त्याग मार्ग पर चलने के लिए अपने अन्दर हर समय झांकना होता है।अन्तर्मन में झांकने का अर्थ है अपने विचार पर नजर रखना। मै किस समय क्या सोचता हूं। भगवान को भजते हुए दृष्टि को पढना। विचारों को रोकने का अभ्यास मन के विचारों का त्याग सांस तेज चल रही है। सांस की गति की पकड़। नैनो को साधना। धन का त्याग शरीर को भी अपना न मानने का त्याग।यह शरीर मेरा नहीं है भक्त देखता है धन से भक्ति मार्ग में दृढ़ता आ ही नहीं सकती है। तब बहुत सोच समझकर भक्त ऐसा मार्ग निकालता है जिससे वह धन के अधिन न हो।धन बहुत सी उधेङबुन करता है। भक्त कई दिनों तक देखता है मन्दिर में घर में धन की पुजा हैं। मन्दिर में जाओ भजन कीर्तन से अधिक नज़र धन पर रहती है भाव की गहराई तब बने जब कुछ समय प्रभु प्राण नाथ मे खो जाऊं ।फिर भक्त काफी सोच-विचार कर धन को अपने पास से हटा देता है। भक्त जानता है कि भौतिक साधनों से भगवान नहीं रिझते है धन को अपने पास से हटा देता है। भगवान को शान्ति से भजता है भक्ति में परिवार बाधक नहीं है। क्योंकि भक्ति शरीर से नहीं की जाती है भक्ति आत्मचिंतन पर निर्भर है। यह मार्ग तलवार की धार पर चलने के समान है। हमे दो रोल एक साथ निभाने होते हैं एक तरफ हम गृहस्थ हैं और अन्तर्मन प्रभु के चरणों में स्थित है।हम भोजन कर रहे हैं और हम भोजन करते हुए भी नहीं कर रहे हैं। क्योंकि दिल प्रभु में लीन है इन सबके लिए नाम ध्वनि उजागर करनी होती है। नाम जप करना और नाम ध्वनि उजागर होना दो अलग मार्ग है जय श्री राम अनीता गर्ग
To walk on the path of renunciation, you have to look inside yourself all the time. To look deep inside means to keep an eye on your thoughts. What do I think at what time? Read the vision while worshiping God. The practice of stopping thoughts, renunciation of thoughts of the mind, the breath is moving fast. Breathing hold. Practice Nano. Abandonment of wealth and renunciation of not considering the body as one’s own. This body is not mine. The devotee sees that wealth cannot bring firmness in the path of devotion. Then after a lot of thinking, the devotee finds such a path so that he is not under the control of money. Money creates a lot of fuss. The devotee sees for many days that there is worship of wealth in the house in the temple. Go to the temple, keep an eye on money more than chanting of bhajans, the depth of the feeling is created when for some time I get lost in the Lord’s life. The devotee knows that the Lord is not satisfied with material means, he removes the wealth from him. Worships God peacefully, the family is not a hindrance in devotion. Because devotion is not done from the body, devotion is dependent on self-contemplation. This path is like walking on the edge of a sword. We have to play two roles simultaneously, on one hand we are householders and the inner being is situated at the feet of the Lord. We are eating and we are not doing it even while eating. Because the heart is absorbed in the Lord, for all this, the sound of the name has to be revealed.
