सकारात्मक रवैया

*एक आदमी एक सेठ की दुकान पर नौकरी करता था। वह बेहद ईमानदारी और लगन से अपना काम करता था। उसके काम से सेठ बहुत प्रसन्न था और सेठ द्वारा मिलने वाली तनख्वाह से उस आदमी का गुज़ारा आराम से हो जाता था।*

*ऐसे ही दिन गुज़र रहे थे। एक दिन वह आदमी बिना बताए काम पर नहीं आया। उसके न आने से सेठ का काम रूक गया।*

*तब सेठ ने सोचा कि यह आदमी इतने दिनों से ईमानदारी से काम कर रहा है। मैंने कबसे इसकी तन्ख्वाह नहीं बढ़ाई। इतने पैसों में इसका गुज़ारा कैसे होता होगा?*

*सेठ ने सोचा कि अगर इस आदमी की तन्ख्वाह बढ़ा दी जाए, तो यह और मेहनत और लगन से काम करेगा। उसने उसी महीने से ही उस आदमी की तनख्वाह बढ़ा दी।*

*उस आदमी को जब एक तारीख को बढ़े हुए पैसे मिले, तो वह हैरान रह गया।*

*लेकिन वह बोला कुछ नहीं और चुपचाप पैसे रख लिये…*

*धीरे-धीरे बात आई गई हो गयी। कुछ महीनों बाद वह आदमी फिर फिर कुछ दिन ग़ैर हाज़िर हो गया।*

*यह देखकर सेठ को बहुत गुस्सा आया। वह सोचने लगा- कैसा कृतघ्न आदमी है। मैंने इसकी तनख्वाह बढ़ाई, पर न तो इसने धन्यवाद  दिया और न ही अपने काम की जिम्मेदारी समझी।*

*इसकी तन्खाह बढ़ाने का क्या फायदा हुआ? यह नहीं सुधरेगा! और उसी दिन सेठ ने बढ़ी हुई तनख्वाह वापस लेने का फैसला कर लिया।*

*अगली 1 तारीख को उस आदमी को फिर से वही पुरानी तनख्वाह दी गयी। लेकिन हैरानी यह कि इस बार भी वह आदमी चुप रहा।*

*उसने सेठ से ज़रा भी शिकायत नहीं की। यह देख कर सेठ से रहा न गया और वह पूछ बैठा- बड़े अजीब आदमी हो भाई।*

*जब मैंने तुम्हारे ग़ैरहाज़िर होने के बाद पहले तुम्हारी तन्ख्वाह बढ़ा कर दी, तब भी तुम कुछ नहीं बोले। और आज जब मैंने तुम्हारी ग़ैर हाज़री पर तन्ख्वाह फिर से कम कर के दी, तुम फिर भी खामोश रहे। इसकी क्या वजह है?*

*उस आदमी ने जवाब दिया- जब मैं पहली बार ग़ैर हाज़िर हुआ था तो मेरे घर एक बच्चा पैदा हुआ था। उस वक्त आपने जब मेरी तन्ख्वाह बढ़ा कर दी, तो मैंने सोचा कि ईश्वर ने उस बच्चे के पोषण का हिस्सा भेजा है।*

*इसलिए मैं ज्यादा खुश नहीं हुआ। …*

*जिस दिन मैं दोबारा ग़ैर हाजिर हुआ, उस दिन मेरी माता जी का निधन हो गया था। आपने उसके बाद मेरी तन्ख्वाह कम कर दी, तो मैंने यह मान लिया कि मेरी माँ अपने हिस्से का अपने साथ ले गयीं….*

*फिर मैं इस तनख्वाह की ख़ातिर क्यों परेशान होऊँ?*

*यह सुनकर सेठ गदगद हो गया। उसने उस आदमी को गले से लगा लिया और अपने व्यवहार के लिए क्षमा मांगी। उसके बाद उसने न सिर्फ उस आदमी की तनख्वाह पहले जैसे कर दी, बल्कि उसका और ज्यादा सम्मान करने लगा।*

*हमारे जीवन में अक्सर सकारात्मक और नकारात्मक दोनों तरह की घटनाएं होती रहती हैं।*

*जो आदमी एक अच्छी घटना से खुश होकर अनावश्यक उछलता नहीं, और नकारात्मक घटनाओं पर अनावश्यक दु:ख नहीं मनाता और हर दशा में अपनी सोच को सकारात्मक बनाए रखते हुए सच्ची लगन और ईमानदारी से कार्य करता रहता है,*

*वही आदमी जीवन में स्थाई सफलता प्राप्त करता।

* A man used to work in a Seth’s shop. He did his work with utmost sincerity and dedication. Seth was very happy with his work and the salary received by Seth used to make a living for that man comfortably.*

* Days were passing like this. One day the man did not come to work without informing him. Seth’s work stopped due to his absence.*

Then Seth thought that this man has been working honestly for so many days. Since when did I not increase my salary? How would it have survived with so much money?*

Seth thought that if the salary of this man is increased, then he will work with more hard work and dedication. He increased that man’s salary from that month itself.*

When that man got the increased money on a date, he was surprised.

* but he said nothing and kept the money silently…*

*Slowly the talk has come. After a few months the man again disappeared for a few days.*

Seeing this, Seth got very angry. He began to think – what an ungrateful man. I increased his salary, but he neither thanked him nor took responsibility for his work.*

* What was the use of increasing his salary? It won’t get better! And on the same day Seth decided to take back the increased salary.*

* On the next 1st, that man was again given the same old salary. But the surprise is that this time also the man remained silent.*

* He did not complain at all to Seth. Seeing this, Seth did not stay away and he asked – You are a very strange man, brother.*

When I first increased your salary after your absence, you did not say anything. And today when I reduced your salary again on your absence, you still remained silent. What is the reason for this?*

The man replied – When I was absent for the first time, a child was born in my house. At that time, when you increased my salary, I thought that God has sent a part of the child’s nutrition.*

* That’s why I was not very happy. ,

* The day I was absent again, my mother had passed away on that day. You reduced my salary after that, so I assumed that my mother took her share with her….*

*Then why should I bother for this salary?*

* Seth became furious after hearing this. He hugged the man and apologized for his behaviour. After that he not only made that man’s salary as before, but also started respecting him more.*

There are often both positive and negative incidents in our life.

* The person who is happy with a good event, does not jump unnecessarily, and does not feel unnecessarily sad on negative events and keeps working with sincere dedication and honesty, keeping his thinking positive in every situation,*

* The same man would get permanent success in life.
