Some college students from Calcutta had gone to see the ‘Fort William’ fort there. Suddenly one of his companions started feeling pain in his body. He told his pain to his friends and he sat on the stairs; But his companions did not believe him. Laughing at him, they all went upstairs.
After reaching the top, a student had a doubt, ‘Is he really in pain?’ He returned. He comes down and sees that the student is lying unconscious. His body is burning with fever. Another student ran and called for a car and took him home by keeping him in the car. When his other companions came to know about it, they felt very remorseful.
The name of the student who was ill is not known; But the one who brought him home in the car was Narendra. Later on, the world recognized him by the name of Swami Vivekananda.
