराम के चरणों में पूर्ण समर्पित आप्तकाम निष्काम सेवक है। उनका सर्वस्व प्रभु की सेवा का उपकरण है उनके संपूर्ण अंग-प्रत्यंग, रद, मुष्ठि, नख, पूंछ, गदा एवं गिरि, पादप आदि प्रभु के अमंगलों का नाश करने के लिए एक दिव्यास्त्र के समान है। हनुमान जी वज्रांग हैं।
यम ने उन्हें अपने दंड से अभयदान दिया है, कुबेर ने गदाघात से अप्रभावित होने का वर दिया है, भगवान शंकर ने हनुमानजी को शूल एवं पाशुपत आदि अस्त्रों से अभय होने का वरदान दिया है, अस्त्र-शस्त्र के कर्ता विश्वकर्मा ने हनुमानजी को समस्त आयुधों से अवध्य होने का वरदान दिया है।
हनुमानजी के आयुध-
शास्त्रों में हनुमानजी को दस आयुधों से अलंकृत कहा गया है। हनुमानजी के आयुधों की व्याख्या में- खड्ग, त्रिशूल, खट्वांग, पाश, पर्वत, अंकुश, स्तम्भ, मुष्टि, गदा और वृक्ष हैं। हनुमानजी का बायां हाथ गदा से युक्त कहा गया है।
“वामहस्तगदायुक्तम्”
श्रीलक्ष्मण और रावण के बीच युद्ध में हनुमानजी ने रावण के साथ युद्ध में गदा का प्रयोग किया था उन्होंने गदा के प्रहार से ही रावण के रथ को खंडित किया था।
स्कंदपुराण में हनुमानजी को वज्रायुध धारण करने वाला कहकर उनको नमस्कार किया गया है। उनके हाथ में वज्र सदा विराजमान रहता है। अशोक वाटिका में हनुमानजी ने राक्षसों के संहार के लिए वृक्ष की डाली का उपयोग किया था, हनुमानजी का एक अस्त्र उनकी पूंछ भी है, अपनी मुष्टिप्रहार से उन्होंने कई दुष्टों का संहार किया है।
खड्गं त्रिशूलं खट्वाङ्गं पाशाङ्कुशसुपर्वतम्।
मुष्टिद्रुमगदाभिन्दिपालज्ञानेन संयुतम्।।
एतान्यायुधजालानि धारयन्तं यजामहे।
प्रेतासनोपविष्टं तु सर्वाभरणभूषितम्।।
हनुमानजी का वाहन-
हनुमानजी का वाहन होने की शक्ति किसमें है ? यह एक ऐसा प्रश्न है जिसमें केवल यही कहकर संतोष किया जा सकता है कि उनके सिवा उनका वाहन होने की शक्ति और किसी में भी नहीं है। हनुमानजी इतने वेगवान है कि उनकी वेग की तुलना कोई और कर ही नहीं सकता है।
‘हनुमत्सहस्त्रनामस्तोत्र’ के ७२वें श्लोक में उन्हें ‘वायुवाहन:’ कहा गया है और यह युक्तिसंगत भी है, तथापि वायु भी उनके भार का वहन करने में प्राय: असमर्थ ही हैं।
हनुमानजी ने एक बार जगत्पति श्रीराम और शेषनाग के रूप श्रीलक्ष्मण को अपने कंधे पर बैठाकर उड़ान भरा था।
जगदाधार शेष को उठानेवाले हनुमानजी को वहन करने की शक्ति किसी में भी नहीं है।
हनुमानजी के वेग का अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि एक बार लक्ष्मणजी को मेघनाद द्वारा “शक्ति बाण” लगने पर, हनुमानजी ने बात-बात में द्रोणाचल पर्वत को उखाड़कर लंका ले गये और उसी रात को यथास्थान रख आए थे।
समूचे द्रोणाचल पर्वत को उखाड़कर क्षणमात्र में उसे लंका में पंहुचाने और यथास्थल रख आने वाले पवनपुत्र के वेग से बढ़कर किसका वेग हो सकता है।
बुद्धिर्बलं यशो धैर्यं निर्भयत्वमरोगता।
अजाड्यं वाक्पटुत्वं च हनुमत्स्मरणाद्भवेत्।।

The first place among the weapons of Mahabali Ram devotee Shri Hanuman ji is his mace. You will be surprised to know that Mahabali Hanuman, who appears only with mace, is going to wear ten Ayudhas (weapons).
Hanumanji is a completely dedicated selfless servant at the feet of his Lord Shri Ram. His everything is a tool for the service of the Lord. His entire body parts, hands, fists, nails, tail, mace and seeds, plants, etc. are like divine weapons to destroy the evils of the Lord. Hanuman ji is Vajrang.
Yama has given him protection from punishment, Kubera has given him the boon of being unaffected by mace, Lord Shankar has given Hanumanji the boon of being safe from weapons like Shool and Pashupat etc. He has given the boon of being indestructible.
Weapons of Hanumanji-
In the scriptures, Hanumanji has been said to be adorned with ten weapons. In the explanation of Hanumanji’s weapons – Khadga, Trishul, Khatwang, Pash, Parvat, Ankush, Stambh, Mushti, Gada and tree. Hanumanji’s left hand is said to be equipped with mace.

In the war between Sri Lakshmana and Ravana, Hanumanji used mace in the war with Ravana, he broke Ravana’s chariot with the attack of the mace.
In Skandpuran, Hanumanji has been greeted by calling him the one who wears Vajrayudh. The thunderbolt always resides in his hand. In Ashok Vatika, Hanumanji used the branch of a tree to kill demons, his tail is also a weapon of Hanumanji, he has killed many evils with his fist.
A sword, a trident, a sword-like body, a rope, a goad, and a good mountain. Endowed with the knowledge of the fist tree club breaker and the guardian.
We offer sacrifice to him who holds these networks of weapons. He was seated on a funeral throne and adorned with all kinds of ornaments
Hanumanji’s vehicle-
Who has the power to be Hanumanji’s vehicle? This is a question which can be satisfied only by saying that no one else has the power to be His vehicle except Him. Hanumanji is so fast that no one else can compare to his speed.
In the 72nd verse of ‘Hanumatsahasranamastotra’, he has been called ‘Vayuvahanah’ and it is also logical, however even the air is often unable to bear his load.
Hanuman ji once flew with Jagatpati Shri Ram and Shri Lakshman in the form of Sheshnag sitting on his shoulder.
No one has the power to carry Hanumanji who lifts the rest of the world.
The speed of Hanumanji can be gauged from the fact that once Laxmanji was hit by Meghnad’s “Shakti Baan”, Hanumanji uprooted the Dronachal mountain and took it to Lanka the same night.
Whose speed can be greater than the speed of the son of wind who uproots the entire Dronachal mountain and reaches Lanka in a moment and keeps it in its place.
