नवरात्रमें भगवती की कृपा प्राप्त करने के शास्त्रोंमें अनेक विधान है । अपने अपने कुल की ओर गुरु परंपराओं के भी अनेक अनुष्ठान , मंत्र , स्तोत्र होते है । हिन्दू सनातनियो के घरोमे ज्यादातर पूजा घरकी बड़ी औरत करती होती है तो परिवार के सभी सदस्यों को व्यक्तिगत पूजा नही करते है । खासकर जो युवान स्कूल कॉलेजमे अभ्यास करते हो या किसी व्यवसाय नोकरीमे हो उनको भी व्यक्तिगत पूजा करना संभव नही होता ।
हमारे ऋषिमुनियों ने मानस पूजा का श्रेष्ठ विधान बताया है जो परिवार का हरेक सदस्य सरलता से कर सकता है । बस मात्र 15 मिनट का समय हरकोई दे सकता है । पूरे दिन या रात्रि का कोई भी एक समय निश्चित कीजिये जब आप बिलकुल फ्री हो । हाथ पैर धो कर आसन लगाकर बैठे और आंख बन्ध करके कुलदेवी का 16 प्रकार (षोडशोपचार ) से पूजा कर रहे है ऐसा भावपूजन कीजिये ।
भगवती का ध्यान , आवाहन , आसन , पाद्यपूजा , जल आचमन , स्नान , वस्त्र , तिलक , पुष्प , धूप , दिप , नैवेद्य , फल , दक्षिणा , आरती ओर क्षमापना करे ये षोडशोप चार पूजन हुवा । पूजन के बाद कुलदेवी का मंत्र , स्तोत्र पाठ करे ये श्रेष्ठ मानस पूजा है और ये दिव्य फलदायी है ।
इस पूजनमे कोई पदार्थ की जरूरत नही । कोई संस्कृत मंत्र न पढ़ सको कोई जरूरी नही । बस मनसे ही भावपूर्वक भगवती का पूजन करे । यहां मानस पूजा का एक विधान संस्कृत और हिंदी भाषान्तर के साथ दे रहे है , ताकि आप सिर्फ हिंदी भाषान्तर को पढ़कर मनमे उन्ही भावसे पूजा करे ।
मानस पूजा :-
ॐ लं पृथिव्यात्मकं गन्धं परिकल्पयामि:
हे कुलदेवी मैं आपको पृथ्वीरूप गंध अर्पित करता हूँ.
ॐ हं आकाशात्मकं पुष्पं परिकल्पयामि:
हे कुलदेवी मैं आपको आकाशरूप पुष्प अर्पित करता हूँ.
ॐ यं वाय्वात्मकं धूपं परिकल्पयामि:
हे कुलदेवी मैं आपको वायुदेव के रूप में धूप अर्पित करता हूँ.
ॐ रं तेजसात्मकम दीपं दर्शयामि:
हे कुलदेवी मैं आपको अग्निदेव के रूप में दीपक अर्पित करता हूँ.
ॐ वं अमृतात्मकं नैवेद्यं निवेदयामि:
हे कुलदेवी मैं आपको अमृत के समान नैवेद्य अर्पित करता हूँ.
ॐ सौं सर्वात्मकं सर्वोपचारं समर्पयामि:
हे कुलदेवी मैं आपको सर्वात्मा के रूप में संसार के सभी उपचारों( फल , ताम्बूल,दक्षिणा ) आपके चरणों में अर्पित करता हूँ.
मानसपूजा के बाद यथा समय अनुकूलता मुजब माताजी के नाम या मंत्र जाप करे। कोई विशेष मंत्र नही जानते हो तो सिर्फ कुलदेवी का नाम जप भी श्रेष्ठ है । भगवती का ये महामंत्र विश्व की हरेक देवी की प्रसन्नता केलिए है । मंत्र :-
” ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं चामुण्डायै विच्चे “
इस मंत्र का एक माला या 11 , 51 , 101 माला जाप आपकी अनुकूलता मुजब कर सकते है । ये नवरात्र की श्रेष्ठ उपासना हरकोई सरलता से कर सकते है ।
नवरात्र दरम्यान छोटी कन्याओं से लेकर बड़ी बुजर्ग हर स्त्री में दुर्गा का वास होता है । नोउ दिन तक हरेक स्त्रीमे माता का दर्शन करे ।
अगर कुलदेवी का सर्वप्रचारोपत पूजन करना है तो अब आगे विधिविधान पोस्ट रखेंगे।
संसार की हरेक देवियां , कुलदेवीओ को साष्टांग प्रणाम सह आप सभी धर्मप्रेमी जनो पर भगवती की सदैव कृपा हो यही प्रार्थना सह .. श्री मात्रेय नमः
There are many rules in the scriptures to obtain the blessings of Goddess Bhagwati during Navratri. There are many rituals, mantras and stotras of Guru traditions related to their respective clans. In the houses of Hindu Sanatans, most of the puja is done by the elder woman of the house, hence all the members of the family do not perform individual puja. Especially the youth who practice in school, college or are employed in any business, it is not possible for them to do personal puja.
Our sages have told the best method of Manas Puja which every member of the family can easily do. Everyone can spare just 15 minutes. Fix any time of the day or night when you are completely free. After washing hands and feet, sitting in a posture and closing your eyes, you are worshiping the Kuldevi in 16 ways (Shodashopachara).
Meditation, invocation of Bhagwati, asana, padya puja, offering of water, bath, clothes, tilak, flowers, incense, lamp, naivedya, fruits, dakshina, aarti and apologies, these four pujas were done in Shodshop. After worship, recite the mantra and stotra of Kuldevi, this is the best mental worship and it is divinely fruitful.
There is no need of any material in this puja. It is not necessary that you cannot recite any Sanskrit mantra. Just worship Goddess Bhagwati with all your heart. Here we are giving a method of Manas Puja with Sanskrit and Hindi translation, so that you can worship with the same feeling in your mind after reading only the Hindi translation.
Manas Pooja :-
Om Lam I conceive of the earthly fragrance:
O Kuldevi, I offer you the fragrance of the earth.
Om Hum I design the flower that is the sky:
O Kuldevi, I offer you flowers in the form of sky.
Om Yam Vayutmakam Dhoopam Parikalpayami:
O Kuldevi, I offer incense to you in the form of Vayudev.
Om Ram Tejasatmakam Deepam Darshayami:
O Kuldevi, I offer a lamp to you in the form of Agnidev.
Offer the nectar-based offering to OM VAM:
O Kuldevi, I offer you offerings like nectar.
Offer all the offerings to Om Saum Sarvatmakam:
O Kuldevi, I offer you all the remedies of the world (fruits, tambul, dakshina) at your feet in the form of the Supreme Soul.
After mental worship, chant the name or mantra of Mujab Mataji at appropriate time. If you do not know any special mantra then just chanting the name of the family deity is also best. This great mantra of Bhagwati is for the happiness of every goddess of the world. mantra :-
“Aim Hrim Klim Chamundayai Vichche”
Chanting one rosary or 11, 51, 101 rosaries of this mantra can ensure your auspiciousness. Everyone can easily perform this best worship of Navratri.
During Navratri, Durga resides in every woman, from small girls to elderly women. Every woman should see the Mother Goddess for nine days.
