जम्मू कश्मीर : ज्योतिष शास्त्र के अनुसार हर वर्ष वैशाख मास शुक्ल पक्ष की तृतीया तिथि को अक्षय तृतीया का पर्व मनाया जाता है।अक्षय तृतीया के पर्व के विषय में श्री कैलख ज्योतिष एवं वैदिक संस्थान ट्रस्ट के प्रधान ज्योतिषाचार्य महंत रोहित शास्त्री ने बताया कि इस वर्ष सन् 2023 ई. 22 अप्रैल शनिवार को अक्षय तृतीया का पर्व वैशाख मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की तृतीया तिथि के दिन मनाया जाएगा। अक्षय तृतीया तिथि 22 अप्रैल शनिवार सुबह 07 बजकर 50 मिनट पर शुरू होगी और 23 अप्रैल सुबह 07 बजकर 48 मिनट पर समाप्त होगी। अक्षय तृतीया पर्व,पूजन एवं दान 22 अप्रैल शनिवार को ही करना शुभ होगा। इस दिन जरूरतमंद लोगों को दान करें। इस दिन देव-पितृ तर्पण यज्ञ,होम दान आदि कर्म करने से अक्षय फल की प्राप्ति होती है।
ज्योतिष शास्त्र के अनुसार अक्षय तृतीया का पर्व इस वर्ष शनिवार के दिन मनाया जाएगा, इस दिन कृतिका नक्षत्र,आयुष्मान और सौभाग्य योग रहेगा। अक्षय तृतीया के दिन चंद्रमा अपनी उच्च राशि वृष मोजूद होगें इस वजह से इस बार की अक्षय तृतीया का विशेष महत्व होगा।
महंत रोहित शास्त्री ने बताया ‘अक्षय’ का अर्थ है, “जो कभी भी ख़त्म नहीं होता” अर्थात् ‘जिसका कभी अन्त नहीं होता’। सनातन धर्म की मान्यताओं के अनुसार यह दिन सौभाग्य और सफलता का सूचक है, इस दिन को ‘सर्वसिद्धि मुहूर्त दिन’ भी कहते है, क्योंकि इस दिन शुभ काम के लिये पंचांग देखने की ज़रूरत नहीं होती। लेकिन गुरु अस्त (तारा डूबा हुआ) होने के कारण इस वर्ष यज्ञोपवीत संस्कार, विवाह संस्कार, मुंडन संस्कार,गृह प्रवेश आदि मांगलिक कार्य नहीं होगे। बाकी कार्य जैसे सोना लेना,चांदी लेना,नवीन बर्तन लेना,जमीन लेना,नया मकान लेना इत्यादि कार्य कर सकते हैं ।
अक्षय तृतीया’ के दिन ख़रीदे गये बेशक़ीमती आभूषण एवं सामान शाश्वत समृद्धि के प्रतीक हैं। इस दिन ख़रीदा व धारण किया गया सोना अखण्ड सौभाग्य का प्रतीक माना गया है। इस दिन शुरू किये गए किसी भी नये काम या किसी भी काम में लगायी गई पूँजी में सदा सफलता मिलती है और वह फलता-फूलता है। यह माना जाता है कि इस दिन ख़रीदा गया सोना कभी समाप्त नहीं होता, क्योंकि भगवान विष्णु एवं माता लक्ष्मी स्वयं उसकी रक्षा करते हैं।
क्या दान देना चाहिए अक्षय तृतीया के दिन:-
अच्छी नियत से दी गयी हर वस्तु के दान का पुण्य लगता है, इस दिन घी, शक्कर, अनाज, फल, सब्जी, इमली, कपड़े, सोना, चाँदी,जौ, गेहूं, सत्तू, दही चावल, मिट्टी का घड़ा, फल आदि का दान देना चाहिए, इस दिन छोटे से छोटे दान का भी बहूत महत्व है,फिर भी एक दिलचस्प मान्यता के अनुसार अक्षय तृतीया पर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स सामान देने का भी महत्व है। इस दिन कई लोग पंखे, कूलर आदि का दान करते हैं,दरअसल इसके पीछे यह धारणा है की यह पर्व गर्मी के दिनों में आता है, और इसलिए गर्मी से बचने के उपकरण दान में देने से लोगों का भला होगा।

अपनी राशि के अनुसार उपाय करें :-
मेष राशि- इस दिन लाल कपड़े पहनने चाहिए,लाल वस्त्र कन्या को दान करें और कन्या पूजन करें।
