एक मंत्र में पूरी रामायण का सार भगवान राम की आराधना करने के लिए रामायण में एक मंत्र बहुत ही खास है । इस एक मंत्र में पूरी रामायण का सार छिपा हुआ है । शास्त्रों में कहा गया है कि जो राम भक्त इस एक मंत्र का रोज पाठ करते हैं उन्हें पूरी रामायण पाठ करने के बराबर का पुण्य लाभ प्राप्त हो जाता है । इस मंत्र को श्लोकी रामायण कहते हैं । मान्यता है कि इस रामायण मंत्र के जाप से पापों से मुक्ति और परेशानियां खत्म हो जाती है । साथ ही प्रभु श्रीराम की कृपा प्राप्त होती है । इस मंत्र का जाप सुबह स्नान करने के बाद भगवान राम की प्रतिमा के सामने आसन पर बैठकर किया जाना चाहिए । रोज सुबह घर के मंदिर में दीपक जलाकर इस मंत्र का जाप करना चाहिए ।आदौ राम तपोवनादि गमनं , हत्वा मृगं कांचनम् ।वैदेहीहरणं जटायुमरणं , सुग्रीवसंभाषणम् ।। बालीनिर्दलनं समुद्रतरणं , लंकापुरीदाहनम् ।पश्चाद् रावण कुंभकर्ण हननम् , ऐतद्धि रामायणम् ।।ये इस श्लोक का अर्थ : श्रीराम वनवास गए , वहां स्वर्ण मृग का का वध किया । वैदेही यानी सीताजी का रावण ने हरण कर लिया , रावण के हाथों जटायु ने अपने प्राण गंवा दिए । श्रीराम और सुग्रीव की मित्रता हुई । बालि का वध किया । समुद्र पार किया । लंकापुरी का दहन किया । इसके बाद रावण और कुंभकर्ण का वध किया । ये रामायण का सार है । रोज सुबह घर के मंदिर में करें इस श्लोक का जाप रोज सुबह जल्दी उठें और स्नान के बाद सूर्यदेव को जल अर्पित करें । इसके बाद घर के मंदिर में पूजा करें । श्रीराम दरबार के सामने धूप – दीप जलाएं । श्रीराम दरबार में श्रीराम , लक्ष्मण , सीता और हनुमान मुख्य रूप से रखना चाहिए । भगवान को भोग लगाएं । पूजन के बाद श्रीराम का ध्यान करते हुए इस श्लोक का जाप करें । जाप कम से कम 108 बार करना चाहिए । ज्यादा समय न हो तो 11 या 21 बार भी मंत्र जाप कर सकते हैं । श्रीराम का षडक्षर मंत्र अति लाभकारी श्रीराम का षडक्षर मंत्र अति लाभकारी है । षडक्षर राम मंत्र राम रामाय नमः ‘ है जिसे चिन्तामणि भी कहा जा सकता है , किसी भी कामना को पूर्ण करने के लिए इस राम मंत्र का साधक को , उपासक को अनुष्ठान करना चाहिए । इस मंत्र के ब्रह्मा ऋषि हैं , गायत्री छंद है श्रीरामदेवता है रा बीज और नमः शक्ति है । विधिवत न्यास ध्यानार्चन करते हुए साधक को राममंत्रानुष्ठान करना चाहिए । पूरा अनुष्ठान छह लाख जप का होता है । यह परम कल्याणकारी श्रीराम का महामंत्र है । इसकी अपार महिमा है , इससे अनेक लाभ हैं । परमोपयोगी अति विशिष्ट मंत्र है । अनुष्ठान विधिवत शास्त्रोक्त रीति से निष्ठापूर्वक करना चाहिए । मन एकाग्र करने हेतु अभ्यास करें ।जय श्री राम
