Thus the mind was disgusted with the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the foremost of the Sātvatas. When you have attained your own happiness, you sometimes enjoy the flow of material existence. 1 ॥
He was dressed in a tamarisk-coloured robe, which was as beautiful as the sun’s rays. O friend of Vijaya, may Your lotuslike face be covered with the lotus flowers of Your body. 2 ॥
In battle, I was adorned with the dust of horses, dust, smoke, and the scent of fatigue. May Lord Kṛṣṇa, the Supreme Soul, shield me from the shield of my skin, which is pierced by my sharp arrows. 3 ॥
At once, my friend, hearing the words, he placed his chariot in the middle of the army of his own and the other. O friend of Arjuna, may I be attracted to you, who have stood still and protected the life of the enemy soldiers and have taken them away. 4 ॥
He looked at the face of the determined army and felt guilty for turning away from killing his own people. May the attachment to the feet of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who by His self-knowledge dispelled my foolishness, be with me. 5 ॥
He abandoned his corporation and jumped into his chariot to occupy the dead man who had promised Me Dhṛtarātha’s footsteps were held up and he moved about like a demon who has gone to kill an elephant. 6 ॥
Hit by a cold arrow, my bite was shattered, and my attackers were drenched in blood. May the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Mukunda, who is my ultimate refuge, rush forward to kill me. 7 ॥
They were thighs imagined by their graceful movements, luxurious smiles, affectionate gazes. The cowherd women, who were blinded by madness, imitated the Lord’s actions and returned to their natural state. 8 ॥
Yudhisthira performed the Rājasūya sacrifice in the inner assembly of the noble sages and kings. The Supreme Personality of Godhead, who is visible to Me, appeared before me and offered Him worship. 9 ॥
This unborn Self, who is situated in the hearts of all who are partakers of the body, is imagined to be Myself. Dispelled from the illusion of difference I have attained the oneness of the sun as if it were a counterpart. 10 ॥
