जैसा रिश्ता जीव जगत में

जैसा रिश्ता जीव जगत में तन तू और प्राण का,
वैसा रिश्ता है जगत में भक्त और भगवान का

भक्त बिन भगवान अधूरा प्रभु बिन न हो काम पूरा,
रौशनी बिन सूरज अधूरा चाँदनी बिन चाँद चकोरा,
जैसा रिश्ता जीव जगत में गुरु और ज्ञान का,
वैसा रिश्ता है जगत में भक्त और भगवान का

बिना धुप के सुख अधूरा संतोषी बिन भूख न पूरा,
मधुर भाव बिन प्रीत अधूरा लये ताल बिन गीत अधूरा,
जैसा रिश्ता जीव जगत में मात पिता संतान का,
वैसा रिश्ता है जगत में भक्त और भगवान का

बिन राधे के श्याम अधूरा सिया बिन श्री राम अधूरा ,
राधे श्याम और सिया राम का रिश्ता जैसे श्याम सवेरा,
जैसा रिश्ता जीव जगत में मृत्यु और जान का,
वैसा रिश्ता है जगत में भक्त और भगवान का

Like the relation of body, you and life in the living world,
Such is the relation between the devotee and God in the world.

Without the devotee, God is incomplete, without the Lord, the work is not completed,
Light without sun, incomplete moonlight without moon, Chakora,
Like the relation of Guru and knowledge in the living world,
