जानकी माता ने कहा कि हनुमान एक बात बताओ बेटा तुम्हारी पूंछ नहीं जली आग में और पूरी लंका जल गई?
श्री हनुमान जी ने कहा कि माता! लंका तो सोने की है और सोना कहीं आग में जलता है क्या?
फिर कैसे जल गया? मां ने पुनः पूछा
हनुमान जी बोले माता! लंका में साधारण आग नहीं लगी थी पावक थी !(पावक जरत देखी हनुमंता
पावक ?
हाँ मां !
ये पहेलियाँ क्यों बुझा रहे हो, पावक माने तो आग ही है।
हनुमान जी बोले न माता! यह पावक साधारण नहीं थी।
फिर ..
जो अपराध भगत कर करई।
राम रोष पावक सो जरई।।
यह राम जी के रोष रूपी पावक थी जिसमे सोने की लंका जली।
तब जानकी माता बोलीं– बेटा ! आग तो अपना पराया नहीं देखती, फिर यह तो बताओ यह तुम्हारी पूंछ कैसे बच गई? लंका जली थी तो पूंछ भी जल जानी चाहिए थी ।
हनुमान जी ने कहा कि माता! उस आग में जलाने की शक्ति ही नहीं, बचाने की शक्ति भी बैठी थी।
मां बोली — बचाने की शक्ति कौन है?
हनुमान जी ने तो जानकी माता के चरणों में सिर रख दिया ओर कह कि माँ ! हमें पता है, प्रभु ने आपसे कह दिया था। तुम पावक महुं करहु निवासा उस पावक में तो आप बैठी थीं। तो जिस पावक में आप विराजमान हों, उस पावक से मेरी पूंछ कैसे जलेगी? माता की कृपा शक्ति ने मुझे बचाया, माँ! आप बचाने वाली हो, आप ही भगवान की कृपा हो ..
तब माँ के मुह से निकल पड़ा ..
अजर अमर गुणनिधि सुत होहू।
करहु बहुत रघुनायक छोहू।।
वंदन हनुमत का करें, बाँधे वंदनवार।
राम राम हनुमान संग, बोलें बारंबार।
Ajar Amar Gunanidhi Sut Hohu. Janaki Mata said Hanuman, tell me one thing son, didn’t your tail get burnt in the fire and the whole of Lanka get burnt?
Shri Hanuman ji said, Mother! Lanka is made of gold and does gold burn in fire somewhere?
Then how did it get burnt? mother asked again
Hanuman ji said mother! There was no ordinary fire in Lanka, it was a sacred fire! (Hanumantha saw the sacred fire.)
Pavak?
Yes mother!
Why are you extinguishing these riddles? If you believe me, then it is fire.
Hanuman ji said, Mother! This feast was not ordinary.
Then ..
The crime committed by Bhagat. Ram’s fury is pure.
This was the fire in the form of Ram ji’s anger in which the golden Lanka was burnt.
Then Janaki’s mother said – Son! Fire does not see its own strangers, then tell me how did your tail survive? If Lanka was burnt then the tail should also have been burnt.
Hanuman ji said, Mother! That fire not only had the power to burn but also the power to save.
Mother said – Who has the power to save?
Hanuman ji placed his head at the feet of Janaki Mata and said, Mother! We know, the Lord told you. You are sitting in the sacred place where I reside. So, how will my tail get burnt by the table in which you are sitting? Mother’s grace saved me, mother! You are the one who saves, you are the grace of God..
Then it came out of mother’s mouth..
