ग्रथं को पढना हुए ग्रथं के रिदम का स्पर्श हमारा अन्तकरण कर लेता है तब वह रस हृदय को स्पर्श कर जाता है। ग्रथं का अर्थ निकाल कर पढते है ग्रथं के मुल शब्दो को हम खो देते हैं। हम यह मात्र मन बहलाव का कार्य करते हैं। ग्रथं को ऐसे का ऐसे पढो।ग्रथं में भाषा और शब्द की गहराई को हम न भी समझे अन्तर्मन स्पर्श कर लेता है। तब व्याख्या हमारे मष्तिष्क में बहुत व्याख्याऐ है। ग्रथं का रस अन्तर्मन ने पी लिया तब सब कुछ पुरण हो गया।ग्रथं के कुछ भाव हमारे अन्तकरण ने स्पर्श कर लिए खो जाती हूं भुल जाती है अपने आपको । अनुभूति होने लगती है। आगे कुछ भी पढना शेष नहीं रहता है।
हम सब के भीतर तंरग है। तरंग की जागृति ही ग्रथ का सार है। भीतर गुंज पैदा हो गई। गुंज और तरंग के लिए ग्रथ के एक एक अक्षर की व्याख्या आवश्यक नहीं है। ग्रथं को पढते हुए जब तरंग पैदा हो तब तरंग में ढुब जाओ। दिन भर मे बार बार गुंज कानो में पैदा होगी। फिर वही वाक्य गुंज रहे हैं। वह गुंज दो महीने चार महीने छ महीने बनी रहेगी। ग्रथं पढते हुए रिदम भीतर समा जाती है यही ग्रथं का सार तत्व है। मन शब्द भंडार से खुश होता है । अन्तकरण के लिए एक वाक्य ही बहुत है अन्तकरण में वाक्य चला जाता है। तब हम भीतर प्रवेश कर गए। भीतर प्रवेश ही गंरथ पढने का लक्ष्य है। ग्रथं से कुछ ऐसा प्राप्त हो जिस हृदय में प्रेम उत्पन्न हो। गंरथ की गहराई का अन्तकरण को स्पर्श करना ही ग्रथं का सार तत्व हमारे भीतर समायेगा। हमारे मन मस्तिष्क में ग्रथं के शब्द ऐसे ही उतरते है तब सीधा भीतर प्रवेश करते है यदि शब्द को विभाजित कर देते हैं तब मन की खुराक है। शब्द पुरण भीतर उतरता है प्रवेश करता है तब हमारा अध्यात्म सटरोगं होगा।अन्तकरण को स्पर्श करते ही विकार जल जाते हैं। ग्रथं मन का विषय बनता है तब विकार प्रकट होगा। एक अध्यात्मिक विकार को महसूस करके कुछ दिन मोन हो जाना चाहता है। मोन क्यों होता है ताकि परमात्मा से सच मे जुड़ पाए। हम रामचरितमानस पढते थे कभी अर्थ नहीं निकाला रामचरितमानस हमारा रक्षा कवच है जब जीवन में परिस्थिति को समझ नहीं पाते हैं तब राम चरित मानस सुन्दर कांड की चोपाई जाने अनजाने में भीतर चल रही होती है। यदि उन चौपाईयो के हम अर्थ और व्याख्या में जाते तब आपके भीतर कोई भी दोहा चौपाई नहीं चलता । आप व्याख्या में रह जाओगे याद नहीं होगा हमने कब सुन्दर कांड को याद किया।
रामचरितमानस को नवरात्रौ में पढते जल्दी जल्दी पढते एक सप्ताह में पुरी पढनी होती थी कई बार एक नवरात्रा घट जाता तब तो 6 दिन ही होते थे अष्टमी को धोक लगती थी एक मिनट भी रुकते नहीं सोचते नहीं समय भी नहीं होता था कुछ सोचने के लिए एक तरफ घर के अनेक कार्य व्रत फिर भी हमारे भीतर भाव प्रार्थनाएं सत्यता मधुरता बैठती चली गई। कभी किसी से रामचरितमानस के बारे मे बात भी नहीं की हमारी सबकी खुदाई रामचरितमानस ने की है हमारे भीतर भक्ति प्रेम श्रद्धा का बीज मोन मे उग गया समर्पण भाव का प्रकट होना ग्रथं का सार है रामचरितमानस ने ही दिया है। अब बङी बङी व्याख्या हमारे भीतर कोन सा बीज रोपित करेगी बीज रोपित है खाद डालनी है खाद तो पढने मात्र से डल जाएगी। जय श्री राम अनीता गर्ग
