इसी वार्तालाप के मध्य यशोदा जी को ज्ञात होता है कि राधा जी उनकी बाल-सखी कीर्ति जी की ही बिटिया है।

गदगद हो उठता है यशोदा जी का हृदय, अब उन्हें राधा जी और अधिक प्यारी लगने लगती हैं।

वह अपने हृदय का सारा लाड़,वात्सल्य, सारी ममता राधा जी पर उढ़लने लगती हैं।

अति दुलार से उन्हें अपने समीप बिठाकर कहती है..

शीश की अलको को अति यत्न से, स्नेह भरे हाथों से हौले हौले सुलझाया, बीच में से माँग निकाल कर बड़े प्यार से गूथँ कर चोटी बनाई, फूलों से सजाई।

गौरवर्ण भाल पर लाल सिंदूर की बिंदी लगाई, जो कुवँरि राधिका के माथे पर ऐसी सुशोभित हो रही है मानों चन्द्रमा व प्रातः कालीन रवि-कान्ति एक हो गई हो।

माता यशोदा ने अपनी नई साड़ी का लहँगा बनाया, पहले राधा जी के सुकोमल अंगों को अपने आँचल से पोछा, तत्पश्चात अपने हाथों से लहँगा पहनाया।

इतना सब करके यशोदा जी ने राधा जी की गोद में तिलचाँवरी, बताशे एवं भिन्न भिन्न प्रकार की मेवा रखी।

इसके पश्चात यशोदा जी ने मुस्करा कर एक बार अपने पुत्र श्री कृष्ण की ओर देखा और फिर सूर्य की ओर झोली (आँचल) फैला कर मन ही मन कुछ माँग लिया।
अंत में यशोदा जी ने राधा जी की नजर उतार कर, राधा जी को सम्मान पूर्वक उनके घर पहुँचवा दिया।

घर पहुँचते ही माता कीर्ति जी ने तुरंत प्रश्न किया..

ये इतना साज-श्रंगार किसने किया है तेरा..

राधा जी ने अक्षरत: सारा सत्य माता के समक्ष वर्णित कर दिया।

सम्पूर्ण विवरण सुन कर वृषभानु-दम्पत्ति के हृदय में हर्ष का सागर हिलोंरे लेने लगा, वे समझ गये कि कुवँरि राधिका को यशस्वनि यशोदा जी ने अपनी बहू के रूप में स्वीकार कर लिया है…
